Abstract

一种胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙保温粉状材料,分为界面砂浆干粉料、保温砂浆干粉料、防护砂浆干粉料,它们主要以水泥、乳胶粉为胶凝材料,砂与煤灰为基料、CaCO3粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素、木质纤维、聚丙烯纤维、淀粉醚为助剂,聚苯颗粒为保温砂浆的填充料,根据各层功能要求的不同,调整相关原料及配比关系,分别制得三种砂浆的干粉料,分别包装,分层使用,具有贴墙的附着力强、保温效果显著、防护性能好等优点。

胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙保温粉状材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,以乳胶粉、水泥、砂与聚苯颗粒为主要原料的外墙保温粉状材料。
背景技术
在我国的专利文献库中,已有多项与本申请同类发明创造申请了专利,CN1417436A公开了北京振利高新技术公司的“胶粉聚苯颗粒外保温粘贴面砖墙体及其施工工艺”,公开了墙体由内至外的层状分布为基层墙体、界面砂浆层、保温层、砂浆防护层、外饰面层,未公开各层的原料组成及其配比情况,公众无从知晓或获得相关砂浆,难以工业化再现。CN1500756A、1510073A、1807336A、1834154A,均公开了单一不分层的保温材料的原料及其配比值,不分层的单一保温材料的贴墙附着力、保温功能、防护性能、饰面效果难以以一概全,必然略逊一筹。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种不同功能分层、原料组成与配比关系按功能要求调整、贴墙附着力、保温、防裂效果好的胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙保温粉状材料。
本发明的目的可以通过如下措施来实现:它包含有界面砂浆干粉料、保温砂浆干粉料、防护砂浆干粉料,其特征是:
(1)界面砂浆干粉料由下列原料及其重量份配比而成:450—550份水泥、400—500份80—120目的砂、5—10份乳胶粉、25—35份200目的碳酸钙粉、1—2份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.1—0.5份淀粉醚,对其中应作粉碎、筛选、烘干处理的作好处理后混匀即成;
(2)保温砂浆干粉料由下列原料及其重量份配比而成:600—650份水泥、250—350份二级粉煤灰、50—60份400目的碳酸钙粉、15—25份乳胶粉、5—10份羟丙基甲基纤维素、4—5份长度0.5mm木质纤维、1—3份长度为6—9mm聚丙烯纤维、0.5—1份淀粉醚,对其中应作粉碎、筛选、烘干处理的,处理后混匀,另有70—80重量份由废弃的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料块粉碎成粒径≤5mm的聚苯颗粒;
(3)防护砂浆干粉料由下列原料及其重量份配比而成:250—300份水泥、600—700份40—80目砂、50—70份200目的碳酸钙、5—15份柔性乳胶粉、3—8份防水乳胶粉、1—5份木质纤维、1—3份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.5—1.0份淀粉醚,对其中应作粉碎、筛选、烘干处理的,处理后混匀即成。
本发明的有益效果是:将用于外墙保温的粉状材料,按贴墙的位置与功能不同,设计出不同配方的界面砂浆干粉料、保温砂浆干粉料、防护砂浆干粉料,在施工中分层使用,贴墙的附着力强、防护性能好、保温效果显著。
具体实施方式
本发明结合实施例详述如下,先将各层砂浆干粉料的原料及重量份配比实施例列成下表:

原料中兼顾成本与强度,以选标号为425#的普通硅酸盐水泥为妥,砂选石英砂,粉煤灰为二级粉煤灰,粉碎后目数按前述已提及的要求,不复述。木质纤维的标号为PWC-500,柔性乳胶粉为P-3500,防水性乳胶粉标号为P-6000。
表中MF4代表羟丙基甲基纤维素,FP6代表淀粉醚,CaCO3为碳酸钙粉。参阅表中各原料及配比,现以界面砂浆干粉料的实施例1来说明:将425#普通硅酸盐水泥从贮罐中称量500kg、将粉碎成80目的石英砂从贮罐中称量460kg、称量乳胶粉8kg、称量200目的CaCO3粉30kg、称量MF41.5kg、称量FP6为0.5公斤,投入无重力混合机中充分混匀,制得1吨干粉料,经包装、检验、出厂。实施例2、3也如实施例1一样的方法,调整各原料的配比值后混匀即成。
表中还分别列出保温砂浆干粉料、防护砂浆干粉料的各种原料及其配比关系的三个实施例,只需参阅表中对应的重量份值,换算成与此值成倍数的重量值,即可逐一称量混配。因参阅表格即能理解,不一一赘述。但需注意的是界面、保温、防护三种砂浆干粉料必须单独包装,并在包装上表明,不得混装于一袋。
较为特殊的是聚苯颗粒,它是用废弃物回收的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料块粉碎成粒径≤5mm的颗粒,也需单独包装,是保温层的核心保温材料。
整个外墙保温系统,还有最外层的饰面层,又有涂料饰面与面砖饰面之分。系统中许多材料是外协购得的,如耐碱网格布、热镀锌电焊网、塑料锚栓、水性涂料、油漆等,都不属于本专利申请的“粉状材料”,具体的施工方法有多项专利公开,本申请不请求保护,故也不作叙述。

Claims (1)

1、一种胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙保温粉状材料,包含有界面砂浆干粉料、保温砂浆干粉料、防护砂浆干粉料,其特征是:
(1)界面砂浆干粉料由下列原料及其重量份配比而成:450—550份水泥、400—500份80—120目的砂、5—10份乳胶粉、25—35份200目的碳酸钙粉、1—2份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.1—0.5份淀粉醚,对其中应作粉碎、筛选、烘干处理的作好处理后混匀即成;
(2)保温砂浆干粉料由下列原料及其重量份配比而成:600—650份水泥、250—350份二级粉煤灰、50—60份400目的碳酸钙粉、15—25份乳胶粉、5—10份羟丙基甲基纤维素、4—5份长度0.5mm木质纤维、1—3份长度为6—9mm聚丙烯纤维、0.5—1份淀粉醚,对其中应作粉碎、筛选、烘干处理的,处理后混匀,另有70—80重量份由废弃的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料块粉碎成粒径≤5mm的聚苯颗粒;
(3)防护砂浆干粉料由下列原料及其重量份配比而成:250—300份水泥、600—700份40—80目砂、50—70份200目的碳酸钙、5—15份柔性乳胶粉、3—8份防水乳胶粉、1—5份木质纤维、1—3份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.5—1.0份淀粉醚,对其中应作粉碎、筛选、烘干处理的,处理后混匀即成。
