Abstract

本发明涉及一种高科技铝复合材料环保节能暖气系统专用管道,适合于所有建筑物室内暖气热交换系统专用管道,是一种一体成形外形带垂直于外径片状的铝圆管;圆管内孔并满布有凸起筋状线,而该筋状线在铝圆管内孔里以15°角倾斜形成螺旋的设计。本发明的优点是:1、通过管道内孔壁是带有15°角倾斜,并向前延伸形成螺旋状凸起筋状线,增加管道的导热面积;2、该铝圆管的外径则被加工成片状,这些片状在360°环绕着、一体成形、分别对称垂直于圆管的外径上,增大散热面积,以及散热效果;3、其为铝管,不会被锈蚀污染。

一种高科技铝复合材料环保节能暖气系统专用管道
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种高科技铝复合材料,具体涉及环保又节能适用于所有建筑物室内暖气系统热交换专用管道。
技术背景:
目前,世界很多国家地区处温寒带地理位置上。冬天的气温下降至人们在建筑物室内也难以支持的程度,传统的解决方法是安装室内暖气系统,而暖气来源分为几类:A、如图5所示,依靠电力的电阻线发热送热风交换;B、如图6所示,以天燃气燃烧火炉取热;C、如图7所示,木柴燃烧取暖;D、如图8所示,其是热水通过管道交换取暖,而热水通过的交换通常在现代都市是由中央热水系统供应取暖,而建筑物的热水交换装置目前全是以铁焊接制造而成。在整个冬季中,热水长期通过铁装置的管道,至使铁管内表面产生氧化锈蚀,从而污染了热水,而热水又带回中央循环系统,即是所有加温的中央热水供应系统加热容器大部份都受铁氧化的锈蚀所污染,而在春季停止供热水后又需放去所有管道的水才能正常保护好管道,更何况铁的热阻抗极大,热媒在100℃时其导热系数为72.1,大大的消耗能源,又污染了环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有暖气热交换装置设计出一种以高新技术制造的一体成形铝复合材料管道。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高科技铝复合材料环保节能暖气系统专用管道,该管道的内孔壁是设置有15°角倾斜,并向前延伸形成螺旋状凸起筋状线,以承接流入管孔内的热媒,造成螺旋流动,以延长热交换时间及增大热交换面积,然后循环回中央制热系统中加热,再次成为进行循环供应加热的热媒,该铝圆管的外径则被加工成片状,这些片状在360°环绕着、一体成形、分别对称垂直于圆管的外径上。而此种管道的铝复合材料,在通过100℃热媒流体时其热阻抗非常小,导热系数为173低于铁交换器的0.5倍多,大大节约能源。而铝复合材料圆管内的热水,不会被锈蚀污染,相对保护了环境及热媒制造设备。所述15°角具体为,在所述管道横截面上,筋状线截面中心线与管道截面内圆周曲线的法线之间的夹角为15°角。
本发明的优点是:1、通过管道内孔壁是带有15°角倾斜,并向前延伸形成螺旋状凸起筋状线,增加管道的导热面积;2、该铝圆管的外径则被加工成片状,这些片状在360°环绕着、一体成形、分别对称垂直于圆管的外径上,增大散热面积,以及散热效果;3、其为铝管,不会被锈蚀污染。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种高科技铝复合材料环保节能暖气系统专用管道,该铝圆管1的外径则被加工成片状2,这些片状在360°环绕着、一体成形、分别对称垂直于圆管的外径上;该铝管道1的内孔壁3是带有15°角倾斜并向前延伸形成螺旋状凸起筋状线4。
如图4所示,铝圆管的两端5、6分别连接中央热媒。

1、一种高科技铝复合材料环保节能暖气系统专用管道,其特征在于:铝圆管的外径被加工成片状,这些片状在360°环绕着、一体成形、分别对称垂直于圆管的外径上;该管道的内孔壁是设置有15°角倾斜并向前延伸形成螺旋状凸起筋状线;所述15°角具体为,在所述管道横截面上,筋状线截面中心线与管道截面内圆周曲线的法线之间的夹角为15°角。
