Abstract

一种微型电动机包括一中空管状大外壳,大外壳沿内周表面有一磁铁,和一固定于大外壳的小外壳,和有几个合成树脂制成的刷握,以及几个与磁铁接触的磁铁固定支柱;其特征在于各刷握有一支柱插入孔,磁铁固定支柱是压配合进入支柱插入孔;在小外壳装配过程中,磁铁固定支柱的一末端被磁铁推动,使待压配合的磁铁固定支柱进入支柱插入孔,从而小外壳以磁铁固定支柱的末端与磁铁接触的状态固定于大外壳。

Description

微型电动机
本发明涉及一种微型电动机,特别是涉及一种微型电动机,包括一中空管状大外壳,该大外壳有一沿其内周表面配置的磁铁,和一固定于大外壳上的小外壳,和有几个合成树脂制成的刷握,以及几个与磁铁接触的磁铁固定支柱,其中小外壳是以磁铁固定支柱压配合进入设置的支柱插入孔,使磁铁固定支柱与磁铁接触的状态固定于大外壳。
在微型电动机中,磁铁固定支柱4通常是设置在小外壳3上,它从小外壳3上凸出,以便与磁铁2接触,磁铁2是沿着中空管状大外壳1的内周表面设置以防止磁铁2不必要的移动,如图3所示。在图3中,各参考数字分别表示:5-转子,6-转轴,7-换向器,8-轴承,9-电刷,10-接线柱。
在传统型式的微型电动机中,磁铁固定支柱4太短时,将导致在磁铁2与磁铁固定支柱之间有一如图中箭头G所示的间隙,使磁铁2产生不必要的移动。相反,如果磁铁固定支柱4太长时,由于将小外壳3安装到大外壳1的预定位置上有困难,必须将磁铁固定支柱4的端部切去。
防止磁铁2与磁铁固定支柱4之间引起间隙,已经想出以V形配置的肋4'和4',设置在磁铁固定支柱4的端部,以便肋4'和4'有一点弯曲而保证与磁铁2有可靠的接触,如图4(A)和4(B)所示。(图4(A)是主视图,而图4(B)是俯视图。)然而,在图4所示的例子中,会碰到下列不必要的问题。
(甲)肋4'和4'增加长度的困难,限制了磁铁2与磁铁固定支柱4之间的间隙(图3中由箭头G所示)的调节范围。
(乙)这种方法不能应用于外部尺寸小的微型电动机(由于有限的有效空间)。
(丙)当小外壳从大外壳1抽出时,当心肋4'和4'易发生变形,因为4'和4'以小外壳3从大外壳1抽出的方向相交叉的方向配置,如图4(A)中所示。
(丁)金属压制这样复杂形状的加工过程,将导致工时的增加,而因此增加压制加工的成本。
本发明打算解决这些问题。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种微型电动机,该微型电动机包括一中空管状大外壳,大外壳有一沿其内周表面配置的磁铁,和一固定于大外壳上的小外壳,和有几个合成树脂制成的刷握,以及几个与磁铁接触的磁铁固定支柱,以及具有这样的一种结构,各刷握有支柱插入孔,磁铁固定支柱压配合进入插入孔,在小外壳装配过程中,磁铁固定支柱的一末端被磁铁推动,使待压配合的磁铁固定支柱进入支柱插入孔,从而小外壳以磁铁固定支柱的末端与磁铁接触的状态固定于大外壳。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有这样结构的微型电动机,各磁铁固定支柱是与刷握整体地构成;磁铁固定支柱是连接至带有脱模部分的刷握,当推力施加于支柱端部时,脱模部分能容易地切去;以及一支插入孔设置在各刷握上,磁铁固定支柱插进支柱插入孔;当推力施加于磁铁固定支柱的端部时,脱模部分被切去,使待压配合的磁铁固定支柱进入支柱插入孔。
本发明的还有一个目的是提供一种具有这样结构的微型电动机,各磁铁支柱是藉预先切去脱模部分各别地构成,以及小外壳是以磁铁固定支柱压配合进入支柱插入孔至预定的深度的状态固定于大外壳。
当阅读以下的关于图1、图2(A)和图2(B)的详细叙述时,本发明的这些目的和其他目的将变得更加明白。
图1是实施本发明的一种微型电动机的小外壳的例子的说明图;图1(A)是一主视图,而图1(B)是一剖面侧视图。
图2(A)和图2(B)是有助于说明本发明使用的磁铁固定支柱的例子的图。
图3是传统型式微型电动机的结构的说明图。
图4是传统型式磁铁固定支柱的说明图。
图1和图2中的参考数字11表示脱模部分;12表示支柱插入孔;其他参考数字和图3中同样的部件符合。数字3-1代表合成树脂制成的刷握;3-2表示小外壳3的金属壳片,小外壳3包括这两者。
图1表示本发明的微型电动机中小外壳3的一例。磁铁固定支柱4是设置在小外壳3的刷握3-1上,它的长度能容易地调节,参阅图2,将在以后叙述。参阅图2(A)和图2(B),在下面将详细叙述磁铁固定支柱4。
图2(A)是说明磁铁固定支柱4的形状的图,磁铁固定支柱4是与刷握3-1整体地注射成型。就是说,磁铁固定支柱4是与刷握整体地构成,由脱模部分11连接,当一推力施加于磁铁固定支柱的端部时该脱模部能容易地切去,如图2(A)所示。支柱插入孔12设置在刷握3-1上,磁铁固定支柱4是压配合进入插入孔。在小外壳装配过程中,当一推力如图中以箭头D的方向施加于磁铁固定支柱4的末端上时,脱模部分11被切去,而磁铁固定支柱4被压进支柱插入孔12。当压进支柱插入孔12时,磁铁固定支柱4移动的阻力,能藉适当地选择图2(A)中箭头φA、φB和C所示的尺寸而得到调节。
在电动机装配过程中,当图1所示具有上述磁铁固定支柱4的小外壳3安装于图3所示的大外壳时,如上所述,由于磁铁固定支柱4的末端与磁铁2接触,施加一推力使待压配合的磁铁固定支柱4进入支柱插入孔12,参阅图2。结果,小外壳3是以磁铁固定支柱4与磁铁接触的状态安装于大外壳1上,从而阻止磁铁2在电动机转轴的方向移动。以上已经叙述的小外壳3安装于大外壳1上的例子,采用在脱模部分11处与刷握3-1整体地构成的磁铁固定支柱4,如图2(A)所示。然而,小外壳可以在脱模部分11处预先将磁铁固定支柱4与刷握3-1分开而插进支柱插入孔12至预定的深度的状态,安装于大外壳1上。
如上所述,本发明在小外壳已安装于大外壳上后,能藉磁铁固定支柱始终与磁铁接触阻止磁铁移动,因为磁铁固定支柱的凸出长度能藉产生的推力自动地调节,在小外壳装配过程中,当磁铁固定支柱与磁铁接触时,容许待压配合的磁铁固定支柱藉预定的推力进入支柱插入孔。即,本发明允许小外壳形成简单的结构,可以采用通用的小外壳,而大大有助于减少加工工时。

Claims (3)

1、一种微型电动机包括一中空管状大外壳,大外壳沿内周表面有一磁铁,和一固定于所说大外壳的小外壳,和有几个合成树脂制成的刷握,以及几个与所说磁铁接触的磁铁固定支柱;其特征在于各所说刷握有一支柱插入孔,所说磁铁固定支柱是压配合进入支柱插入孔;在小外壳装配过程中,所说磁铁固定支柱的一末端被所说磁铁推动,使待压配合的所说磁铁固定支柱进入所说支柱插入孔,从而所说小外壳以所说磁铁固定支柱的末端与所说磁铁接触的状态固定于所说大外壳。
2、根据权利要求1所述的微型电动机,其特征在于其中设置在所说小外壳上的所说磁铁固定支柱是用脱模部分与所说刷握整体地构成,当一推力施加于磁铁固定支柱的末端时,该脱模部分能切去;各所说刷握有一支柱插入孔。
3、根据权利要求1所述的微型电动机,其特征在于其中所说小外壳有这样一种结构,和所说刷握分开设置的磁铁固定支柱是压配合进入所说支柱插入孔;压配合是藉加力所说磁铁固定支柱的末端进入所说支柱插入孔来完成。
