本发明涉及一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,包括外套筒、配合在外套筒下部的靴套、配合在外套筒内的传动轴筒、定位连接在传动轴筒下部内的铣刀柄套、与传动轴筒下端螺纹连接的套筒、上部穿过靴套下部的孔并通过钢球定位连接在铣刀柄套内的铣刀,其特征在于:一螺旋密封套设在套筒、弹簧和传动轴筒下部的外面,螺旋密封套的外面与靴套下部的内壁配合;在靴套的底部设有排液环槽,沿排液环槽的底部设有排液孔;在靴套的中部设有释压溢流环槽,沿释压溢流环槽的底部设有溢流孔。本发明能有效地阻止了血液进入铣手机内部,大大延长了铣手机的维修周期,很好地满足了临床的需求。

Description

一种能防止血液进入的铣手机
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械,具体涉及一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,尤其是用于骨组织切削的铣手机。
背景技术
铣手机(即一种手术操作器)是外科手术中进行骨组织切削的一种工具,装上铣刀后在动力驱动下通过铣刀的高速运动可以快速精确地进行骨组织的切削。现有的铣手机在铣切骨板时,血液会沿着铣手机的部分零部件之间的配合间隙进入铣手机内部;血液一方面可能会沿着铣刀与靴套之间的间隙进入轴承座腔;另一方面可能会沿着铣刀与传动轴筒之间的间隙、并通过钢球处和套筒与传动轴筒之间的间隙进入轴承座腔,从而造成血液对轴承的腐蚀以及污染轴承,造成轴承快速失效或造成铣手机卡死而影响操作。此外,手术后铣手机内部凝固的血液很难清除。因此,现有的铣手机结构存在着改进的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,它在不改变原有结构和不增加刀具运动阻力的情况下,能实现在铣切手术过程中及时排除进入铣手机内的血液,克服血液对铣手机工作可靠性的影响,而且还便于清洗。
本发明所述的一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,包括外套筒、配合在外套筒下部的靴套、配合在外套筒与靴套交接部位的锁紧套、通过轴承配合在外套筒内的传动轴筒、通过连接销定位连接在传动轴筒下部内的铣刀柄套、与传动轴筒下端螺纹连接的套筒、设在传动轴筒下部外面且位于套筒之上的弹簧、上部穿过靴套下部的孔并通过钢球定位连接在铣刀柄套内的铣刀,铣刀的下端部与靴套下端的弯钩配合,其特征在于:一螺旋密封套设在套筒、弹簧和传动轴筒下部的外面,螺旋密封套的外面与靴套下部的内壁配合;在靴套的底部设有排液环槽,沿排液环槽的底部设有排液孔;在靴套的中部设有释压溢流环槽,沿释压溢流环槽的底部设有溢流孔。
所述的一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,还包括设在螺旋密封套的上端与传动轴筒中下部的凸台之间的密封圈。
所述的一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,其螺旋密封套的螺旋方向与铣刀的旋转方向相反。即铣刀旋转方向为顺时针,螺旋密封套的螺旋方向为逆时针,这样可以有效地阻止血液进入的铣手机。
本发明和现有技术相比具有以下优点:由于采用了螺旋密封套,所以能将涌入靴套和套筒之间的绝大部分血液推入排液环槽,从排液孔排出,即使螺旋密封套不能将少量血液密封住,设在螺旋密封套尾部的释压溢流环槽能使这部分血液迅速减压并通过溢流孔排放;同时,还采用端面密封方式将从铣刀安装孔进入的血液进行隔离。通过在这两条可能进血的路径上设置密封结构,既不改变铣手机尺寸,又不增加传动阻力,有效地阻止了血液进入铣手机内部,大大延长了铣手机的维修周期,很好地满足了临床的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
参见图1,将靴套3配合在外套筒9下部,锁紧套10配合在外套筒与靴套的交接部位;
通过轴承7将传动轴筒8配合在外套筒内,通过连接销11将铣刀柄套12定位连接在传动轴筒下部内,将套筒2与传动轴筒的下端螺纹连接,将弹簧4安装在传动轴筒下部的外面并位于套筒之上,将铣刀1的上部穿过靴套下部的孔并通过钢球5定位连接在铣刀柄套内,铣刀的下端部与靴套下端的弯钩配合;将螺旋密封套13安装在套筒、弹簧和传动轴筒下部的外面,并使螺旋密封套的外面与靴套下部的内壁配合;在靴套的底部设有排液环槽14,沿排液环槽的底部设有排液孔15;在靴套的中部设有释压溢流环槽16,沿释压溢流环槽的底部设有溢流孔17;在螺旋密封套13的上端与传动轴筒8中下部的凸台之间的设有密封圈6。螺旋密封套的螺旋方向与铣刀的旋转方向相反。
本发明在件套筒与靴套之间的间隙处采用了螺旋密封套,螺旋密封套外面设计成与铣刀旋转方向相反的螺旋,并正确设计间隙值,通过螺旋推力将血液推向排液环槽,然后通过排液孔排出;为了更加可靠地防止此路径的血液进入铣手机轴承座腔,在靴套上位于螺旋密封套的尾部设计一个释压溢流环槽,让进入此部位仍带有较低压力的血液快速减压并通过溢流孔排出;在另外一条路径上,在螺旋密封套与传动轴筒设置密封圈作为端面密封,利用弹簧的弹力使密封圈紧紧压在件8传动轴筒的凸台上,从而在此处实现端面密封,防止了血液通过间隙进入轴承座腔。

1、一种能防止血液进入的铣手机,包括外套筒(9)、配合在外套筒下部的靴套(3)、配合在外套筒与靴套交接部位的锁紧套(10)、通过轴承(7)配合在外套筒内的传动轴筒(8)、通过连接销(11)定位连接在传动轴筒下部内的铣刀柄套(12)、与传动轴筒下端螺纹连接的套筒(2)、设在传动轴筒下部外面且位于套筒之上的弹簧(4)、上部穿过靴套下部的孔并通过钢球(5)定位连接在铣刀柄套内的铣刀(1),铣刀的下端部与靴套下部的弯钩配合,其特征在于:
一螺旋密封套(13)设在套筒(2)、弹簧(4)和传动轴筒下部的外面,螺旋密封套的外面与靴套(3)下部的内壁配合;在螺旋密封套(13)的上端与传动轴筒(8)中下部的凸台之间设有密封圈(6);螺旋密封套的螺旋方向与铣刀的旋转方向相反;
在靴套(3)的底部设有排液环槽(14),沿排液环槽的底部设有排液孔(15);
在靴套(3)的中部设有释压溢流环槽(16),沿释压溢流环槽的底部设有溢流孔(17)。
