一种纤维增强塑料-钢管-混凝土柱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑构件,特别是涉及一种由FRP、钢管和混凝土三种不同材料组成的组合柱。背景技术
目前,由于框架结构具有布置灵活、使用空间大等优点,因此受到了工程的广泛关注。而作为框架结构的主要构件的框架柱一般为普通的钢筋混凝土柱,即先捆扎好钢筋笼,再支好模板,最后浇注混凝土,制作这种传统的钢筋混凝土柱存在着工期长、难度大、效率低的缺点,中国实用新型专利03248845.9号给出了改进后的《一种钢筋混凝土柱》,包括钢筋混凝土预制构件,钢筋,钢筋混凝土柱由多块钢筋混凝土筒形预制构件、纵向钢筋定位网片、纵向钢筋组成,多块钢筋混凝土筒形预制构件叠合成柱模,在相邻钢筋混凝土筒形预制构件接缝之间设置与筒形预制构件内腔相适应的纵向钢筋定位网片,纵向钢筋穿插在纵向钢筋定位网片网格中,串接多块钢筋混凝土筒形预制构件,再在钢筋混凝土筒形预制构件叠合的柱模空腔内浇筑混凝土,最终成为钢筋混凝土柱。这种改进后的钢筋混凝土柱虽初步克服了传统钢筋混凝土柱制作时存在的缺点,但却不能满足高层建筑物对所使用混凝土结构的越来越高的要求.。为此,人们又开发出新型的混凝土结构,例如美国专利3051161号给出的用混凝土充填钢管,以增加抗压强度的钢管混凝土结构技术方案。中国实用新型专利99236299.7号给出了《--种新型钢管混凝土柱》,其中用于充填混凝土的钢管为异形薄壁钢管,在异形薄壁钢管各边设置有约束拉杆,这种钢管混凝土柱虽解决了现有钢管混凝土柱形状单--的问题,但仍存在为防.l匕薄壁钢管的局部失稳需要设置约束拉杆,施工多有不便的缺点。发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种FRP-钢管-混凝土柱,该混凝土柱由矩形或方型钢管、放置在钢管中的圆FRP管以及填充在其中的混凝土构成,其钢管由钢板焊接而成,可以是矩形也可以是方型,FRP圆管由FRP布缠绕而成,可减小柱的截面尺寸,改善柱的延性,提高了柱的承载力。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种纤维增强塑料-钢管-混凝土柱,由钢管、圆纤维增强塑料管和灌入其中的混凝土组成,该混凝土柱的钢管由钢板焊接而成,岡纤维增强塑料管由纤维增强塑料布在缠绕机上制成,纤维增强塑料圆管设在混凝土柱的中心部位,纤维增强塑料圆管的几何中心与混凝土柱的几何中心相互重合,混凝土柱的内部浇筑混凝土。
如上所述的一种纤维增强塑料-钢管-混凝土柱,其混凝土柱的截面形状为矩形结构或方形结构。
如上所述的一-种纤维增强塑料-钢管-混凝土柱,其纤维增强塑料圆管内可灌入混凝土或不灌入混凝土,即混凝土杵可为空心或实心。
本发明的优点与效果是:
1.本发明是由FRP、钢管和混凝土三种不同材料组成的组合柱,其利用放置在钢管内部的圆FRP管降低核心混凝土对钢管壁的侧压
力,无需设置约束拉杆,可减小构件的截面尺寸,钢管骨架在施工时可以提供临时支撑,加速施工。
2. 本发明由于钢管的存在改善了柱的延性,提高了ft的承载力,利于地震区抗震设计。
3. 本发明的FRP-钢管-混凝土柱在使用时,能够减小建筑物的
重量,增加有效使用面积。附图说明

下面参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明的FRP (纤维增强塑料)管-钢管-混凝土柱是由FRP、钢管和混凝土三种材料组成的组合柱,即FRP-钢管-混凝上组合柱,其中FRP-钢管-混凝土柱的截面形状为矩形结构或方形结构,可分为FRP管内灌入混凝土和不灌入混凝土,即分为空心和实心。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明给出的FRP-钢管-混凝土柱截曲'为矩形实心结构,主要由矩形钢管l、圆FRP管3和灌入其中的混凝土2组成。U)钢管由钢板焊接而成,钢管两端在车床上车平,从而保证钢管两端

钢管的几何中心重合,并且保证焊缝的质量;(2)圆FRP管采用缠绕法制成,按照设计要求的尺寸裁剪纤维织物;使用毛刷将配制好的底层粘结剂均匀涂抹于缠绕薄塑料膜(起脱模作用)的PVC管(模具)上,调好的底胶要在规定的时间内用完,当指触干燥时可进行下一步施工;使用滚刷或毛刷、刮板蘸配制好的面层粘结剂均匀的涂抹于PVC管上;将碳纤维布贴上,使用硬橡胶或塑料刮板往复碾压,赶出气泡,促使粘合剂渗透;纤维搭接长度100mm,底层粘浸胶充分渗透后刮上层胶,往复刮涂,使粘合剂渗入到碳纤维布中去;常温〗-2小时后,再使用塑料刮板往复碾压消除可能出现的浮起和错动;第二层纤维布表面均匀涂刷一道粘合剂;静置-^天之后,将FR:P布制得的圆管从PVC管上取下来。以上工作也可在缠绕机上完成。(3)浇注混凝土时,首先将FRP圆管固定在钢管内,保证二者的几何中心重合,再将钢管竖直放置,从顶部灌入混凝土,每灌入混凝土150mm,充分振捣半分钟。将制得的FRP-钢管-混凝土柱放在养护室中养护,养护室温在2(TC左右。实施例2
如图2所示,本发明的这种FRP-钢管-混凝土柱的截面为方形实心结构,主要由方形钢管4、圆F:RP管3和灌入其中的混凝土 2组成,钢管由钢板焊接而成,圆FRP管由FRP布在缠绕机上制成。
其具体制作方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3如图3所示,本发明的这种FRP-钢管-混凝土柱的截面为矩形空心结构,主要由矩形钢管l、圆FRP管;3和灌入在矩形钢管和厠FRP管之间的混凝土 2组成,钢管由钢板焊接而成,FRP圆管由FRP布在缠绕机上制成。
其具体制作方法与实施例1相同,区别在于混凝土只浇筑在矩形钢管和FRP管之间,FRP管内不浇筑混凝土。
实施例4
如图4所示,本发明的这种FRP-钢管-混凝土柱的截面为方形空心结构,主要由方形钢管4、圆FRP管3和灌入在方形钢管和圆.FRP管之间的混凝土2组成,钢管由钢板焊接而成,FRP圆管由F.RP布
