背景技术

Claims (2)

1.一种包括一颈假体(3)和一插入器械(1)的装置,插入器械(1)带有一对在假体(3)的对置两侧上夹住假体(3)的夹紧部件(2),其特征在于,假体(3)和夹紧部件(2)中的一个具有凹槽(15,17),而假体(3)和夹紧部件(2)中的另一个具有与凹槽互补的凸出部(18,19),所述凹槽和互补的凸出部至少沿假体(3)的前面-后面的方向精确地限定其相对位置,并能通过夹紧部件(2)沿一与该插入器械(1)的纵向横交和与该假体(3)的前面-后面的方向横交的方向的相对移动进入啮合并能够彼此脱开,同时提供一个架子(20),以精确的配合方式装入假体(3),并架子在对应于假体(3)的前表面的一侧上具有一带有导引元件(37~41)的开口,这些导引元件用于将插入器械(1)导入一移出位置,在该移出位置上,凹槽(15,17)和互补的凸出部(18,19)彼此相向,以备啮合。
