Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于电气开关领域,并且涉及一种开关触点装置,它具有一个触点支承、至少两个开关触点和至少一个衬片,其中开关触点可摆动支撑在触点支承上,并给每一开关触点提供至少一个安装好的、具有一个柔软段的连接引线。
背景技术
在已知的这种类型的开关触点装置中,至少提供一个设置在相邻的开关触点之间的衬片,以便把开关触点保持在规定的距离,并且由此避免开关触点由于在一个触点支承上支撑的开关触点的相互影响或者由于在相邻的触点支承上支撑的开关触点的相互影响而展开成扇形(翻转)(DE 100 48 660 A1,EP 0 727 805 A2,EP 0 955 658 A2)。通过在此实现的改进的摩擦比,降低了开关触点的开关运动所需要的驱动力的大小。
发明内容
从具有(DE 100 48 660 A1的)权利要求1的发明主题的特征的开关触点装置出发,本发明要解决的技术问题同样是,降低所需要的驱动力的大小。
根据本发明,该技术问题通过至少一个衬片在相邻的连接引线的柔软段之间啮合得以解决。该至少一个衬片用于把连接引线保持在一定距离和吸收在连接引线之间作用的电动力。由此,特别是在大的短路电流时避免了垂直于开关触点的摆动轴的连接引线过分偏转,并由此除避免展开成扇形(翻转)外还避免与连接引线连接的开关触点的弯曲。该措施有助于进一步改善开关触点装置内部的摩擦比,特别是避免开关触点的自行制动。
在新的开关触点装置的优选的结构中,该至少一个衬片是触点支承的一体化的组成部分。在这样的结构中,根据本发明的功能无需另外的制造和安装开销可直接在加工触点支承时得以实现。为此,触点支承可以在连接引线的柔软段的区域内具有一个横穿开关触点的摆动轴延伸的壁,其上安装该至少一个衬片。
在新的开关触点装置的另一个结构中,该至少一个衬片是一个单独的衬垫的组成部分。这样的结构具有这如下的优点:开关触点装置通过选择相应的衬垫能够以简单的方式装备希望的衬片数量和位置。在此,该单独的衬垫具有优点地固定在触点支承上。在该结构中,触点支承也在连接引线的柔软段的区域内具有一个横穿开关触点的摆动轴延伸的壁,用于安装该单独的衬垫。

具体实施方式
图1以低压功率开关的形式表示一个电气开关1,它具有一个开关触点系统、一个分配给该开关触点系统的消弧装置2和一个由两个机箱壳3和4组成的开关电极机箱。在此,该开关电极机箱构成一个用于接收开关触点系统的一体化的开关室5,和一个朝向开关室5打开的一体化的消弧室6,用于放置消弧装置2。开关触点系统由一个固定的开关触点装置7和一个活动的开关触点装置8组成。两条分配给开关触点装置的连接母线9a、9b在开关室5内突出。在此,活动开关触点装置8具有一个可摆动的触点支承10和多个形式为接触杆的活动的开关触点11。活动开关触点11可彼此平行围绕支撑销12摆动,并借助各两个接触力弹簧13在初应力下被弹性支持在触点支承10上。活动开关触点装置8以已知的方式通过一个在图1中仅示意表示的杆装置14与开关轴15连结。开关轴15同时用于驱动未进一步示出的、与所示开关触点系统平行设置的其它开关触点系统,它们分别配备有另外一个同样未示出的消弧装置。开关轴15通过一个驱动设备16从开关触点系统打开的断开位置向开关触点系统闭合的接通位置转移。在开关轴15转移到它的接通位置时接触力弹簧13被进一步张紧。驱动设备16具有一个装备有储能弹簧17的驱动器18、一个连结该驱动器18与开关轴15的驱动缆19以及一个开关锁20。每个开关触点在背向消弧室6的杆端与两个连接引线21的第一端连接,连接引线21具有一个柔软段22(参见图2到图4),以便保证开关触点11的摆动。连接引线21的第二端与两个连接母线的第一母线9a连接,后者在开关室5的下部区域突出。在开关室5的上部区域突出的两个连接母线的第二母线9b与固定开关触点装置7连接。
按照图2和图4,可摆动触点支承10a、10b一体地作为多功能部件用塑料制造,这在EP 1 218 898 B1中已经公开。在此,特别提供用于贯穿开关触点11的支撑销12的接收孔23,用于接触力弹簧13的接收盒24,用于开关室5支撑位置中触点支承10a、10b的可摆动支撑的侧支撑臂25,和用于连结触点支承10a、10b与杆装置14的绞接销的支撑部件,杆装置14设置在图2和图4中看不见的触点支承10a、10b的背面。此外,触点支承10a、10b具有一个横穿开关触点11的摆动轴26延伸的壁27a、27b。
按照图2和图3,为壁27a提供两个肋骨状横穿它延伸的衬片28a,它们和壁27a一样自身是作为多功能部件由塑料制造的触点支承10a的一体化的部分。
按照图3,两个衬片28a各自在相邻的连接引线的柔软段22之间啮合。
在分配给连接引线的柔软段22的衬片28a之外,还提供另外分配给开关触点11的衬片,它们在一个第一衬垫29上构造,并在相邻的开关触点11之间啮合。如在本文开始部分提到的那样,分配给开关触点的衬垫的不同实施形式,例如在文献EP 0 727 805 A2、EP 0 955 658 A2和DE 100 48 660 A1中公开。
按照图4,分配给连接引线的柔软段22的衬片28b也可以是一个单独的第二衬垫30的组成部分。该单独的第二衬垫30具有一个桥接片31,衬片28b由该桥接片肋骨状垂直向下突出。该单独的第二衬垫30在制造触点支承10b时可以例如用热固性塑料向壁27b内浇铸,或者在制造触点支承10b后晚些时候以适宜的方式,例如通过螺丝连接32,固定在壁27b上。
Claims (1)
1.一种开关触点装置(8),具有:
-一个触点支承(10a;10b),
-至少两个开关触点(11),其可摆动支撑在触点支承(10)上,并为每一个开关触点提供至少一个对应的、具有柔软段(22)的连接引线(21),和
-至少一个衬片(28a;28b),该至少一个衬片(28a;28b)在相邻连接引线(21)的柔软段(22)之间啮合,
其特征在于,所述触点支承(10a;10b)在所述连接引线(21)的柔软段(22)的区域内具有一个壁(27a;27b),其中,所述至少一个衬片(28a;28b)构造在所述壁(27a)上,或者构造在一个在制造期间向所述壁(27b)内浇铸的衬垫(30)上。
