旋转调节器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转调节器,它具有可旋转地支承的调整轴和与其连接的旋钮,以及具有用于在旋钮旋转时产生触觉的装置,其中这个装置按照机械定位的形式构成并且包括定位曲面和至少一个嵌入定位曲面中的定位销。
背景技术
例如在数据输入设备中使用旋转调节器,其中通过旋转该旋转调节器和必要时通过按压或偏转旋转调节器,可以在不同的菜单面中进行光标控制。这种旋转调节器例如可以是所谓的操纵杆的一部分。由DE 19712 049 A1已知这种旋转调节器。在这个已知的旋转调节器中,一个用于产生触觉的装置通过传动方式与调整轴耦联。这个装置涉及一种电动机,它相应加载地将与旋转运动相反的转矩施加到调整轴上。根据电动机的控制或激活,不仅在加载电动机的电流强度方面而且根据实际的调整轴旋转角位可以提供不同的触觉。但是与按照机械定位方式构成的触觉产生装置不同,在这个旋转调节器中察觉到不利的是,旋转调节器的零位是相对不稳定的(weich),并且由于在旋转手柄时通过电动机必需施加反作用力矩,可以感觉到调节振动。
由DE 100 41 935 A1已知一种旋转调节器,其中上下设置多个环形设置的定位曲面并且为了产生不同的触觉有选择地通过可电磁操纵的张力环激活。通过这个装置克服电动机产生的触觉的太模糊(schwammige)的感觉方面的上述缺陷。
由US2002/0148715A1的附图1-3示出一种旋转致动器,它包括可旋转的控制轴,连接于控制轴用于旋转该控制轴的手柄,和触觉信号产生装置,该触觉信号产生装置包括定位曲面环(如锁止曲面环或带槽曲面环)和定位元件(如止挡销),该定位元件嵌接在定位曲面环的定位曲面上,其中定位元件固定于控制轴并随之旋转。该触觉信号产生装置可操作以产生触觉信号,该触觉信号在控制轴旋转以使定位元件相对于定位曲面旋转运动的时候由定位曲面产生。
发明内容
按照本发明的旋转调节器,与由上述现有技术已知的装置相比的优点是,一方面具有机械定位装置的显著触觉,但是同时另一方面也能够不用手动操纵旋钮地实现旋钮的运动。
按本发明的旋转调节器,具有可旋转地支承的调整轴和与其连接的旋钮,以及具有用于在旋钮旋转时产生触觉的装置,其中这个装置按照机械定位的形式构成并且包括定位曲面和至少一个嵌入定位曲面中的定位销;为触觉产生装置配设一个通过电动机驱动的调整装置,借助该调整装置,通过电动机的运行能够使触觉产生装置包括通过调整轴与该触觉产生装置连接的旋钮旋转,以及,为了控制旋转调节器,在外壳中存在电子控制装置,该电子控制装置在一印制电路板上实现,该印制电路板在触觉产生装置的上方至少部分包围调整轴地设置。
按照本发明由此实现这一点,为触觉产生装置配设一个通过电动机驱动的调整装置,借助该调整装置,通过电动机的运行能够使触觉产生装置包括通过调整轴与该装置连接的旋钮旋转。
按照本发明的旋转调节器也源自一种旋转调节器,其触觉产生装置按照机械定位的形式构成,由此在旋转调整轴时提供精确给定的触觉。但是,在这里同时也使整个触觉产生装置可旋转地支承在外壳里面并且借助电动机围绕调整轴的旋转轴线也无手动参与地旋转。
在优选的实施例中规定,所述定位曲面设置在同心地包围调整轴的环形体的内侧上,该环形体在其外侧面上具有环绕的外齿,通过它,该环形体通过齿轮传动与电动机接合。
在本发明的改进方案中规定,在外壳中存在借以获得调整轴的精确旋转位置的角度测量装置。

具体实施方式
在附图中所示的旋转调节器,除了用于手动操纵的旋钮1以外,被容纳在外壳2里面,在图1中部分敞开地示出外壳。可旋转地支承在外壳2里面的调整轴3穿过外壳2的顶面并且使旋钮1与触觉产生装置连接,该触觉产生装置按照机械定位的形式构成并且主要包括一个环形的定位曲面(Rastkurve)6以及两个嵌入在该定位曲面中的弹簧加载的定位销5、5’。这两个定位销5、5’通过压簧4相互支承地、相互对置地设置在一个与调整轴3连接的并垂直于调整轴旋转轴线设置的、套状容纳体里面。定位曲面6在一环形体7的内侧面上构成,该环形体围绕一与调整轴3的旋转轴线重合的轴可旋转地支承在外壳2里面。除了在内侧面上的定位曲面6,环形体7附加地在其外侧面上具有环绕的齿部7’。通过这个环绕的外齿部7’,使环形体7并由此使整个触觉产生装置通过传动连接与在外壳2中设置在下面的电动机8接合。为此,电动机8的轴配有蜗轮9,它与斜齿圆柱齿轮10啮合。该斜齿圆柱齿轮10围绕一平行于环形体7的旋转轴线的轴11可旋转地支承并且抗扭转地与设置在这个斜齿圆柱齿轮10上面的、具有比这个斜齿圆柱齿轮更小直径的直齿圆柱齿轮12连接,该直齿圆柱齿轮12又与环形体7的同样直齿的外齿部7’啮合。
当电动机8停机时,通过上述传动的自锁来锁止锁环形体7的旋转,即,使环形体7并由此使定位曲面6固定在其位置。在克服通过定位销5、5’与定位曲面6共同作用提供的、在触觉产生装置的相邻各定位位置之间的触觉产生装置的定位力的情况下,可实现旋钮1的手动旋转运动。但是同样也可以使旋钮1无手动参与地仅仅通过电动机8的运行而调整到另一位置。电动机轴的旋转通过传动连接转换成环形体7的旋转。因为在环形体7的内侧面上的定位曲面6与定位销5、5’之间起作用的力明显大于其它作用于调整轴3上的、主要耗尽在轴承摩擦中的力,因此通过一起运动的触觉产生装置也调整旋钮1。如果旋钮1在调整轴3电动调整期间例如通过使用者的固定而被锁止,则机械定位(Rastung)类似打滑离合器那样起作用。环形体7与定位曲面6然后通过电动机8相对于固定的调整轴3和与调整轴连接的定位销5、5’在相邻的各定位位置之间继续旋转,由此同时也防止无意地损伤本装置。为了使旋钮1的可能旋转限制在确定的角度范围上,调整轴3在其圆周范围中配有止挡凸块3’,它在规定的旋转角度范围的各终端位置顶靠在外壳2中的相应的对应止挡上。
为了控制旋转调节器,在外壳2中存在电子控制装置,它在一个在触觉产生装置的上方至少部分包围调整轴3地设置的印制电路板13上实现。同样在这个印制电路板13上存在用于测量调整轴3旋转位置的角度测量装置的各固定的探测元件。它们与相应的起始器元件14协同作用,该起始器元件与调整轴3抗扭转地连接并且与调整轴一起相对于固定的印制电路板13和与印制电路板连接的探测元件旋转。这些固定的探测元件和配设于它们的起始器元件14,例如可以是与光阑或反射元件协作的光电栅栏,或者例如是与相应构成的磁结构协作的霍耳效应或磁阻式传感器。
所述角度测量装置用于获得旋钮1的精确角位。这一方面需要用于评价通过手动调整旋钮所实现的旋转运动,以便可以释放与此相关的开关过程,但是另一方面角度测量也用于在通过电动机8实现的旋钮1调整时准确地移向所期望的目标位置。

Claims (6)

1.一种旋转调节器,具有可旋转地支承的调整轴(3)和与其连接的旋钮(1),以及具有用于在旋钮(1)旋转时产生触觉的装置,其中这个装置按照机械定位的形式构成并且包括定位曲面(6)和至少一个嵌入定位曲面(6)中的定位销(5、5’),其特征在于,为触觉产生装置配设一个通过电动机(8)驱动的调整装置,借助该调整装置,通过电动机(8)的运行能够使触觉产生装置包括通过调整轴(3)与该触觉产生装置连接的旋钮(1)旋转,以及,为了控制旋转调节器,在外壳(2)中存在电子控制装置,该电子控制装置在一印制电路板(13)上实现,该印制电路板在触觉产生装置的上方至少部分包围调整轴(3)地设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转调节器,其特征在于,所述定位曲面(6)设置在一个同心地包围调整轴(3)的环形体(7)的内侧面上,该环形体(7)在其外侧面上与调整装置接合。
3.如权利要求2所述的旋转调节器,其特征在于,所述环形体(7)在其外侧面上具有环绕的外齿部(7’),并且经由该外齿部通过齿轮传动与电动机(8)接合。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的旋转调节器,其特征在于,所述调整轴(3)在其圆周的一个区域内配有止挡凸块(3’),该止挡凸块在规定的旋转角范围的相应的终端位置顶靠在外壳(2)中的相应的对应止挡上。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的旋转调节器,其特征在于,在外壳(2)中存在用于获得调整轴(3)旋转位置的角度测量装置。
6.如权利要求5所述的旋转调节器,其特征在于,所述角度测量装置包括设置在印制电路板(13)上的、固定的探测元件和与调整轴(3)抗扭转连接的并与该调整轴一起相对于固定的印制电路板(13)旋转的起始器元件(14)。
