Abstract

本发明涉及一种芯柱加工工艺。这种加工方法是将压制芯柱的夹板设置在芯柱的喇叭口上方正着压,利用两块具有横向排列的凹凸条纹,并且它们的凹凸条纹相互错开吻合的夹扁夹板将芯柱夹扁处的玻璃与导丝夹实。将夹扁夹板设置在芯柱的喇叭口上方正着压可以克服倒着压时芯柱下口压不平形成挂柱的缺陷,同时两块具有横向排列的凹凸条纹并且凹凸条纹错开吻合的夹扁夹板可以对芯柱产生较强的正向压力,将芯柱与导丝密闭压实。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种芯柱加工工艺。
背景技术
氘灯属气体放电灯中弧光放电型的一种光源。其工作时能从光窗辐射出160nm~400nm连续分布紫外光谱。故其是目前紫外分光光度计作为理想的紫外光源。但是不同公司的的氘灯的使用寿命相差较大,从500~4000小时不等,这主要是与氘灯的芯柱的封装工艺有关,芯柱的既是管芯的支柱(外壳、阴极、阳极)又是氘灯的外接点,具有引出线的功能,它的压制封接好坏对于提高氘灯的成品率和长期可靠的保持真空度有直接影响,氘灯内进入空气容易造成氘灯失效,传统的芯柱加工方法由于夹板上设置有圆孔,压制芯柱上会在上面留下凸点,不能产生较大的压力,不利于芯柱的夹实。
发明内容
为了克服传统的芯柱的压制加工工艺易造成慢性漏气的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种芯柱加工工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种芯柱加工工艺,利用两块具有横向排列的凹凸条纹,并且它们的凹凸条纹相互错开吻合的夹扁夹板将芯柱夹扁处的玻璃与导丝夹实。
为了克服倒着压时芯柱下口压不平,容易形成挂柱的缺陷,将压制芯柱的夹板设置在芯柱的喇叭口上方正着压。
本发明的有益效果是:两块具有横向排列的凹凸条纹并且它们的凹凸条纹相互错开吻合的夹扁夹板可以对芯柱产生较强的正向压力,将芯柱与导丝压实,采用这种芯柱压制方法可以将成品率提高30%。同时将夹扁夹板设置在芯柱的喇叭口上方正着压可以克服倒着压时芯柱下口压不平,容易形成挂柱的缺陷。

具体实施方式
将本发明的加工工艺用于氘灯芯柱的加工上。如图1所示,把氘灯芯柱玻璃的一端按设计要求的几何尺寸翻边成喇叭形,以便装配芯柱和氘灯玻管进行封口保证气密性。对芯柱夹扁处的玻璃烧熟烧透,使玻璃和由钼杆、钼片组成的导丝4自然的融合为一体,将夹扁夹板1设置在芯柱的喇叭口2上方正着压。夹扁夹板1的结构如图3所示,是两块具有横向排列的凹凸条纹3并且凹凸条纹3错开吻合的夹扁夹板1,利用这两块夹扁夹板1将芯柱夹扁处的玻璃与导丝4夹实,夹实后的芯柱的结构示意图如图2所示,相互错开吻合的夹扁夹板可以对芯柱产生较强的正向压力,保证可以将芯柱密闭压实。

1、一种芯柱加工工艺,其特征是:利用两块具有横向排列的凹凸条纹(3),并且它们的凹凸条纹(3)相互错开吻合的夹扁夹板(1)将芯柱夹扁处的玻璃与导丝(4)夹实。
2、根据权利要求1所述的芯柱加工工艺,其特征是:将所述的压制芯柱的夹扁夹板(1)设置在芯柱的喇叭口(2)上方正着压。
