Abstract

合成高节甲醇燃料,选用甲醇、二茂铁、轻烃、汽油、甲乙酮、异丙醇组成,其特征表现所述燃料燃烧充分,无黑烟,不黑锅,无积碳,废气无毒,原料来源广,实际操作简单,与甲醇炉具(200520112067.0)配合使用可以提高甲醇燃料的燃烧性能,同时还大幅度降低了一氧化碳的含量,本发明与普通的柴油、煤油相比,具有燃烧充分,无残液,清洁卫生,价格低廉,符合环保要求等特点,并且有利于甲醇燃料的普及。

Description

合成甲醇燃料
本发明涉及合成高节甲醇燃料。该燃料适用于民用、商用餐饮业和各种小型锅炉。
伴随着经济建设的不断发展,我国的石油生产量已远远不能满足国内日益强劲的需求量,油价也随着国际石油价格变化而不断升高,仅2004年一年我国就进口石油超过1亿吨。石油、天然气消耗量日益增加,导致不可再生能源急剧减少,且破坏了自然界的生态平衡,造成了生态环境的污染。在我国城市中,有数以万记的炉灶具以柴油、煤油、石油液化气为燃料,因此石油的消耗量很大,而且柴油燃烧的不完全性又影响了城市的环境质量。甲醇作为一种二次燃料,来源广泛,是一种颇为重要的燃料,本发明的目的是提供一种配方简单,以制备出成本低、热值高,消耗量适中,适合于广泛推广使用的清洁燃料。
本发明采用以下技术方案实现,选用甲醇、二茂铁、轻烃、汽油、甲乙酮、异丙醇为原料组成。
本合成高节甲醇燃料各组成成分为(按重量百分含量):
(1)、甲醇含量:      85-90%
(2)、二茂铁含量:    0.2%-0.5%
(3)、轻烃含量:      5-10%
(4)、甲乙酮含量:    3-5%
(5)、异丙醇含量:    2-5%
本合成高节甲醇燃料各组成成分为(按重量百分含量):
(1)、甲醇含量:      85-90%
(2)、二茂铁含量:    0.2%-0.5%
(3)、汽油含量:      5-10%
(4)、甲乙酮含量:    3-5%
(5)、异丙醇含量:    2-5%
本发明合成高节甲醇燃料配置方法:
1、将规定量的二茂铁、轻烃、甲乙酮、异丙醇,在不高于35℃的环境温度下,分别加入甲醇中,使其充分溶解,组成合成高节甲醇燃料。
2、将规定量的二茂铁、汽油、甲乙酮、异丙醇,在不高于35℃的环境温度下,分别加入甲醇中,使其充分溶解,组成合成高节甲醇燃料。
本发明合成高节甲醇燃料的行业技术各参数表:

本发明合成高节甲醇燃料与甲醇炉具(200520112067.0)配合使用,可以提高甲醇燃烧的热效率,大幅度降低燃烧废气中的一氧化碳和硫的含量,有极为明显的环保效果,同时也有较好的环境效益和社会效益,有极为广阔的市场和经济前景,使用本发明制备的产品可以大大减少对石油产品的依赖,提高企业的综合效益。

Claims (2)

1、一种合成甲醇燃料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的各成分组成:
(1)、甲醇含量:  85-90%
(2)、二茂铁含量:0.2%-0.5%
(3)、轻烃含量:  5-10%
(4)、甲乙酮含量:3-5%
(5)、异丙醇含量:2-5%。
2、一种合成甲醇燃料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的各成分组成:
(1)、甲醇含量:  85-90%

(3)、汽油含量:  5-10%
(4)、甲乙酮含量:3-5%
