技术领域
本发明涉及遥控电子装置,尤其涉及红外遥控电子装置。
背景技术
随着多媒体技术的飞速发展,游戏机、数码相机、摄像机及移动电话等便携式电子产品越来越受消费者青睐。当前,该等便携式电子产品的发展趋势是“一机多用”,即将尽可能多的功能集中于一部便携式电子产品上,如此,只需携带一部便携式电子产品,便可实现多种功能。例如,目前主流的移动电话大多设置有相机模组,即可通讯又可拍照,甚至某些新潮的移动电话还内置有各种音频/视频播放器,极大程度上满足消费者对娱乐功能的需求。
另外,游戏娱乐也越来越受消费者关注,特别是高仿真游戏,因极具现场感,而深受欢迎。高仿真游戏机通常包括一个游戏主机和一个遥控手柄,游戏主机与显示器连接以提供游戏场面,遥控手柄则通过信号收/发装置控制游戏主机做出相应游戏动作。由于不同主题游戏的控制对象不同,其适配的遥控手柄也不同,例如,射击主题游戏的遥控手柄就无法与球类或搏击主题游戏的遥控手柄通用。为此,消费者需同时配置两种遥控器,消费成本高,且携带极不方便,而几乎人人必备的移动手机产品却无法与该等高仿真游戏产品结合。
发明内容
有鉴于此,提供一种可同时适配射击类游戏及非射击类游戏的红外遥控模组以及具有所述红外遥控模组的便携式电子装置。
一种红外遥控模组,其包括一个红外感测模块、一个信号处理模块及一个控制反馈模块。所述红外感测模块用于感测主机发出的光信号并输出相应的数字信号。所述红外感测模块包括一个具有一个入光口的套筒及自所述入光口起依次设置于所述套筒内的一个红外带通滤光片、一个镜片组及一个红外感测器。所述套筒位于所述红外带通滤光片与所述镜片组之间的筒壁开设有一个开口,所述红外感测模块还包括一个设置于所述开口处的准直器及一与所述准直器连接的推拉件,所述推拉件用于推拉所述准直器以使所述准直器通过所述开口进入或离开所述套筒。所述信号处理模块与所述红外感测模块电连接,用于接收所述数字信号并处理成目标信号。所述控制反馈模块与所述信号处理模块电连接,用于接收所述目标信号及用户命令以调制所述目标信号进而产生对应的控制信号,并将所述控制信号反馈到主机以实现遥控功能。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一个壳体、一个设置于所述壳体内的电路板、一个与所述电路板电连接的移动通讯模块及一个红外遥控模组。所述红外遥控模组包括一个红外感测模块、一个信号处理模块及一个控制反馈模块。所述红外感测模块用于感测主机发出的光信号并输出相应的数字信号。所述红外感测模块包括一个具有一个入光口的套筒及自所述入光口起依次设置于所述套筒内的一个红外带通滤光片、一个镜片组及一个红外感测器。所述套筒位于所述红外带通滤光片与所述镜片组之间的筒壁开设有一个开口,所述红外感测模块还包括一个设置于所述开口处的准直器及一与所述准直器连接的推拉件,所述推拉件用于推拉所述准直器以使所述准直器通过所述开口进入或离开所述套筒。所述信号处理模块与所述红外感测模块电连接,用于接收所述数字信号并处理成目标信号。所述控制反馈模块与所述信号处理模块电连接,用于接收所述目标信号及用户命令以调制所述目标信号进而产生对应的控制信号,并将所述控制信号反馈到主机以实现遥控功能。所述信号处理模块及控制反馈模块与所述电路板电连接,所述套筒的入光口设于所述壳体外表面以接受主机发出的光信号。所述壳体设置有一个与所述推拉件连接的弹性按钮,以供用户控制所述准直器进入或离开所述套筒。
游戏时,若所述准直器进入所述套筒成为所述红外感测模块光路的一部分,其将游戏主机发射的红外光收缩成平行光,平行光经所述镜片组聚焦,所述红外感测器便可感测到较小像素区域信号,如射击瞄准点,所述控制反馈模块控制该射击瞄准点的行为便可进行射击类游戏。若所述准直器离开所述套筒,所述红外感测模块光路只保留所述镜片组将游戏主机发射的红外光成像于所述红外感测器的感光平面,所述红外感测模块感测到较大区域信号,如球拍等,游戏者便可进行球类等非射击类游戏。
所述红外遥控模组可通过控制所述准直器进入或离开所述套筒达适配射击类或非射击类游戏两种不同主题游戏的目的,只需配置一个所述红外遥控模组便可进行射击类或非射击类游戏,消费成本低,携带方便。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本发明较佳实施例的红外遥控模组10包括一个红外感测模块11、一个信号处理模块12及一个控制反馈模块13。所述红外感测模块11用于感测主机(图未示)发出的光信号并输出相应的数字信号。所述红外感测模块11包括一个具有一个入光口111的套筒110及自所述入光口111起依次设置于所述套筒110内的一个红外带通滤光片112、一个镜片组113及一个红外感测器114。所述套筒110位于所述红外带通滤光片112与所述镜片组113之间的筒壁开设有一个开口115,所述红外感测模块11还包括一个设置于所述开口115处的准直器116及一与所述准直器116连接的推拉件117,所述推拉件117用于推拉所述准直器116以使所述准直器116通过所述开口115进入或离开所述套筒110。所述信号处理模块12与所述红外感测模块11电连接,用于接收所述数字信号并处理成目标信号。所述控制反馈模块13与所述信号处理模块12电连接,用于接收所述目标信号及用户命令以调制所述目标信号进而产生对应的控制信号,并将所述控制信号反馈到主机以实现遥控功能。
所述套筒110包括一个筒体1101及一个筒座1102,所述红外带通滤光片112及镜片组113设于所述筒体1101内,而所述红外感测器114设置于所述筒座1102内。所述筒体1101以螺纹结合的方式安装于所述筒座1102上,所述筒体1101远离所述筒座1102一端还设有一个筒盖1103,所述入光口111开设于所述筒盖1103中心处。所述入光口111呈倒圆台形,为防止灰尘或水滴从入光口111进入所述套筒110,对所述套筒110内部的光路造成光学污染,本实施例的入光口111设置有保护镜片118。
所述红外带通滤光片112靠近所述筒盖1103设置,用于滤取红外波段的光线进入所述入光口111而阻止其它波段的光线,从而提高光信号的信噪比。本实施例的红外带通滤光片112的滤波特性可参照以下设定:1)带通的波长范围为800-1100纳米;2)波峰宽度为40-80纳米,优先的,波峰宽度为50-70纳米;3)波峰区的光穿透率大于90%;4)带通区外的其它波段的光穿透率小于2%。
请参阅图2,本实施例的红外带通滤光片112包括一透明基片1121及依次形成于所述基片上的多层氧化薄膜1122。具体的,多层氧化薄膜1122包括两种折射率不同的氧化薄膜,所述两种氧化薄膜间隔交替沉积于所述透明基片1121上,便可形成所述红外带通滤光片112。优选的,可采用30-50层二氧化钛(TiO2)与二氧化硅(SiO2)交替沉积于玻璃基片上便制成所述红外带通滤光片112。另外,可将所述多层氧化薄膜1122沉积于所述保护镜片118与所述镜片组113相对的表面上,即所述保护玻璃118既可起保护作用,同时可起滤光作用,从而可节省材料成本。
所述镜片组113与所述红外带通滤光片112间隔设置,以预留空间收容所述准直器116。所述镜片组113可采用球面镜片或非球面镜片,考虑到非球面镜片具有更优越的光学性能,本实施例的镜片组113采用一片非球面镜片。当然,所述镜片组113并不限于本实施例,如可采用更多数目的非球面镜,以感测画面质量细腻的游戏。
所述红外感测器114可采用互补金属氧化物半导体传感器(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor,CMOS)或电荷耦合器件传感器(Charge Couple Device,CCD),本实施例采用后者。
所述开口115形状与所述准直器116的形状相对应,如此可紧固限定所述准直器116在所述套筒110的位置。所述准直器116包括一个固定环1161及一个设于所述固定环1161内的准直镜1162,所述固定环1161外径与所述套筒110内径大致相等。如此,当所述准直器116进入所述套筒110时,其圆周侧面1163与所述套筒110的内壁1104紧密贴靠,所述准直器116可稳固地嵌设于所述套筒110。所述推拉件117采用与所述固定环1161一体形成的圆柱,当然,所述推拉件117并不限于本实施例,可采用其它形状。
请参阅图3,为进行射击类游戏时的红外光光路示意图,图中各光学组件采用特征线条表示。进行射击类游戏需将所述准直器116推进所述套筒110成为所述红外感测模块11光路的一部分。主机信号光源30发出信号光31,经所述准直器116收缩成平行光32,所述平行光32经所述镜片组113变成汇聚光33,并投射于所述红外感测器114的感光平面。如此,所述红外感测器114便可感测到汇聚的小像素区域信号34。所述红外感测器114将所述小像素区域信号34转化成数字信号,而所述信号处理模块12则将所述数字信号处理成目标信号,如瞄准点。所述控制反馈模块13接收用户命令并调制所述目标信号进而产生对应的控制信号,再将所述控制信号反馈到主机(图未示),从而实现射击类游戏。
考虑到所述平行光32经所述镜片组113后将汇聚于所述镜片组113的像方主面,为感测到更小像素区域的信号,可设置所述红外感测器114的位置使其感光平面靠近所述镜片组113的像方主面。本实施例的红外感测器114的感光平面与所述镜片组113的像方主面重合。
请参阅图4,为进行非射击类游戏时的红外光光路示意图,图中各光学组件采用特征线条表示。进行射击类游戏需将所述准直器116拉离所述套筒110,所述红外感测模块11的光路只保留所述镜片组113将信号光31于成像于所述红外感测器114的感光平面。如此,所述红外感测器114将感测到较大像素区域信号35,并输出对应数字信号,所述信号处理模块12将所述数字信号处理成目标信号,如球拍,所述控制反馈模块13接收用户命令并调制所述目标信号进而产生对应的控制信号,再将所述控制信号反馈到主机,从而实现球类等非射击游戏。
综上,所述红外遥控模组可通过控制所述准直器进入或离开所述套筒达适配射击类或非射击类游戏两种不同主题游戏的目的,只需配置一个所述红外遥控模组便可进行射击类或非射击类游戏,消费成本低,携带方便。
请同时参阅图5及图6,所述便携式电子装置20包括一个壳体21、一个设置于所述壳体21内的电路板22、一个与所述电路板22电连接的移动通讯模块23及一个所述红外遥控模组。所述信号处理模块12及控制反馈模块13与所述电路板22电连接,所述套筒110的入光口111设于所述壳体21外表面以接收主机(图未示)发出的光信号。所述壳体21设置有一个与所述推拉件117连接的弹性按钮24,以供用户控制所述准直器116进入或离开所述套筒110。另外,所述便携式电子装置20还包括一与所述电路板22电连接的加速度感测模组25,用于感测所述便携式装置20的运动并转化为用户命令。优选的,本实施例的便携式电子装置20还具备以下功能:显示功能、蓝牙收发功能、广播接收功能、音频收录功能、拍照功能、音频播放功能、视频播放功能、硬盘读写功能及光盘读写功能。
具体的,所述便携式电子装置20包括一个主侧面201、一个次侧面202及一个前端面203。所述主侧面201设置有控制面板211、显示面板212、相机镜头213、扬声器214及麦克风215。所述次侧面202设置有硬盘驱动器(Hard Disk Drive,HDD)216、光盘驱动器(Digital Video Disk,DVD)217及记忆卡插槽218。所述前端面203设置有蓝牙端口219,所述入光口111设置于所述前端面203靠近所述次侧面202边缘处,而所述弹性按钮24设置于所述次侧面202靠近前端面203的边缘处,两者位置相对应。另外,所述电路板22还设置音频处理模组、视频处理模组及广播模组等电路模组(图未示)。
所述控制面板211与所述显示面板212构成用户界面,用户可通过所述控制面板211选择所述便携式电子装置20所能实现的功能。所述便携式电子装置20可通过所述移动通讯模块23实现移动通讯功能;通过所述红外遥控模组实现红外遥控功能;通过所述显示面板212实现显示功能;通过所述蓝牙端口219实现蓝牙功能;通过所述广播模组实现广播接收功能;通过所述麦克风215及音频处理模组实现音频收录功能;通过所述相机镜头213实现拍照功能;通过所述音频处理模组及扬声器214实现音频播放功能,通过所述视频处理模组及显示器216实现视频播放功能,通过所述硬盘驱动器216及光盘驱动器217实现硬盘读写功能及光盘读写功能;通过所述记忆卡插槽218增大自身存储容量。
为了缩小所述便携式电子装置20的体积,所述硬盘驱动器216采用微型硬盘驱动器,所述光盘驱动器217采用微型的蓝光光盘驱动器。
所述加速度感测器25可感测所述便携式电子装置20的移动轨迹、速度等参数,并将其所述参数转化为用户命令并输至所述控制反馈模块13调制所述信号处理模块12输出的目标信号,实现运动遥控功能。如,进行射击类游戏时,用户只需像使用手枪一样移动所述便携式电子装置20,游戏场面中的瞄准点(图未示)将作出对应移动,从而实现控制所述瞄准点的功能。又如,进行高尔夫球游戏时,用户只需像挥高尔夫球杆一样挥舞所述便携式电子装置,游戏场面中的高尔夫球杆将做出对应动作,从而实现控制高尔夫球杆的遥控功能。
更加具体的,所述红外感测模块11与所述壳体21及所述弹性按钮24可参以下设置:所述所述前端面203开设有对应入光口111的通孔2101,将所述红外感测模块11固定于所述壳体21上,所述入光口111对准所述通孔2101。所述壳体21向内延伸一抵板2102,所述抵板2102开设有通孔供所述推拉件117插设。所述弹性按钮24包括一按钮体242及一弹簧241,所述按钮体242嵌设于所述次侧面202对应所述推拉件117的位置,并与所述推拉件117转动连接,所述弹簧241套设于所述推拉件117并处于压缩状态。所述按钮体242设有一卡销2421,对应的,所述壳体设有一与所述卡销2421相配合的卡勾2103。
所述按钮24未下按时,处于压缩状态的弹簧241对所述按钮体242施加沿远离所述壳体21方向的弹力,所述弹簧体242在弹力作用下通过所述推拉件117将所述准直器116拉离所述套筒110,所述准直器116抵压于所述抵板2102上并固定,此时用户可进行非射击类游戏。若用户克服弹力将下按所述按钮体242,将所述准直器116推进所述套筒110,并通过转动所述按钮体242,将所述卡销2421插设于所述卡勾2103,通过所述卡销2421及卡勾2103的配合固定所述按钮体242,从而将所述准直器116固定于所述套筒110内,此时用户可进行射击类游戏。
可以理解,所述红外感测模块11与所述壳体21及所述弹性按钮24的结构配合并不限于本实施例,可采用其它结构。
可以理解,所述便携式电子装置20不限于本实施例,可改变设置其上的各种零部件的位置,或增加/减少零部件从而增加或减少其功能。
应该指出,上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施方式,本领域技术人员还可在本发明精神内做其它变化。这些依据本发明精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述红外遥控模组包括:
一个红外感测模块,用于感测主机发出的光信号并输出相应的数字信号;所述红外感测模块包括一个具有一个入光口的套筒及自所述入光口起依次设置于所述套筒内的一个红外带通滤光片、一个镜片组及一个红外感测器;所述套筒位于所述红外带通滤光片与所述镜片组之间的筒壁开设有一个开口,所述红外感测模块还包括一个设置于所述开口处的准直器及一与所述准直器连接的推拉件,所述推拉件用于推拉所述准直器以使所述准直器通过所述开口进入或离开所述套筒;
一个与所述红外感测模块电连接的信号处理模块,用于接收所述数字信号并处理成目标信号;
一个与所述信号处理模块电连接的控制反馈模块,用于接收所述目标信号及用户命令以调制所述目标信号进而产生对应的控制信号,并将所述控制信号反馈到主机以实现遥控功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述红外感测器的感光平面靠近所述镜片组的像方主面。
3.如权利要求1所述的红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述准直器包括一个固定环及一个设于所述固定环内的准直镜,所述固定环外径与所述套筒内径大致相等。
4.如权利要求1所述的红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述开口形状与所述准直器的形状相对应以紧固限定所述准直器在所述套筒的位置。
5.如权利要求1所述的红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述红外感测模块还包括一个设置于所述入光口的保护镜片。
6.如权利要求1所述的红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述红外带通滤光片包括一透明基片及依次形成于所述基片上的多层氧化薄膜。
7.如权利要求1所述的红外遥控模组,其特征在于,所述红外带通滤光片的带通波长范围为800-1100纳米。
8.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一个壳体、一个设置于所述壳体内的电路板、一个与所述电路板电连接的移动通讯模块及一个如权利要求1-7任一项所述的红外遥控模组;所述信号处理模块及控制反馈模块与所述电路板电连接,所述套筒的入光口设于所述壳体外表面以接受主机发出的光信号;所述壳体设置有一个与所述推拉件连接的弹性按钮,以供用户控制所述准直器进入或离开所述套筒。
9.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于,所述便携式电子装置还包括一与所述电路板电连接的加速度感测器,用于感测所述便携式装置的运动并转化为用户命令。
10.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于,所述便携式电子装置还具备有显示功能、蓝牙收发功能、广播接收功能、音频收录功能、拍照功能、音频播放功能、视频播放功能、硬盘读写功能及光盘读写功能。
