Abstract

Description

用于碾压路面的自推进设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于碾压路面的自推进设备。
背景技术
对于用于碾压路面的小型设备来说,即小型碾压机,由于碾压单元的宽度与设备的宽度相比稍小一些,例如是设备宽度的一半,所以碾压单元常常设置成与设备的一侧平齐并与设备的另一侧相距一定距离。因此,施加于设备上的力从中间处被大大的偏移了。这种偏移会围绕设备的垂直轴产生力矩。这就会造成如下影响,即在碾压操作期间,设备往往会受到力作用而无法走直线。这一影响可通过不断转动方向而克服。不过,这就需要进行相应的操作,轮胎也易于磨损。
已公知可采用如下方法缓和这一问题,即在碾压单元与设备端平齐的一侧设置向外摆动的后轮,并带有较大的向外摆动的杆,从而在后轮向外摆动时使碾压单元更加居中于后轮之间定位。该方法除了会导致设备的宽度相应增加以外,也并不是总起到作用。如果碾压时碰到路缘,那么后轮可能会向内摆动,从而仍然存在设备受到力作用而无法走直线这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于碾压路面的设备,使用该设备就可以简单的方式至少是明显地减小或者消除在碾压操作中设备受到力作用而无法走直线的趋势。
因此本发明涉及一种用于碾压路面的自推进设备,该设备具有垂直可调整的底盘,该底盘承载可转向的行进机构,该行进机构带有前对和后对车轮,该车轮具有单独的车轮驱动器,以及用于车轮驱动器的驱动单元,该驱动单元驱动连接于其上的碾压单元,该碾压单元包括用于该碾压单元的碾压辊和碾压传动机构,碾压辊相对于行进方向横向延伸,其宽度小于设备的宽度并且相对于设备偏中布置。在这种设备中,进行碾压时,至少一个车轮的牵引力是以对应于至少部分补偿围绕于设备的垂直轴作用的力矩的方式来修正的。因此,这允许作用于单个车轮上的牵引力的分布可以精确地得以规定,使得碾压操作期间围绕机器的垂直轴产生的力矩至少是部分被补偿的并且设备的直线行进也得以相应的改善,即使在高碾压负载的情况下也是如此。
尤其是,如果各个车轮驱动器中的至少一个具有平行连接的液压轴向活塞马达,那么可得到非常简单的方案,提供了用于相关车轮的牵引力的调节设备,通过该调节设备,在碾压过程中,以至少局部补偿围绕设备垂直轴作用的力矩进行的方式影响牵引力的分布。
不过,也有可能在设备一侧上的至少一个车轮驱动器使用带有变速器的传动机构,该变速器与车辆的另一侧的车轮的至少两个车轮驱动器的传动机构的变速器不同,在碾压过程中对围绕装置的垂直轴作用的力矩进行至少部分的补偿,或者设备一侧上的至少一个车轮直径不同于设备的另一侧上的车轮的车轮直径,在碾压过程中对围绕装置的垂直轴作用的力矩进行至少部分的补偿。不过,在这些情况下,车轮的不同牵引力在设备的运输过程中被保持,从而在可后种情况下使直线行进受到不利地影响。然而,由于设备运输的过程较短,这种影响较小。

具体实施方式
附图所示的用于碾压路面的自推进设备包括垂直可调整的底盘1,该底盘具有可操作的、带有前对和后对车轮2的行进机构并容纳驱动单元3,例如柴油发动机,该发动机驱动用于液压油的泵4,例如轴向活塞泵。同样连接于驱动单元3的是碾压单元5,该碾压单元包括碾压辊7,该碾压辊相对于行进方向是横向延伸的,该碾压辊还设置有碾压切削器6,该碾压辊的宽度小于设备的宽度并且相对于设备是偏离中心的,在这种情况下碾压辊与设备的右侧相平齐的。
所示设备包括向外摆动的右后轮,从而当后轮向外摆动时,后轮的轴和碾压辊7的轴实质上位于垂直平面内。在运输过程中,以及在平齐碾压过程中,例如沿着路缘的边缘或者类似情况,右后轮向内摆动,这是由于在后一种情况时右后轮否则会无法在路面上行驶。
在碾压操作中,设备在路面上移动,由车轮施加所有的牵引力,-沿箭头8的方向,碾压辊7的旋转与行进方向相反。由于碾压辊7是偏离中心布置的,所以沿箭头9方向对设备施加有相应的偏心的力,从而得到围绕设备垂直轴10的力矩(垂直于图1的纸平面)-沿箭头11的方向-基本上对应于设备的中心纵向平面12与碾压辊7的中心径向平面13之间的距离d(不怎么平均分布的设备的质量通常带来的影响较小),该力矩往往会使设备无法按直线行进。
如图2所示,泵4,这里是轴向活塞马达,向互相平行连接的各个车轮驱动器14供给相同压力的液压油。各个车轮驱动器14都分别设置有调整设备15,例如液压的或者电气致动的阀,从而通过调整其旋转斜盘而改变轴向活塞马达的容量。这例如借助于控制器16来实现,该控制器具有可调整的节流阀控制杆17。
如果碾压单元5被启动,例如通过开关18,同时至少一个车轮驱动器14在碾压过程中以对应于对围绕设备垂直轴10作用的力矩至少部分补偿的方式而得以调整,例如至少一个轴向活塞马达的容量通过相关的调整设备15进行相应的调整。
有利的是,这里远离碾压单元5的一侧的牵引力将要被减小,在示例性实施例中表示为左侧,在至少一个车轮2处,最好在两个车轮2处,例如相关的轴向活塞马达的容量有所减少。
不过,另外或者替代地可想象到在接近碾压单元5的一侧增加牵引力。
如果合适的话,代替一对可驱动前轮,设备也可具有单独一个的可转向的前轮,该前轮并不必要设置有单个的驱动机构。
本发明已经根据优选实施例进行了说明,显然,对于本领域技术人员可在不背离权利要求所定义的发明范围和精神的情况下进行许多的修改和变化。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于碾压路面的自推进设备,该设备具有垂直可调整的底盘(1),该底盘承载可转向的行进机构,该行进机构带有至少一个转向轮和一对后轮,该转向轮和后轮带有单独的车轮驱动器(14);并承载用于该车轮驱动器的驱动单元(3),该元件用于驱动碾压单元(5),该碾压单元(5)连接于所述驱动单元(3)上,且包括相对于行进方向横向延伸的碾压辊(7),该碾压辊的宽度小于所述设备的宽度并且相对于所述设备偏心布置,在碾压过程中,至少一个车轮的牵引力以至少局部补偿围绕所述设备的垂直轴(10)作用的力矩的方式得以修正,其中在所述设备的一侧上的至少一个单独车轮驱动器(14)具有带变速器的传动机构,该变速器不同于所述设备的另一侧上的车轮的至少两个单独车轮驱动器(14)的传动机构的变速器,以便在碾压过程中,对围绕所述设备的垂直轴(10)作用的力矩进行至少部分的补偿。
2、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,在碾压过程中,后轮的牵引力以至少部分补偿围绕所述装置的垂直轴(10)作用的力矩的方式而得以修正。
3、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,在碾压过程中,转向轮的牵引力以至少部分补偿围绕所述装置的垂直轴(10)作用的力矩的方式得以修正。
4、根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,至少一个单独车轮驱动器(14)具有用于所述相关车轮的牵引力的调节设备,用于在碾压过程中,对围绕于所述装置的垂直轴(10)作用的力矩进行至少部分的补偿。
