Abstract

本发明的课题在于提供一种骨传导扬声器,其能够比以往小型化而不降低效率,并且制造简便可实现成本的低廉化。其是通过下述方式形成的:在磁轭(2)的中心固定放置磁体(3),并且在上述磁体(3)上卷装音圈(4),上述磁轭(2)的周缘分割地立起,在该立起部中的对置的两个立起部(5、5)的上面设置卡止机构(9、9),将设置有与上述卡止机构(9、9)对应的卡止机构(8、8)的振动板(7)载置于上述立起部(5、5)上并经由上述各卡止机构进行固定,以上述磁轭(2)在壳体内浮起的状态将上述振动板(7)安装在上述壳体的盖部上。

Description

骨传导扬声器
技术领域
本发明涉及骨传导扬声器,更具体地涉及通过与头部抵接而将振动板的振动传递给骨组织来听取声音型的扬声器。
背景技术
作为以往的骨传导扬声器,公知的有图4所示的扬声器。其包括:在上面具有振动板22的圆筒壳体21,嵌合在壳体21内的圆筒形磁体23,在中央具有中央磁极24并嵌合于壳体21的下部的磁轭25,和包围磁轭25的中央磁极部24地配置的音圈26。
在该骨传导扬声器的情况下,由于从中央部按顺序同心圆地配置中央磁极24、音圈26、磁体23、壳体21,所以为提高输出效率需要增大中央磁极24的直径,并且增加音圈26的圈数,由此必需相应地增大包围其周围的磁铁23和壳体21。因此,相应地外径尺寸的增加变得不可避免。
作为不伴随有这样增加外径尺寸问题的并能够提高输出效率的骨传导扬声器,人们提出了图5所示那样的通过下述方式形成的骨传导扬声器(特许第2967777号公报):在壳体30内配置有磁轭31,该磁轭31包括卷装了音圈33的中央磁极32,磁轭31向四个方向延长,在其延长部分内的相对的两部分37、37上分别配置磁体34,并且,在其他两部分38、38上立设振动板固定部36,并在该振动板固定部36上固定振动板35。
根据象这样在外周部配置有磁体的外磁型骨传导扬声器,由于磁体34和振动板固定部36(壳体21)配置在同一圆周上而不必象以往那样同心圆地双重配置,所以,能够将它们的设置空间减半,能够与之相应地增大中央磁极32的直径并且增加音圈33的圈数,由此无需增大外径尺寸而能够提高效率。
不过最近由于骨传导扬声器组装到便携电话机中等用途的扩大,提出了进一步小型化的要求。但是,由于该外磁型骨传导扬声器,其磁体配置在外周部,而壁薄的磁体由于强度上及成本上的问题而难以制造,磁体本身只能做到某种程度的大小,所以虽然说该外磁型骨传导扬声器小型化,但是受到磁体的大小的制约,也不能充分满足上述进一步小型化的要求。
此外,也可以考虑所谓内磁型的骨传导扬声器,其如图6所示,将磁体41配置在盆状的磁轭42的中心,并将音圈43卷装在磁体41上,将磁轭42收存在壳体44内,在壳体44的上面支承着振动板45的周围。
但是,这种内磁型的骨传导扬声器,由于是在壳体44的上面支承振动板45的周围的构造,所以为了支承成振动板45容易振动,要求壳体45具有某种程度大小的直径。因此,该内磁型骨传导扬声器也不能满足上述进一步小型化的要求。
这样,从向便携电话机组装等的观点来看,由于以前的各种类型的骨传导扬声器均不能满足该水平的小型化要求,所以,本发明的课题是提供下述骨传导扬声器,该骨传导扬声器能比以往的扬声器小型化而满足相关要求并不会损失效率,并且制造简便、成本低廉。
发明内容
为解决上述课题,本发明的骨传导扬声器,是通过下述方式形成的:在磁轭的中心固定放置磁体,并且在上述磁体上卷装音圈,上述磁轭的周缘分割地立起,在该立起部中的对置的两个立起部上面设置卡止机构,将设置有与上述卡止机构对应的卡止机构的振动板载置于上述立起部上并经由上述各卡止机构部进行固定,以上述磁轭在壳体内浮起的状态将上述振动板安装在上述壳体的盖部上。
优选的是,设于上述立起部上面的卡止机构为卡止突起,设于上述振动板上的卡止机构为与上述卡止突起嵌合的缺口。

具体实施形式
根据附图说明本发明的实施方式。图1是包括壳体1的本发明的骨传导扬声器的整体结构的纵剖视图,图2是收纳于壳体1内的振动部和驱动部的分解立体图,图3是振动部和驱动部的组装状态图。
壳体1在图1中可上下分割成两部分,驱动部在其容纳部1a中收纳成浮起的状态,在其盖部1b上固定有振动部。
驱动部包括盆状的磁轭2、配置在磁轭2的中心的磁体3和卷装在磁体3上的音圈4。磁轭2的周壁分割成多个部分(图示的例子中分割成4部分),其中对置的两个立起部5、5为振动板保持部,其他的对置的两个立起部6、6为磁路构成部。
在保持振动板7的立起部5、5的上面,突设有与形成于振动板7的两侧的缺口8、8嵌合的卡止突起9、9。这样,通过将卡止突起9、9嵌合在该缺口8、8内,而将振动板7从上方载置在磁轭2上进行适当地固定,由此可以进行定位,并且能够以不特别占用焊接、粘接等空间的方法固定在磁轭2上。因此,本发明的骨传导扬声器能够实现充分的小型化。
振动板7在圆板的四个部位设置缩颈部而呈向四个方向突出的形状,在其对置的两个突出部上形成上述缺口8、8,并且,在中央部形成大的长方形的开口10。
11是板磁轭,沿着中央开口10延伸,其两端部载置于振动板7的未设置缺口8、8的突出部之间,并通过熔接、粘接等机构固定于此。由此,包括磁轭2、磁体3及音圈4的驱动部和包括振动板7及板磁轭11的振动部形成一体(参照图3)。
在板磁轭11上形成有通常的两个螺纹孔12、12,固定螺钉13、13穿过壳体1的盖部1b拧入于此。这样,形成一体的振动部和驱动部以从容纳部1a的内底面浮起并由盖部1b吊持的状态组装到壳体1内(参照图1)。另外,虽然未图示,但是在壳体1中适当地配备有信号输入线。
在该结构中,如果向驱动部供给声音或声频输入信号,则在振动部产生振动,该振动有效地传递给壳体1,从而实现有效的骨传导扬声器。
上述的本发明的实施形式终究是一事例,本发明当然并不限于此,例如,可以为了减轻振动板7的重量适当地设置减轻重量部14、或者利用一个固定螺钉13将板磁轭11固定在盖部1b上、或者使缺口8与卡止突起9的形状为任意。
此外,也可以考虑不设置缺口8和卡止突起9,而在振动板7的背面设置凸部,并在立起部5、5的上面设置与该凸部对应的凹部,并使该凸部和凹部嵌合固定。
工业实用性
本发明如上所述,本发明的骨传导扬声器经由设于磁轭周缘的立起部上面和振动板上的卡止机构将振动板固定在立起部上面,此外,通过将磁体配置在磁轭的中心,从而立起部能够较薄地构成,所以能够整体地形成小径,能够充分满足向便携电话等组装的水平的小型化要求,而且,也可充分确保音圈的圈数,不会降低效率,而且具有制造容易成本低廉的效果。

Claims (6)

1、一种骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,是通过下述方式形成的:在磁轭的中心固定放置磁体,并且在上述磁体上卷装音圈,上述磁轭的周缘分割地立起而形成多个立起部,在该立起部中的对置的两个立起部上面设置卡止机构,将设置有与上述卡止机构对应的卡止机构的振动板载置于上述对置的两个立起部上并在设置于上述对置的两个立起部上的卡止机构上进行固定,以上述磁轭在壳体内浮起的状态将上述振动板安装在上述壳体的盖部上。
2、如权利要求1所述的骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,设于上述对置的两个立起部上面的卡止机构是卡止突起,设于上述振动板上的卡止机构是上述卡止突起所嵌合的缺口。
3、如权利要求1所述的骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,设于上述对置的两个立起部上面的卡止机构是凹部及/或凸部,设于上述振动板上的卡止机构是与上述凹部及凸部对应的凸部及/或凹部。
4、如权利要求1~3任一项所述的骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,上述磁轭为圆形,上述多个立起部截面形成圆弧形。
5、如权利要求1所述的骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,上述振动板具有中央开口,板磁轭跨越该中央开口地固定在上述振动板上,上述振动板经由上述板磁轭安装在上述壳体的盖部上。
6、如权利要求1所述的骨传导扬声器,其特征在于,上述振动板具有用于减轻重量的减轻重量部。
