Abstract

本发明为在金属材料和金属材料表面进行磨削、抛光处理过程中采用的平面砂布轮。砂粒植在布基上构成砂布，砂布粘结在托盘上，砂布布基经向与对应托盘法线成1-25°夹角。本发明砂布布基承受了较大的冲击力，不易断裂，具有更长的使用寿命，从而大大提高整个平面砂布轮的使用寿命。而且可消除握持、施力方向与砂布的夹角，使砂粒充分发挥磨削作用，以提高平面砂布轮的锋利度和耐磨性。

平面砂布轮
(一)技术领域
本发明为在金属材料和金属材料表面进行磨削、抛光处理过程中采用的平面砂布轮。
(二)背景技术
目前对金属材料和金属材料表面进行磨削、抛光处理一般用砂布轮和砂带两种，其功效相当。现有砂布轮如国产的三菱牌、白鸽牌均是将砂布裁成页片，用胶合剂呈扇形叠加排列粘结在托盘上。其砂布轮的缺点是：砂布布基存在经向和纬向，现有砂布裁成页片后粘结在托盘上时，均是纬向与托盘的法线平行，所谓法线是指某一砂布页片距托盘圆心最远一边的中点与托盘圆心的连线构成该砂布页片在托盘上的法线，由于砂布布基纬向强度较低，在磨削、抛光过程中反复扭曲后易断裂，从而影响整个砂布轮的使用寿命。另外，由于砂布布基纬向与托盘的法线平行，在磨削、抛光时，由于握持，施力方向与砂布轮存在夹角，相应砂粒最尖端未参与磨削，所以砂粒未充分发挥作用，导致砂布轮锋利程度和耐磨性降低。
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术不足，提供一种同等的砂布条件下不易断裂，使用寿命更长的平面砂布轮。同时可使砂粒最尖端参与磨削，充分发挥砂粒作用，提高平面砂布轮轮锋利程度和耐磨性。
本发明的解决方案是：一种平面砂布轮，砂粒植在布基上构成砂布，砂布粘结在托盘上，其特征在于砂布经向与对应的托盘的法线夹角为1-25°。由于织布时砂布布基经向的密度较大，其经向强度远大于纬向强度，而平面砂布轮在使用过程中，一般都是由于砂布断裂造成砂布轮报废，在砂布布基经向与对应托盘法线方向一致时，砂布布基中强度较大的经向承受了较大的冲击力，所以在反复扭曲中不易断裂。
本发明的解决方案中可使每块砂布布基经向与对应的托盘的法线夹角1-25°，各块砂布的经向与对应的托盘的法线夹角相等。通过使每片砂布布基经向与对应法线偏离一个角度，以消除握持、施力方向与砂布的夹角，可使砂粒在磨削、抛光过程中最尖端接触磨削抛光面，从而提高平面砂布轮的锋利度和耐磨性。
本发明的优点：由于本发明使砂布布基经向与对应托盘法线方向一致，在磨削、抛光过程中砂布布基经向承受了较大的冲击力，与现有技术中纬向承受较大的冲击力相比，本发明的砂布布基不易断裂，具有更长的使用寿命，从而大大提高整个平面砂布轮的使用寿命。同时本发明使砂布布基经向与对应的托盘的法线偏离1-25°角，可消除握持、施力方向与砂布的夹角，使砂粒充分发挥磨削作用，以提高平面砂布轮的锋利度和耐磨性。

(五)具体实施方式
本发明实施例的平面砂布轮如图所示，砂布粘结在托盘上，砂粒植入在布基上，各片砂布1布基经向A与对应托盘法线B方向一致，且与对应的法线B构成10°夹角本实施例以60#砂粒制成产品与同样型号的现有砂轮经测试比较如下：

1、一种平面砂布轮，砂粒植在布基上构成砂布(1)，砂布(1)粘结在托盘(2)上，其特征在于砂布(1)经向(A)与对应的托盘(2)的法线(B)夹角为1-25°。
2、根据权利要求1所述的平面砂布轮，其特征在于各块砂布(1)布基的经向(A)与对应的托盘(2)的法线(B)夹角相等。
