Abstract

本发明是积放式输送机多层多列式存储输送设备。其结构是端头升降机1和轨道钢结构架2都通过焊接或螺栓连接的综合方式固定在整个输送主线体上,牵引链条3上的滚轮卡在输送线轨道中,可自由滚动前进,链条循环连接,这样就被滚轮带动沿轨道循环运动。优点:利用积放悬挂式输送线进行整体输送,在其中需要多层多列式的输送位置并列或并层安排多条线体,整个轨道结构用各种型钢焊接,形成构架,牵引链条随轨道循环牵引,使车组可随牵引链条输送任意列线体中存储,线体端头的升降机也可将车组送到任意层中去。循环使得存储线可实现多列多层的存储积放,利用了线体的容量,提高了工作效率,生产更加有序化。避免了不得以的重复上下线操作。

本发明涉及的是积放悬挂输送机在输送过程中,根据需要采用多行多层的循环输送来进行存储的积放式输送机多层多列式存储输送设备。属于输送设备及物流存储技术领域.
背景技术
现有的积放悬挂输送机在实现车组存储积放时,一般会采用将工件卸下,存放在货架的方式进行存储,或者也采用在本身线体上积放存储。它们的缺点是①实际没有实现线上存储,方式有一定的局限性,②占而输送通道,存储时,后续车组不能通过,容易产生堵塞等现象,且对积放输送线来说,存储是较多工件也不易实现的,反而影响输送线的输送效率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷,提出了一种采用多层多列式线体,将输送主线本身的一段线体扩展,使得工件在输送到本线体段时,可进行局部的循环输送,不仅让开主线通道,也可输送到扩展线位置,仅仅通过一个循环再回到主线体上。这样,根据需要可以安排多列多层线体,有较大的存储量。从而有效的克服了现有技术存在的实际没有实现线上存储,方式有一定的局限性,占而输送通道,存储时,后续车组不能通过,容易产生堵塞等现象,且对积放输送线来说,存储是较多工件也不易实现的,反而影响输送线的输送效率等缺陷。
本发明的技术解决方案:利用积放悬挂式输送线进行整体输送,在其中需要多层多列式的输送位置并列或并层安排多条线体,整个轨道结构用各种型钢焊接,形成构架,牵引链条随轨道循环牵引,使车组可随牵引链条输送任意列线体中存储,线体端头的升降机也可将车组送到任意层中去。具体结构是端头升降机和轨道钢结构架通过焊接或螺栓连接的综合方式固定在整个输送主线体上,轨道钢结构本身包括多层多列,牵引链条上的滚轮卡在输送线轨道中,可自由滚动前进,链条循环连接,这样就被滚轮带动沿轨道循环运动;端头升降机处活动轨道打开,以能够通过升降机实现升降运输。

对照附图,端头升降机1和轨道钢结构架2都通过焊接或螺栓连接的综合方式固定在整个输送主线体上,其中最边上的线体和链条是主线的一部分。端头升降机1内有升降机构,通过电机和气缸实现升降,牵引链条3上的滚轮卡在输送线轨道中,可自由滚动前进,链条循环连接,这样就被滚轮带动沿轨道循环运动。牵引链条3通过滚轮在型钢中滚动,实现链条的循环运动,从而带动车组。根据存储的需要,可以增加列数和层数。
工作流程:
车组携带工件到达端头升降机1处,当需要车组积放存储时,活动轨道打开,升降机1将车组升起,到达第二层位置,第二层的活动轨道打开,车组被放入,牵引链条3循环运动牵引车组,车组在轨道钢结构中运动,并实现积放存储,当需要回主线体操作时,车组随牵引链条回到升降机1位置,升降下降车组返回主线体。其中最边上的线体和链条是主线的一部分。端头升降机1内有升降机构,通过电机和气缸实现升降,牵引链条3上的滚轮卡在输送线轨道中,可自由滚动前进,链条循环连接,这样就被滚轮带动沿轨道循环运动。牵引链条3通过滚轮在型钢中滚动,实现链条的循环运动,从而带动车组。根据存储的需要,可以增加列数和层数。

1、积放式输送机多层多列式存储输送设备,其特征是端头升降机和轨道钢结构架通过焊接或螺栓连接的综合方式固定在整个输送主线体上,轨道钢结构本身包括多层多列,牵引链条上的滚轮卡在输送线轨道中;并且端头升降机处活动轨道打开,以能够通过升降机实现升降运输。
