Abstract

本发明涉及一种PET热缩套管的制备方法。采用如下工艺步骤:a.配料:配方重量组份为:PET:100份,POE:1~15份,TPEE:2~50份,PC滑剂:0.5~8份,均匀混合;b.脱湿干燥:干燥时间控制在2~6小时;c.挤塑:设置五个温度控制段,挤出半成品塑管;d.一次冷却:对挤出的半成品采用冷却水冷却,控制水温≤20℃;e.管体成形:向塑管内鼓入压缩空气膨胀,由定型套对膨胀后的塑管进行定形,压力保持0.3~2kg;f.二次冷却:采用室温水对定形后的塑管进行再次冷却,制成热缩套管;g.后处理:对热缩套管进行压扁、卷绕、包装。本发明工艺简单,操作方便,制得的热缩套管较原有的PVC产品相比,在产品的韧性、表面光洁度和耐高温性、印刷性方面都有很大的优化和性能改善,最主要的是PET为环保无污染材料,故所做产品符合欧盟和我国环保要求之趋势。

PET热缩套管的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PET热缩套管的制备方法。
背景技术
热缩套管被广泛应用于电子元器件上,如电容、电感、电池等上面,作为这些电子元件的外部绝缘包覆层,一方面可以对内部的电子元件进行有效的防护,另一方面,在热缩套管的外表面上可以标注电子元件的信息,以便于识别,热缩套管通过在配方中加入不同的颜料色母可以制成各种颜色,在增强电子元件的美观性同时,对不同类或是同类的不同型号的电子元件加以区分。但通常的热缩套管主要原料采用PVC,这种产品通常韧性差,相对较脆,比较容易产生裂纹破损,耐侯性能也较差。最主要的是PET产品能够改善上述性能外还具有明显的环保性能。
发明内容
为了克服上述利用PVC作为主要原料制备的热缩套管存在的不足,本发明提供一种工艺简单、操作方便的PET热缩套管的制备方法,有效改进了热缩套管的各种性能。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:一种PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是采用如下工艺步骤:
a.配料:原料包括PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、POE(聚烯烃热塑性弹性体)、TPEE(热塑性聚酯弹性体)及PC滑剂(聚碳酸酯),配方重量组份为:PET 100份,POE 1~15份,TPEE 2~50份,PC滑剂0.5~8份,均匀混合。其中,POE起到了加强产品韧性的作用,TPEE起到了抗冲、改性的作用,提高在热缩套管表面印刷性能,PC滑剂提高了产品的表面光洁度。
b.除湿干燥:采用除湿干燥机,干燥时间控制在2~6小时。
c.挤塑:采用挤塑机,设置五个温度控制段,第一温度控制段180~200℃,第二温度控制段200~230℃,第三温度控制段220~250℃,第四温度控制段240~250℃,第一温度控制段235~255℃,挤出半成品塑管。
d.一次冷却:对挤出的半成品采用冷却水冷却,控制水温≤20℃,保持塑管具有延展性。
e.管体成形:经过一次冷却的塑管牵引进入定型套,在定型套前端加入蒸汽,后端加入室温水,向塑管内鼓入压缩空气膨胀,由定型套对膨胀后的塑管进行定形,压力保持0.3~2kg。
f.二次冷却:采用室温水对定形后的塑管进行再次冷却,制成热缩套管。
g.后处理:对热缩套管进行压扁、卷绕、包装。
为了制成各种颜色的热缩套管,进一步地:配方中还加入颜料色母,重量组份为1~10份。
为了提高产品的耐高温性,进一步地:配方中还加入耐温助剂PET-C,重量组份为0.3~6份。
为了使最后成品达到最佳的性能,更进一步地:优选配方为,PET 100份,POE 2~8份,TPEE 2.5~35份,PC 1~2份,颜料2~6份,PET-C 0.5~2份。
本发明工艺简单,操作方便,制得的热缩套管较原有的PVC产品相比,在产品的韧性、表面光洁度和耐高温性、印刷性方面都有很大的优化和性能改善,最主要的是PET为环保无污染材料,故所做产品符合欧盟和我国环保要求之趋势。
具体实施方式
一种PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是采用如下工艺步骤:
a.配料:原料包括PET、POE(、TPEE、PC滑剂、颜料及耐温助剂PET-C,配方重量组份为:PET 100份,POE 1~15份,TPEE 2~50份,PC滑剂0.5~8份,颜料1~10份,耐温助剂PET-C 0.3~6份,均匀混合;
b.除湿干燥:采用除湿干燥机,干燥时间控制在2~6小时;
c.挤塑:采用挤塑机,设置五个温度控制段,第一温度控制段180~200℃,第二温度控制段200~230℃,第三温度控制段220~250℃,第四温度控制段240~250℃,第一温度控制段235~255℃,挤出半成品塑管;
d.一次冷却:对挤出的半成品采用冷却水冷却,控制水温≤20℃,保持塑管具有延展性;

1.一种PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是采用如下工艺步骤:
a.配料:原料包括PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)、POE(聚烯烃热塑性弹性体)、TPEE(热塑性聚酯弹性体)及PC滑剂(聚碳酸酯),配方重量组份为:PET 100份,POE 1~15份,TPEE 2~50份,PC滑剂0.5~8份,均匀混合;
b.除湿干燥:采用除湿干燥机,干燥时间控制在2~6小时;
c.挤塑:采用挤塑机,设置五个温度控制段,第一温度控制段180~200℃,第二温度控制段200~230℃,第三温度控制段220~250℃,第四温度控制段240~250℃,第五温度控制段235~255℃,挤出半成品塑管;
d.一次冷却:对挤出的半成品采用冷却水冷却,控制水温≤20℃,保持塑管具有延展性;
e.管体成形:经过一次冷却的塑管牵引进入定型套,在定型套前端加入蒸汽,后端加入室温水,向塑管内鼓入压缩空气膨胀,由定型套对膨胀后的塑管进行定形,管内压力保持0.3~2kg;
f.二次冷却:采用室温水对定形后的塑管进行再次冷却,制成热缩套管,并压扁;
g.后处理:对热缩套管进行卷绕、包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是:配方中还加入颜料色母,重量组份为1~10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是:配方中还加入耐温助剂PET-C,重量组份为0.3~6份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是:配方为,PET 100份,POE 2~8份,TPEE 2.5~35份,PC 1~2份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是:颜料色母的重量组份为2~6份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的PET热缩套管的制备方法,其特征是:PET-C的重量组份为0.5~2份。
