本发明公开了一种凹凸棒剃须膏,其技术方案的要点是,凹凸棒剃须膏由改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土、硬脂酸、椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸、薄荷脑、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯和去离子水组成。凹凸棒剃须膏的生产方法是:造浆、钠化、配料、打浆、研磨、高速搅拌、乳化、真空脱气、罐装为凹凸棒剃须膏的成品。改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土能很好的附着在皮肤的表面,增加与胡须的接触面积,不容易干燥,无刺激,不会引起皮肤过敏反应,提高剃须膏的使用效果。凹凸棒剃须膏手感好、性能温和且泡沫丰富;可以软化胡须,清洁皮肤,还可以舒缓肌肤,凹凸棒剃须膏适用于剃除胡须和汗毛。

技术领域
本发明涉及剃须膏,具体涉及一种凹凸棒剃须膏。
背景技术
胡须长了应及时剃刮掉,留长胡子会影响健康,长胡须的皮肤油脂分泌较多,而油脂有粘积灰尘的特性,平时用清水洗脸时又往往很难洗去。
传统剃须的方法是先将肥皂泡沫涂抹在胡须上再进行剃须,现在也有使用剃须膏涂抹在胡须上再进行剃须。
现在市场上供应的剃须膏大多是化工原料合成的产品,涂抹在胡须上的附着力差,容易干燥,刺激性较大,还会引起皮肤过敏反应,每次使用量较多,不容易从剃须刀上清洗干净,并有较油腻的感觉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处,提供一种凹凸棒剃须膏。
凹凸棒剃须膏由改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土、硬脂酸、椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸、薄荷脑、尼泊金甲酯、尼泊金丙酯和去离子水组成。
凹凸棒剃须膏的生产方法是:造浆、钠化、配料、打浆、研磨、高速搅拌、乳化、真空脱气、罐装为凹凸棒剃须膏的成品。
凹凸棒石粘土是一种含水富镁纳米级多孔纤维状硅酸盐粘土矿物,当凹凸棒石粘土中的凹凸棒含量≥80%以上时,其比表面积较大,可达500m2/g以上。使用“凹凸棒的湿法选矿工艺”和“凹凸棒矿造浆生产工艺”,将凹凸棒石粘土中的水云母、石英、蛋白石和碳酸盐等矿物筛选去除掉,得到一种凹凸棒矿泥浆。
硬脂酸为一种高级饱和脂肪酸,是一种较好的乳化剂。
椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠是一种温和型表面活性剂,具有清新、滑爽、不干燥的特点。
十二烷基硫酸钠具有良好的乳化、发泡、渗透、去污和分散性能。
柠檬酸有温和爽快的酸味,可改善和调整剃须膏的pH值,具有提高表面活性剂的性能。
薄荷脑有清凉感,又具有收敛、麻醉和杀菌防腐的作用。
尼泊金甲酯具有广谱抑菌作用,对革兰氏阳性,阴性细菌,酵母菌和霉菌有很强的抑制作用,使用浓度低并且安全经济,使用有效期长。尼泊金甲酯容易与各种化学物质相配伍,尼泊金甲酯和尼泊金丙酯复配使用,以达到更佳的防腐效果。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、凹凸棒剃须膏的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土20~50%、硬脂酸2~20%、椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠2~8%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1~5%、柠檬酸0.01~5%、薄荷脑0.01~1%、尼泊金甲酯0.05~0.5%、尼泊金丙酯0.05~0.5%和去离子水20~50%。
所述改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土是在凹凸棒矿造浆生产工艺基础上,将凹凸棒矿泥浆进行钠化处理,经过沉淀后的泥浆为改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土。膏状凹凸棒石粘土经过高速强力搅拌,成为一种触变性和胶黏性特好的天然凝胶体,粘度高达10000mPa·s以上,吸附性能和保湿性能都得到了进一步的提高。
凹凸棒矿造浆生产工艺是:将凹凸棒矿输入搅拌机内搅拌,经挤出机挤压成片状后,再次输入搅拌机内搅拌,经挤出机挤压成片状后自然晾晒,晾干的凹凸棒矿输送到原料池中浸泡,用气泵冲翻,沉淀后放出浸泡水,筛去杂质,输入半成品池中,重新加水浸泡,用气泵冲翻,沉淀后放出浸泡水,并将沉淀后的泥浆输送到成品池内,即为凹凸棒矿泥浆成品。
上述生产工艺是采用由本发明人于2004年1月6日申请的“凹凸棒矿造浆生产工艺”,中国专利授权公告号为:CN1287965C,授权公告日:2006年12月6日。
所述改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土的生产工艺是:(1)选用凹凸棒矿泥浆为主体原料,凹凸棒矿泥浆按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土15~35%和水65~85%;(2)钠化处理:将凹凸棒矿泥浆输送到搅拌机内,添加氢氧化钠后进行搅拌,经过搅拌的凹凸棒矿泥浆,输送到钠化池中钠化处理1~7天为改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土;钠化配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒矿泥浆85~98%和氢氧化钠2~15%。
2、凹凸棒剃须膏的生产方法:①将凹凸棒剃须膏的配料加入打浆机内进行打浆,打浆混合均匀后为凹凸棒剃须膏的混合物;②将步骤①获得的混合物输入多功能胶体磨中进行研磨为糊状混合物,颗粒细度小于0.015毫米;③将步骤②获得的研磨后的糊状混合物,输入超高速搅拌机中进行高速强力搅拌为膏状半成品;④将步骤③获得的膏状半成品进行真空脱气工艺处理,罐装为凹凸棒剃须膏的成品。
凹凸棒矿泥浆经过钠化处理后,膏状凹凸棒石粘土成为一种触变性和胶黏性特好的天然硅酸镁铝凝胶。
凹凸棒剃须膏使用改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土为主要原料,不需要另外添加增稠剂和保湿剂,改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土能很好的附着在皮肤的表面,增加与胡须的接触面积,不但能润滑胡须,还能减轻刀刃与皮肤的摩擦力,使人无痛感,从而减少剃刀对脸的直接伤害,也不会引起皮肤过敏反应,提高了剃须膏的使用效果,也大大降低了生产成本。
凹凸棒剃须膏手感好、性能温和且泡沫丰富;可以软化胡须,清洁皮肤,还可以舒缓肌肤。
凹凸棒剃须膏适用于剃除胡须和汗毛。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
1、凹凸棒剃须膏的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土48%、硬脂酸15%、椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠5%、十二烷基硫酸钠2%、柠檬酸1.6%、薄荷脑0.2%、尼泊金甲酯0.15%、尼泊金丙酯0.05%和去离子水28%。
所述改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土的生产工艺是:(1)选用凹凸棒矿泥浆为主体原料,凹凸棒矿泥浆按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土30%和水70%;(2)钠化处理:将凹凸棒矿泥浆输送到搅拌机内,添加氢氧化钠后进行搅拌,经过搅拌的凹凸棒矿泥浆,输送到钠化池中钠化处理4天为改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土;钠化配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒矿泥浆94%和氢氧化钠6%。
2、凹凸棒剃须膏的生产方法:①将凹凸棒剃须膏的配料加入打浆机内进行打浆,打浆混合均匀后为凹凸棒剃须膏的混合物;②将步骤①获得的混合物输入多功能胶体磨中进行研磨为糊状混合物,颗粒细度小于0.015毫米;③将步骤②获得的研磨后的糊状混合物,输入超高速搅拌机中进行高速强力搅拌为膏状半成品;④将步骤③获得的膏状半成品进行真空脱气工艺处理,罐装为凹凸棒剃须膏的成品。

1、一种凹凸棒剃须膏,其特征在于,凹凸棒剃须膏的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土20~50%、硬脂酸2~20%、椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠2~8%、十二烷基硫酸钠0.1~5%、柠檬酸0.01~5%、薄荷脑0.01~1%、尼泊金甲酯0.05~0.5%、尼泊金丙酯0.05~0.5%和去离子水20~50%;
所述改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土的生产工艺是:(1)选用凹凸棒矿泥浆为主体原料,凹凸棒矿泥浆按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土15~35%和水65~85%;(2)钠化处理:将凹凸棒矿泥浆输送到搅拌机内,添加氢氧化钠后进行搅拌,经过搅拌的凹凸棒矿泥浆,输送到钠化池中钠化处理1~7天为改性后的膏状凹凸棒石粘土;钠化配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒矿泥浆85~98%和氢氧化钠2~15%。
