Abstract

一种电机定子绕组端部与机壳之间包封填充料,用于电机定子绕组端部与机壳之间,其特征在于:材料配比是:硅橡胶含90%~95%、胶粘含3%~5%、固化剂含1%~3%;按上述材料配比混合,然后加入300目以上的石英砂调成较稠的浆糊状,包封于绕组端部与机壳间,自然固化即成。能使电机端部的热量通过填充料传到机壳上,再通过散热筋在周围冷却介质中冷却,从而降低电机温升。通过实际应用,可降低电机温升5~10K。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机定子绕组端部与机壳之间包封填充料,属于电机设计、制造技术领域。
背景技术
交流电动机绕组端部不接触其他部件,完全在空气包围之中,因此端部的热量不易散发出去,尤其二极电机,由于其端部较长,端部的发热量更大,至使端部更热,从而使电机绕组的温升及轴承的温度提高,使交流电动机的温升或配套的轴承温度超标而不合格。因此,需要绝缘性能及导热性能良好包封材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电机定子绕组端部与机壳之间包封填充料,该填充料能降低绕组温升及轴承温度,从而提高电机效率及延长使用寿命。
为达到上述的目,本发明的技术方案是:包封填充料是一种绝缘性能及导热性能良好的材料,其成分包含硅橡胶、胶粘剂、固化剂,按一定的比例调和后,加石英砂调成较稠的浆糊状,包封于绕组端部与机壳间,自然固化即成。
本发明的有益效果:能使电机端部的热量通过填充料传到机壳上,再通过散热筋在周围冷却介质中冷却,从而降低电机温升。通过实际应用,可降低电机温升5~10K。

具体实施方式
参照图1,第1实施例,材料配比是:硅橡胶含90%~95%、胶粘含3%~5%、固化剂含1%~3%。
按上述材料配比混合,然后加入300目以上的石英砂调成较稠的浆糊状,包封于绕组端部与机壳间,自然固化即成。

虽然本发明已参照上述的实施例来描述,但是本技术领域中的普通技术人员,应当认识到以上的实施例仅是用来说明本发明,应理解其中可作各种变化和修改而在广义上没有脱离本发明,所以并非作为对本发明的限定,只要在本发明的实质精神范围内,对以上所述的实施例的变化、变形都将落入本发明权利要求的保护范围.

1、一种电机定子绕组端部与机壳之间包封填充料,用于电机定子绕组端部与机壳之间,其特征在于:材料配比是:硅橡胶含93%~95%、胶粘剂含3%~5%、固化剂含1%~3%;按上述材料配比混合,然后加入300目以上的石英砂调成较稠的浆糊状,包封于上述绕组端部与机壳之间,自然固化即成。
2、如权利要求1所述的包封填充料,其特征在于:材料配比是:硅橡胶含93%、胶粘剂含4%、固化剂含3%。
