现有技术的房屋建筑,尤其是单层或多层的房屋建造,不论是釆用砖木 结构,还是釆用混凝土结构,都需要在现场制作,其所用的材料比重较大, 因此要求其支承结构(即承重结构)也必须设计得较大,才能满足要求,这 样一来,房屋整体重量也大大增加,这就需要良好的基础结构,使建设费用 和施工时间延长,建设成本上升。
为了降低建设费用,缩短施工时间,近年也有人使用轻型组装房屋,即 先用木材或金属搭建房屋的结构框架,再用空心塑料板作为隔墙和屋顶,这 种房屋虽然解决了建设费用和施工时间问题,但其隔热、隔音性能差,为了 提高隔热、隔音性能,有人使用双层塑料板,中间填充隔热材料的做法,其 必须在现场制作,费时费力,房屋整体强度也不高,遇上暴风雨特别是台风 时容易被毁。
在现有技术中,人们建造简易房屋或室内装修,常采用轻钢龙骨的做法: 先按设计方案搭架轻钢龙骨,再在龙骨的一旁或两旁安装建筑薄板,对于内 墙装修,这些建筑薄板多釆用石膏板。
这种现场安装组建墙体的方法具有施工灵活的特点,其不足之处是施工 工序多,工效低。 发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材,其具有质轻、保 温、防火隔热性能好、容易制成没有接缝的整体墙板,其主要用于简易房屋 的建造,能快速完成简易房屋的搭建,工效极高。本发明的另一个目的是提 出这种大型建筑板材的制造工艺。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材,包括两块平板和夹在两块平板之间的芯板,其特征在于:所述芯板包括有设于边缘处使形成封边结构的轻框架和
这些轻框架所包围的空腔内填充的轻质保温隔热材料。
作为优化,平板与芯板的轻框架之间用自攻螺丝连接加固。 所述轻框架有至少4条轻质型材组合而成,这些轻质型材的截面有如下
类型:L形、h形、凸形、凹形、口形和梯形。 所述的轻质型材外表面涂覆有防火材料层。 轻框架所包围的空腔内还设有支撑架或支撑柱。
构成所述轻框架的材料是:铝型材、钢型材、轻钢龙骨、不锈钢型材、 塑钢型材等金属型材或木材、PVC塑料、工程塑料、玻璃钢、纤维混凝土等非 金属型材。
所述的平板为纤维增强水泥平板、钢丝网增强水泥平板、纤维增强石膏
板、硅钩板、铝塑板、复合木板。
所述的轻质保温隔热材料是聚苯乙烯泡沬塑料板、矿棉板、岩棉板、火
山岩棉板、玻璃棉板、膨胀珍珠岩板、泡沬玻璃、聚氨酯泡沫塑料板。 按需要,这种建筑板材设有预制门口,门口周边上设有封边门框。 按需要,这种建筑板材设有预制窗户,窗户周边上设有封边窗框。 这种建筑板材的宽度为0. 5 ~ 4米,长度为1 ~ 20米,厚度在30-400mm,容
重为100-600kg/m3。
一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,其特征在于釆用如下 灌注式步骤:
A. 预备平板和轻框架,根据需要在轻框架内加设支撑架;
B. 在两平板之间放置轻框架并用自攻螺丝将平板和轻框架连接加固;预 留灌注孔;
C. 在两平板之间轻框架所包围的空腔内灌注轻质保温隔热材料填充;
D. 硬化后为产品。
另一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,其特征在于釆用如下机 械模具灌注式步骤:'a.预备平板和轻框架,根据需要在轻框架内加设支撑架;
b. 将两平板用轻框架隔开并放入模腔内,预留灌注孔;
c. 在两平板之间轻框架所包围的空腔内灌注轻质保温隔热材料填充;
d. 硬化后脱模;
e. 用自攻螺丝将平板和轻框架连接加固。
另一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,其特征在于釆用如下带 框模压式步骤:
a. 预备平板和轻框架,根据需要在轻框架内加设支撑架;
b. 将轻质保温隔热材料镶入轻框架内形成芯板;
c. 用上、下两块平板将芯板夹在中间并在平板与芯板之间加粘结剂使成 为有框夹芯板并放入压机内;
d. 开动压机,对有框夹芯板进行加压粘合成型;
e.保压一定时间后解除压机压力并取出有框夹芯板;
f. 用自攻螺丝将平板和轻框架连接加固。
另一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,其特征在于釆用如下无 框模压式步骤:
a. 预备平板和轻质保温隔热材料(根据需要在轻质保温隔热材料内预夹
支撑架);
B. 用上、下两块平板将轻质保温隔热材料夹在中间并在平板与轻质保温
隔热材料之间加粘结剂使成为无框夹芯板并放入压机内; c.开动压机,对无框夹芯板进行加压粘合定型;
D. 保压一定时间后解除压机压力并取出无框夹芯板;
E. 在无框夹芯板周边开槽加轻框架封边并用自攻螺丝将平板和轻框架 连接加固。
另一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,其特征在于采用如下平 模滚压式步骤:A. 预备轻质保温隔热材料(根据需要在轻质保温隔热材料内预夹支撑 架);
B. 将轻质保温隔热材料放置入模板上;
C. 在轻质保温隔热材料上面分层滚压形成一层平板;
D. 硬化后将结合的一层平板和轻质保温隔热材料翻转;
e. 在轻质保温隔热材料上面再分层滚压形成另 一层平板;
f. 硬化后开槽加轻框架封边并用自攻螺丝将平板和轻框架连接加固。 另一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,其特征在于采用如下平
模滚压式步骤:
A. 预备轻质保温隔热材料和轻框架(根据需要在轻质保温隔热材料或 轻框架内预夹支撑架);
B. 在模板上面分层滚压形成一层平板;
C. 将轻框架安置在一层平板上;
D. 将轻质保温隔热材料放置(或灌注)在轻框架所包围的一层平板上;
E. 在轻质保温隔热材料和轻框架上面再分层滚压形成另 一层平板;
F. 硬化后用自攻螺丝将平板和轻框架连接加固。 与现有技术对比,本发明具有如下实质性特点和显著进步:
1. 本发明是预制具有轻质龙骨的建筑板材,使用时无需架搭龙骨,将板 材按房屋设计组合连接后,相互间的轻框架便连接成为整体结构,具有龙骨 的作用,保证房屋具有良好的结构性能:抗风、抗震、防盗(在平板内置钢 筋网)、防潮等。
2. 本发明的建筑板材可以工厂化制作和现场制作,制作时按设计要求预 制具有不同的规格、不同功能的板材,例如釆用不同的保温隔热材料,预制
门户和窗户等,减少后处理工序,提高工效。
3. 本发明的每块建筑板材是板材加轻框架封边的结构,必要时中间增加 支撑架或支撑柱,在保证墙体有足够的承载能力的同时,大大减轻了墙体的 重量,给运输和施工带来极大的方便。
4. 本发明的建筑板材中间夹置的保温隔热材料,用作墙体时具有良好的保温隔热性能,可大大降低房屋使用能耗。
5. 本发明通过作为框架的封边型材的巧妙设计,使得组拼房屋时十分方
便和容易,大多数情况下板材之间直接用螺钉连接即可,基本无需另外配备
连接件。
6. 本发明的建筑板材不但适用于墙体,还可用作屋面, 一般用于斜面屋顶。
7. 本发明提出的装配式轻框架大型建筑板材的制造工艺,对设备要求不 高,甚至有不需要设备的实施方案,工艺流程简单,切实可行。 附图说明

参考图1至图4,本发明提供的一种装配式轻框架大型建筑板材,包括有 轻框架和两块用轻框架支撑间隔开来的平板7,该轻框架由左、右两端分别是 截面为L形的轻质型材l和上、下端分别是截面为口形轻质型材3连接组成, 由这4条型材构成的轻框架设于两平板7之间的边缘处使形成封边结构,两 平板7之间轻框架所包围的空腔内填充轻质保温隔热材料8,用自攻螺丝9将 平板7和轻框架连接加固。
参考图5和图6,作为改进,在轻框架所包围的空腔内还设有支撑架13。 参考图7至图12,作为形成封边结构的轻框架的型材,考虑到方便相互 连接形成各种结构(一型、,型、丁型、十型),容易安装,本发明设计有截 面为^形型材(如图7),截面为口形型材(如图8),截面为h形型材(如 图9),截面为梯形型材(如图10),截面为凹形型材(如图11),截面为凸形 型材(如图12),考虑到防火性能的需要,可在这些型材的外层涂覆防火涂料 层;也可以根据制造工艺和节约需要,将这些型材做成实心型材或空心型材。参考图13和图14,以截面为'形的轻质型材1作为封边框架的板材,可 用连接螺丝11将两块板材的轻框架连接直接拼接成直角或直线墙体,无需架 设任何龙骨。
参考图15、图16及图20,以截面为」-形的轻质型材1作为封边框架的 板材,可以在角位处增加方柱10并用连接螺丝11将两块板材的轻框架和方 柱10连接拼接成丁字型或十字型墙体。
参考图17和图18,以截面为梯形的轻质型材6作为封边框架的板材,可
用连接螺丝11将两块板材的轻框架连接直接拼接成直角或直线墙体,无需架 设任何龙骨。
参考图19和图21,以截面为^形的轻质型材1作为封边框架的板材和以 截面为S形的轻质型材2作为封边框架的板材组合,可用连接螺丝ll将三 块或四块板材的轻框架连接直接拼接成丁字型或十字型墙体,无需架设任何 龙骨。
一般情况下,大多数板材的上、下端部釆用口形型材封边(如图4和图6 所示),有些特殊部位需要采用异形封边型材,如用于屋面定位连接的凹形型 材4和配合凹形型材4使用的凸形型材5 (如图24的屋面结构),安装时采用 角形连接件14和连接螺丝11连接加固。
本发明与地基15的连接方法如图24所示, 一般地先在地面设置地龙槽 钢12,然后将板材放入地龙槽钢12上并用连接螺钉11将板材的边框3和地 龙槽钢12连接固定。
这种大型板材可按房屋尺寸做成中间没有接缝的整体墙体,并在建筑板 材的适当部位,设置有预制门框16 (如图23),在门口边缘处设有口形封边 型材3,用连接螺钉11将板材的边框3和门框16连接固定。
还可以按设计需要设置有预制窗框17 (如图22),在窗户边缘处设有口 形封边型材3,用连接螺钉11将板材的边框3和窗框17连接固定。
以上仅对本发明的结构作概括性描述,在实际应用中根据需要作调整, 例如:
1)两平板7之间轻质框架所包围的空腔内设置的支撑架13,其可以是连接的格网结构或非连接的多柱式独立结构。
2) 所述的平板7可以为纤维增强水泥平板、钢丝网增强水泥平板、纤维 增强石膏板、硅钙板、铝塑板或复合木板等。
3) 构成轻质框架的材料可以是:铝型材、钢型材、轻钢龙骨、不锈钢型 材、塑钢型材等金属型材或木材、PVC塑料、工程塑料、玻璃钢、纤维混凝土 等非金属型材。
4) 所述的轻质保温隔热材料可以是聚苯乙烯泡沬塑料板、矿棉板、岩棉 板、火山岩棉板、玻璃棉板、膨胀珍珠岩板、泡沬玻璃、聚氨酯泡沬塑料板 等。
