本发明涉及方柱立式钻床,尤其涉及方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构。本发明中主轴箱(11)与立柱(12)间设有燕尾导轨(13)连接,燕尾导轨(13)尾端一侧设有压板(3),横截面为梯形的压板(3)由螺钉(18)紧固于主轴箱背面(19),压板(3)上下两端分别设有夹紧压块(1),偏心轴(7)下部固定于手柄座(8)上,上部装于轴套(17)上,拉杆(2)穿过两个夹紧压块(1)套接在偏心轴(7)轴套下端和手柄座上端,并固定在夹紧压块(1)上;夹紧手柄(9)装于手柄座(8)上。本发明方便、安全、省力,通用性强,手动、机动升降主轴箱的机床都可以应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及方柱立式钻床,尤其涉及方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构。
背景技术
方柱立式钻床的主轴箱与立柱的连接,绝大多数都是用燕尾导轨方式,主轴箱在升降前后均须作先松开后夹紧的动作,多年来其夹紧机构都是沿用最简单的压板手夹紧方式,无论是松开还是夹紧,都必须用扳手分别扳动上、下两块压板上的螺母,操作很麻烦,劳动强度较大,很不安全,扳手松脱或手打滑则很易出事故,当主轴箱升到最上位置时,尤其不方便,在加工品种较多时因主轴箱升降频繁,其缺点更为突出。主轴箱是手动升降,这种方法尚可应用,如主轴箱是机动升降,这种夹紧方法则很难匹配,如改为自动夹紧则因结构复杂引起成本大幅度增加,这种两难选择在钻床行业中多年来未解决。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种方便、安全、省力的方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构,主轴箱与立柱间设有燕尾导轨连接,燕尾导轨尾端一侧设有压板,横截面为梯形的压板由螺钉紧固于主轴箱背面,压板上下两端分别设有夹紧压块,偏心轴下部固定于手柄座上,上部装于轴套上,拉杆穿过两个夹紧压块套接在偏心轴轴套下端和手柄座上端,并固定在夹紧压块上;夹紧手柄装于手柄座上。
压板的梯形横截面与主轴箱连接的斜线角度为15°。
拉杆的螺纹部位由里向外设有球面垫圈、六角螺母、锁紧螺母。
偏心轴上端还装有削边套,削边套旁边的主轴箱与立柱连接臂上设有限位开关,限位开关上设有带弹簧的限位棒与削边套接触。
本发明中压板用以调整导轨面的配合间隙,在制造厂配合好后以螺钉紧固在主轴箱后面,通常情况下用户不需再调整,只有在导轨面磨损而影响机床精度时才需要简单修磨重调。压板上下两端分别设有夹紧压块,也是用于夹紧燕尾导轨的。本实用新型的压板相比现有技术由一个整块,改为压板上下两端分别设有夹紧压块的三段式结构,偏心轴下部固定于手柄座上,上部装于轴套上,拉杆穿过两个夹紧压块套接在偏心轴轴套下端和手柄座上端,并固定在夹紧压块上;夹紧手柄装于手柄座上,这样可以将夹紧手柄往左或右旋转时,偏心轴同向转动,带动上下两个拉杆夹紧或松开夹紧压块与燕尾轨道之间的间隙距离,从而达到一次夹紧,一次松开。为防止拉杆的旋转,拉杆的螺纹部位设了球面垫圈,并用两个螺母加以固定旋紧。偏心轴上端还装有削边套,削边套旁边的主轴箱与立柱连接臂上设有限位开关,限位开关上设有带弹簧的限位棒与削边套接触。当削边套抵住限位棒,主轴箱机动升降的电器线路断开,升降电动机不能起动,只有在松开时,削边套也松开限位开关使其触点复位接通升降电动机,这时才能起动升降电动机作主轴箱升降,从而起到夹紧松开与机动升降的连锁保护作用。如采用手动升降主轴箱,削边套及限位开关就不须用。
本发明方便、安全、省力,通用性强,手动、机动升降主轴箱的机床都可以应用。

具体实施方式
如图1、2和3所示,1为夹紧压块,2为拉杆,3为压板,4为球面垫圈,5为削边套,6为限位开关,7为偏心轴,8为手柄座,9为夹紧手柄,10为连接臂,11为主轴箱,12为立柱,13为燕尾导轨,14为限位棒,15为六角螺母,16为锁紧螺母,17为轴套,18为螺钉,19为主轴箱背面,20为固定螺钉。
本发明中主轴箱11与立柱12间设有燕尾导轨13连接,燕尾导轨13尾端一侧设有压板3,横截面为梯形的压板3由螺钉18紧固于主轴箱背面19,压板3上下两端分别设有夹紧压块1,偏心轴7下部固定于手柄座8上,上部装于轴套17上,拉杆2穿过两个夹紧压块1套接在偏心轴7轴套下端和手柄座上端,并固定在夹紧压块1上;夹紧手柄9装于手柄座8上。压板3的梯形横截面与主轴箱11连接的斜线角度为15°。拉杆2的螺纹部位由里向外设有球面垫圈4、六角螺母15、锁紧螺母16。偏心轴7上端还装有削边套5,削边套5通过固定螺钉20固定在偏心轴上,削边套5旁边的主轴箱11与立柱12连接臂10上设有限位开关6,限位开关6上设有带弹簧的限位棒14与削边套5接触。
本发明中偏心轴7与拉杆2的结合处具有e=1.5mm的偏心量,偏心轴下部与手柄座8以花键连接,手柄座8上装有夹紧手柄9及外购的标准件手柄套。扳动夹紧手柄9带动偏心轴7转动一个角度,借偏心高点向左方向转动的位移量带动两个拉杆2同步向左拉紧两件夹紧压块1完成夹紧动作。因为拉杆2在动作时有空间角度的少许变化,所以在拉杆2的螺纹部位加装了球面垫圈4,球面垫圈4外的六角螺母用来调整夹紧力大小,薄六角螺母作为锁紧螺母。当将夹紧手柄9反向扳动,偏心高点向右方向转移松开拉杆2,则夹紧压块1自行松开。当削边套抵住限位棒,主轴箱机动升降的电器线路断开,升降电动机不能起动,只有在松开时,削边套也松开限位开关使其触点复位接通升降电动机,这时才能起动升降电动机作主轴箱升降,从而起到夹紧松开与机动升降的连锁保护作用。如采用手动升降主轴箱,削边套及限位开关就不须用。
本发明除应用于手动或机动升降主轴箱的方柱立式钻床外,还可以应用方柱立式钻铣床。

Claims (4)

1、方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构,主轴箱与立柱间设有燕尾导轨连接,燕尾导轨尾端一侧设有压板,其特征是横截面为梯形的压板由螺钉紧固于主轴箱背面,压板上下两端分别设有夹紧压块,偏心轴下部固定于手柄座上,上部装于轴套上,拉杆穿过两个夹紧压块套接在偏心轴轴套下端和手柄座上端,并固定在夹紧压块上;夹紧手柄装于手柄座上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构,其特征是压板的梯形横截面与主轴箱连接的斜线角度为15°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构,其特征是拉杆的螺纹部位由里向外设有球面垫圈、六角螺母、锁紧螺母。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的方柱立式钻床主轴箱夹紧机构,其特征是偏心轴上端还装有削边套,削边套旁边的主轴箱与立柱连接臂上设有限位开关,限位开关上设有带弹簧的限位棒与削边套接触。
