Background technique

Such a device is disclosed by WO 98/05910. The device is a device with a horizontal frame and two reversible bows, wherein the frame can be hung on a shelf for refrigerated goods in a refrigeration appliance. Contents of the invention

The object of the present invention is to provide a device for receiving refrigerated goods in a refrigeration appliance which does not have the disadvantages of known devices.

According to the invention, a device for receiving an elongate cooling object in a refrigeration appliance is proposed, which device comprises a frame or a support for the cooling object which can be installed in a horizontal orientation in the refrigeration appliance, at least one first A bow and at least one second bow, said first and second bows have support surfaces for placing refrigerated goods, in which bows the first bow can be positioned between a horizontal position and a vertical position Turn over, wherein: the second bow is rigidly connected to the frame or the refrigerated goods support.

In the arrangement according to the above variant, the shelf for the cold goods can be, for example, a plate-shaped intermediate partition made of glass or a storage grid.

If the device according to the invention does not also include a shelf for refrigerated goods, as defined in the above variants, the frame of the device should expediently be equipped with a mechanism for mounting the device on a shelf for refrigerated goods. The refrigerated goods support can be, as described above, a plate-shaped intermediate partition made of glass, or it can be a storage grid. The means for attaching the device to a refrigerated goods support can be, for example, hooks or hook-like elements which surround the front and rear edges of the refrigerated goods support.

The device can be moved to different positions along its front edge and rear edge on the refrigerated goods support. As a result, people have increased flexibility when placing refrigerated items in the refrigerating appliance.

Preferably the device is mounted below the shelf for the refrigerated goods. In this way, the device does not take up space on the upper side of the refrigerated goods holder, which is intended for storing refrigerated goods, so that this top side is free for storing further refrigerated goods. Thus, the device makes use of the space directly under the shelf for the refrigerated goods, which space would normally remain unoccupied without such a device.

The device according to the variant described above can also have a frame, but this frame encloses the shelf for the refrigerated goods and on which the first and second brackets are arranged. Here, the frame or at least a part of the frame can be formed in one piece with the second bow.

It is particularly advantageous if the frame mounted on or enclosing the refrigerated goods support is made of plastic, since such a frame can be produced particularly easily in one piece together with the second bracket in a single production step.

In contrast, the first bracket is preferably machined from metal.

The second bow can include a first support surface and a second support surface for placing refrigerated goods at different heights. If the refrigerated object is in the form of a bottle, one of these support surfaces can be used to receive the body of the bottle, while the other can be used to receive the neck of the bottle.

It is also particularly advantageous in the case of bottle-shaped goods to be cooled if at least one of the support surfaces has a curved section. However, a bearing surface of one of the brackets can also have such an arcuate section independently of the shape of the other bearing surfaces of the bracket or independently of the shape of the bearing surface of each other bracket.

The second bracket can have a vertically oriented stop for the refrigerated goods. Such a stop prevents the cold items from falling off the device.

Particularly preferably, the stop is a vertical wall, the upper edge of which forms the other bearing surface.

Advantageously, the first bracket can be locked in a horizontal and/or vertical position in order to fix the bracket in the desired position in this way.

The first bow can be designed in one piece, but it can also consist of a plurality of mutually independent pivotable parts which are each dimensioned in such a way as to receive one or more bottles.

Particularly preferably, the device is installed in the refrigerating appliance in such a way that the second bow is adjacent to a rear wall of the refrigerating appliance. This ensures that, when the device is not in use, the device interferes insignificantly with respect to the use of the storage compartment of the refrigerating appliance.

Detailed ways

As an example of a refrigeration appliance, FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a refrigerator 1 with an open door 3 and a device 2 according to the invention. This open door 3 allows us to see the internal storage compartment 6 of the refrigerator 1 . The storage compartment 6 is divided by four horizontally arranged refrigerated goods holders 4 , here in the form of glass panes. Corresponding to these sections 14 , the bow 9 also has three arcuate sections 17 (see FIG. 5 ) which extend horizontally over a depth of several centimeters. FIG. 5 shows a cross-section of the device according to the invention in the installed state in a refrigerator 1 and filled with a bottle 5 as a refrigerated object. FIG. 7 shows an alternative configuration of the pivotable bow. Instead of the above-mentioned bow 8 which is integrally bent from a wire, a multi-part structure is shown here, which has some parts fitted to the side bars 13 (they are only partially shown in the figure). The shaft 18 in the hole 19, on which the individual brackets 20, 21 can pivot and can be locked in vertical and horizontal positions by means of studs 22.
