一种辉钼矿选矿起泡剂,其特征在于它含有以下重量百分比的组分:C8H16O 5-6%、C8H16O29-11%、C8H18O 47-49%、C12H24O318-20%、C10H18O210-12%、C11H24O 8-9%。将以上所有组分按比例直接混合即成为本发明所述的起泡剂。使用时,只需按照原来加入其它起泡剂的工艺加入这种起泡剂即可,对原工艺和设备不用做任何调整或改变,操作十分简单容易。与原来效果最好的松醇油相比,在同等工艺条件下还能提高回收率1.13个百分点,而药剂成本却大大下降;比使用BK-401和A-200起泡剂的成本降低了8%,是目前有色金属特别是辉钼矿浮选的最佳起泡剂。

辉钼矿选矿起泡剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有色金属特别是辉钼矿选矿工艺中使用的辉钼矿选矿起泡剂。
背景技术
起泡剂是重要的浮选药剂,它能否形成大量大小适中和具有一定稳定性的泡沫对浮选效果影响非常大。我国在辉钼矿的浮选工艺中一直使用的是松醇油,选矿技术指标比较稳定。这种松醇油是以松节油为原料经水化加工而成。近年来,由于环保的要求,加之全国森林数量有限,国家明令禁止砍伐松树制造松节油,造成松节油的来源短缺,以松节油为原料的松醇油不但价格一路攀升,而且货源难以保证。为了降低成本,确保选矿技术指标,选矿药剂厂家纷纷研发起松醇油的代用品,准备满足全国的浮选需求。现在我国钼矿山使用的起泡剂主要是BK-401、A-200和杂醇,这三种起泡剂均为醇类起泡剂,选钼效果均不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种以石油副产品为原料,生产成本低而原料易得,可降低选矿成本,提高选矿技术指标的辉钼矿选矿起泡剂。
本发明的技术解决方案在于:它含有以下重量百分比的组分,
C8H16O    5-6%    C8H16O2  9-11%
C8H18O    47-49%  C12H24O3 18-20%
C10H18O2  10-12%  C11H24O 8-9%。
本发明的组分也可为:
C8H16O      5%  C8H16O2  10%
C8H18O      48% C12H24O3 18%
C10H18O2    10% C11H24O  9%
本发明由于使用了以石油副产品为原料且生产成本极低的醛、酯、八碳醇、醇酯、不饱和酮醇和十一碳醇进行混合,成为了一种全新的选钼起泡剂,由于这些原料均为极性表面活性物质,它们都能在气-液表面吸附,形成良好的两相泡沫,将它们混合使用比单独使用效果更好。使用时对现有生产工艺和设备不需进行任何调整和改变,操作也非常简单。用这种起泡剂与传统的松醇油相比,价格能降低50%;比BK-401和A-200价格低8%。更重要的是比用BK-401、A-200和松醇油作为起泡剂可提高回收率1.13个百分点。这种起泡剂原料易得,成本非常低廉,又对环境比较友好。
具体实施方式
实施例:本发明所说的起泡剂中含有以下重量百分比的组分:
C8H16O          5-6%    C8H16O2   9-11%
C8H18O          47-49%  C12H24O3  18-20%
C10H18O2        10-12%  C11H24O   8-9%。
将以上所有组分按比例直接混合即成为本发明所述的起泡剂。使用时,只需按照原来加入其它起泡剂的工艺加入这种起泡剂即可,对原工艺和设备不用做任何调整或改变,操作十分简单容易。
经用日本岛津公司生产的GC/MS-QP2010型气相色谱-质谱联用仪对本发明所述的起泡剂各组分的组成及分布情况进行了测定和表征,用NIST谱库检索对该起泡剂各组分进行了定性分析,对主要组分进行了标准样品校正,用归一法定量分析数据见下表:(只分析含量在1%上者)

经用金堆城钼矿石试生产实际测试,与其它起泡剂相比各项指标见下表:

上述的各项组分均为极性表面活性物质,都能在气-液表面吸附而形成良好的两相泡沫。并且这几个组分混合使用的效果很好,主要是不同特性的药剂混合后可对不同性质的矿物及同一矿物的不均一性表面发生相应的作用,能提高药剂的总活性。另外混合药剂具有彼此交换作用,能够彼此促进强化。
通过以上各项指标可以看出,使用本起泡剂与原来效果最好的松醇油相比,在同等工艺条件下还能提高回收率1.13个百分点,而药剂成本却下降了50%;比使用BK-401和A-200起泡剂的成本降低了8%,是目前有色金属如方铅矿、黄铜矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿特别是辉钼矿浮选工艺的最佳起泡剂。并在工业试验中获得了成功,解决了本技术领域长期存在的有色金属浮选工艺所用起泡剂原料短缺、成本高、回收率低的问题,具有较好的经济效益和市场前景。
