背景技术
上面所提及类型的轴承装置用于支撑细长驱动轴,该驱动轴将来自驱动单元的力传递给设置于管状外壳外端部的远端切割工具。这类轴承装置例如在US5364307、US5599233及DE3839548中描述的,且包括一个细长套筒,该套筒具有圆形横截面,横截面上有向外延伸的凸缘,该凸缘靠在周围的外壳上。为了使得轴承装置能插入外壳,同时当驱动轴旋转时,避免任何窜动,并将轴承套筒保持在中心位置,凸缘做成具有弹性的。这就意味着凸缘和套筒一样必须经过仔细设计,因为如果凸缘太软,在驱动轴产生振动的情况下,其不能正常工作;反之,如果凸缘太硬,轴承装置又很难插入外壳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于发明一种新型轴承装置,其可以减小由驱动轴所产生的在外壳上的振动,并优化轴承装置的设计和材料厚度。进一步,这种布置允许驱动轴和外壳的直径变化且基本不影响套筒的内部形状。一个附加的优点是轴承装置的形状使得其较之以前的结构能够达到更好的润滑效果。
具体地,本发明提供一种用于例如灌木清除机、修剪机等的手持便携式工具的轴承装置,所述装置包括一个细长轴承套筒,该轴承套筒设有向外延伸的凸缘或类似物,所述轴承套筒具有非圆形的内表面,其特征在于,凸缘材料和套筒材料具有的特性使得朝向套筒的中心、作用于凸缘上的径向力被转换成套筒的弹性变形。

具体实施方式
轴承布置包括一个外部的细长管状外壳10,该外壳的一端设有驱动装置,例如内燃机(未示出)或电机,而外壳的另一端设有某种类型的切割工具,例如链锯或修剪机头(未示出)。来自驱动装置的动力经由驱动轴11传递到切割工具。轴承装置12环绕驱动轴,该轴承装置包括轴承套筒13,其具有几个从套筒径向向外延伸的凸缘14。
轴承套筒优选由塑料制成并与凸缘形成一个整体,其具有大体上为三角形的形状,具有三条略微的弧线壁部分15,这些壁部分首尾相连形成了三角形的顶角16。因此,套筒13的内壁与内接于套筒的圆之间的距离从每个壁部分15朝向三角形顶角16的中间部分开始增加。
凸缘14设置在三角形顶角16处且在其外端设有钩形部分17。该钩形部分防止制造收缩发生在钩的尖端部分,这样就意味着零件的外部形状沿直径是稳定的。
为了装配该轴承布置,将轴承12从管状外壳10的一端推入,这种做法意味着凸缘14的钩形部分17将与外壳相结合,并使得凸缘略向里移动从而在三角形的顶角16处压挤套筒13,从而整个轴承装置都能被推入外壳中。套筒的弹力将轴承套筒保持在外壳中适当的位置,驱动轴则能容易地插入轴承套筒中。
当然也可以采用其他几何结构横截面的轴承套筒,例如正方形、五边形、六边形等诸如此类,将凸缘设置在内表面与内接圆隔一段距离的位置点上,从而套筒的材料在凸缘的径向运动中可起到弹簧的作用。
Claims (6)
1、一种用于手持便携式工具的轴承装置,所述装置包括一个细长轴承套筒(13),该轴承套筒设有向外延伸的凸缘(14),所述轴承套筒(13)具有非圆形的内表面,其特征在于,凸缘材料和套筒材料具有的特性使得朝向套筒(13)的中心、作用于凸缘(14)上的径向力被转换成套筒(13)的弹性变形。
2、如权利要求1所述的轴承装置,其特征在于,至少一个凸缘(14)从轴承套筒上内表面与套筒内边缘内接圆间隔一段距离的位置点处延伸出来。
3、如权利要求1所述的轴承装置,其特征在于,套筒(13)具有大体为三角形的形状。
4、如权利要求3所述的轴承装置,其特征在于,凸缘(14)从所述三角形的各顶角(16)处大体沿径向向外延伸。
5、如前述任一项权利要求所述的轴承装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个凸缘的外部设有钩形部分(17)。
6.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的轴承装置,其特征在于:所述手持便携式工具是灌木清除机或修剪机。
