Abstract

本发明公开了一种电连接器端子及使用该电连接器端子的电连接器组件,该电连接器组件包括:电连接器及分别连接于电连接器上下两端的晶片模组和印刷电路板,电连接器包括绝缘本体及容置于绝缘本体中的若干电连接器端子,晶片模组和印刷电路板分别设有接触部和导电部以与电连接器端子电性导通,其中,接触部和导电部的中心于竖直方向上共线,由此提供一种测试该电连接器的治具的标准以方便设计和制造该测试治具。

电连接器端子及使用该电连接器端子的电连接器组件
【技术领域】
本发明关于一种电连接器端子及使用该电连接器端子的电连接器组件,尤其涉及一种电性连接晶片模组到印刷电路板的电连接器端子及使用该电连接器端子的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
请参图1所示,与本发明相关的技术中的一种电连接器组件1,其通常包括电连接器(未图示)及分别连接于电连接器上下两端的晶片模组和印刷电路板2。电连接器包括绝缘本体(未图示)及容置于绝缘本体中的若干电连接器端子3。晶片模组下端设有针脚40、印刷电路板2上端设有导电垫片20,通过针脚40和导电垫片20与电连接器端子3上下端接触从而实现晶片模组与印刷电路板2之间的电性连接。
然而,将晶片模组针脚40插入绝缘本体中与电连接器端子3电性接触,将电连接器端子3置于印刷电路板2上的导电垫片20上时,针脚40的中心与导电垫片20的中心于竖直方向上往往不共线,即针脚40的中心与导电垫片20的中心于竖直方向上会有不同的偏移量,且不同电连接器的偏移量也可能会不一样。由此,在客户设计和制造对电连接器进行测试的治具时,由于偏移量的不同而需设计不同的测试治具,从而给客户造成困扰。
鉴于此,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器组件,以克服上述电连接器组件的缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种方便客户设计制造测试电连接器治具的电连接器端子及使用该电连接器端子的电连接器组件。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种的电连接器端子及使用该电连接器端子的电连接器组件,该电连接器组件包括:电连接器及连接于电连接器上下两端的晶片模组和印刷电路板,电连接器包括绝缘本体及容置于绝缘本体中的若干电连接器端子,电连接器端子于上下两端分别设有接触部和安装部,晶片模组设有连接部与电连接器端子的接触部相连接,印刷电路板设有导电部与电连接器端子的安装部相连接。其中,导电部与连接部的中心于竖直方向上共线,接触部与安装部于竖直方向上共线。
与本发明相关的技术相比,本发明电连接器组件具有如下有益效果:印刷电路板导电部与晶片模组连接部于竖直方向上共线,电连接器端子的接触部与安装部于竖直方向上共线,由此提供了设计和制造测试电连接器治具的一个标准,从而有利于客户设计与制造测试电连接器的治具。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1所示,本发明电连接器组件5,其包括电连接器(未图示)、连接于电连接器上下两端的晶片模组和印刷电路板6,其中电连接器包括绝缘本体(未图示)及容置于绝缘本体中的电连接器端子7。
晶片模组和印刷电路板分别设有连接部80和导电部60以与电连接器端子7电性连接。在本实施例中,连接部80为置于晶片模组下端的针脚,导电部60为置于印刷电路板6上端的导电垫片。
电连接器端子7设有基部70,自基部70相对侧边向上延伸设置以与晶片模组针脚80电性连接的一对接触部71,以及自基部70下端延伸设置的安装部72。
基部70大致呈平板状,其旁侧设有与绝缘本体相干涉的若干凸块701以将电连接器端子7固持于绝缘本体中。
一对接触部71分别自基部70侧边延伸,其形成一定角度用以夹持晶片模组下端的连接部80从而实现晶片模组与电连接器端子7的电性导通。
安装部72大致呈平板状,于水平方向延伸设置,其下端设有锡球73或块状焊料以与印刷电路板6上端的导电部60形成电性连接。安装部72的中心与接触部71的中心于竖直方向上共线,由于电连接器端子7的安装部72和接触部71分别与印刷电路板6的导电部60和晶片模组的连接部80相对应,故连接部80和导电部60的中心也于竖直方向上共线。
基部70与安装部72之间还设有扭转部74以增加电连接器端子7于三维方向上的挠性,从而可以避免锡球73的破裂。
由于晶片模组下端的连接部80的中心与印刷电路板6上端的导电部60的中心于竖直方向上共线,电连接器端子7上的接触部71的中心与安装部72的中心于竖直方向上共线,由此可建立一个标准以设计和制造测试电连接器的治具,从而满足客户于测试治具上的需求。
应当指出,在上面所述实施方式的电连接器组件5中,电连接器端子7的接触部71与安装部72皆可设置为弹性压接结构,其安装部72还可设置为插脚,相应地印刷电路板6导电部设为通孔以收容插脚。晶片模组连接部80也可设置为垫片与电连接器端子7的接触部71电性连接。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方案,其它在本实施方案基础上进行的任何改进变换也应当不脱离本发明的技术方案。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器组件,其包括:绝缘本体、容置于绝缘本体中的若干电连接器端子、置于绝缘本体上下端的晶片模组和印刷电路板,晶片模组和印刷电路板分别设有连接部和导电部以与电连接器端子电性导通,电连接器端子具有接触部及安装部,且接触部用于与晶片模组的连接部电性连接,安装部用于与印刷电路板的导电部电性连接,其特征在于:所述接触部和安装部的中心于竖直方向上共线,所述连接部和导电部的中心于竖直方向上共线。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述晶片模组连接部为插入绝缘本体中的针脚。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板导电部为导电垫片。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器端子设有基部,自基部侧边延伸设置的接触部及自基部下端延伸的安装部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基部旁侧设有与绝缘本体相干涉的若干凸块以将电连接器端子固持于绝缘本体中。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述基部与安装部之间设有扭转部以增加电连接器端子的挠性。
7.一种电连接器端子,容置于绝缘本体中,用以电性连接晶片模组至印刷电路板,其包括:与晶片模组电性连接的接触部及与印刷电路板电性连接的安装部,其特征在于:所述接触部和安装部的中心于竖直方向上共线。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:所述电连接器端子还包括连接接触部和安装部的基部。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:所述基部旁侧设有与绝缘本体相干涉的若干凸块以将电连接器端子固持于绝缘本体中。
10.如权利要求8所述的电连接器端子,其特征在于:所述基部与安装部之间设有扭转部以增加电连接器端子的挠性。
