And, under the state that dust collecting container 50 is not installed, by being arranged on the hole 41 on the lid 40, make in the dust collecting container chamber 21 and directly be communicated with outer gas, therefore, carrying when waiting comparatively facility even under the state that dust collecting container 50 is not installed, also can close lid 40.
