本发明涉及一种冷轧钢卷内部半膜全封闭防水防潮密封包装方法,其特征是:(1)首先用防锈纸对钢卷进行包装;(2)用塑料膜套对钢卷进行包装,即:选用没有接缝的管带状的塑料膜套,其规格按照钢卷直径确定,将塑料膜套从钢卷内孔穿过,然后将两端分别外翻到钢卷外圆表面,然后用胶带纸沿钢卷外圆表面将塑料膜套与防锈纸擀压粘接固定。其优点是:包装方法简单、易操作,能够彻底解决钢卷防水防潮问题。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种冷轧钢卷内部半膜全封闭防水防潮密封包装方法。
背景技术:
冷轧钢卷是钢铁产品中的精品,冷轧钢卷从生产厂出厂到终端用户手中需经过包装及多次运输,因此产品的包装防护就显得非常重要。冷轧产品的包装要达到防护严密,防撞,防冲击,防锈的功能。
目前国内钢铁产品包装行业中,对于钢卷的包装,绝大部分采用的是内部半封闭包装,它的包装方式是:将已经裁好的符合钢卷尺寸的防锈纸、塑料膜平铺于导轨上,然后将钢卷吊放于其上,将防锈纸合拢用塑料胶带将合缝粘住,然后将防锈纸端面叠褶内窝到钢卷的内孔(钢卷芯孔)中,然后用胶带纸粘接固定;塑料膜的包装方法和过程与防锈纸一样,待防锈纸包装完后,再将塑料膜合拢用塑料胶带将合缝粘住,然后将塑料膜端面叠褶内窝到钢卷的内孔中,然后用胶带纸粘接固定。
由于防锈纸和塑料膜端面叠褶内窝后产生很多皱摺,用胶带纸从钢卷眼内部粘接时根本无法粘牢密封,这样就会发生在运输途中遇下雨天造成钢卷进水锈蚀,另外在南方比较潮湿的地区放置时间较长时,潮湿的空气也会进入卷内造成钢卷锈蚀。所以上述包装方法只能基本做到防潮,但不能做到防水;如果要做到防水,就的采用全密封包装,这样包装成本将会大大增加。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了解决钢卷防水防潮问题提供一种冷轧钢卷内部半膜全封闭防水防潮密封包装方法。
本发明的包装方法是:(1)首先用防锈纸对钢卷进行包装;(2)用塑料膜套对钢卷进行包装,即:选用没有接缝的管带状的塑料膜套,其规格按照钢卷直径确定,将塑料膜套从钢卷内孔穿过,然后将两端分别外翻到钢卷外圆表面,然后用胶带纸沿钢卷外圆表面将塑料膜套与防锈纸擀压粘接固定。
本发明的效果:本包装方法简单、易操作,能够彻底解决钢卷防水防潮问题。

具体实施方式:
参照附图1,本发明的包装方法是:(1)防锈纸的包装:此步包装方法和全国其它各钢厂一样,就是用将已经裁好的符合钢卷13内孔尺寸的防锈纸1包装在钢卷13的内孔中,然后将已经裁好的符合钢卷尺寸的防锈纸2平铺于导轨上,然后将钢卷13吊放于其上,将防锈纸2合拢用塑料胶带将合缝粘住,然后将防锈纸2的端面叠褶内窝到钢卷13的内孔中,然后用胶带纸5粘接固定;(2)塑料膜套的包装:这是本发明的关键所在,选用没有接缝的管带状的塑料膜套3(国内其它钢厂均是将塑料膜裁成片),其规格按照钢卷13的直径确定,将塑料膜套3从钢卷13的内孔穿过,然后将两端分别外翻到钢卷13外圆表面,翻边宽度为150±50mm,然后用胶带纸4沿钢卷13外圆表面将塑料膜套3与防锈纸2擀压粘接固定;(3)在已包装了防锈纸和塑料膜套的钢卷内外分别安装纸内护角8、纸外护角9、铁内包板6、铁外包板7、塑端护板11、铁内护角12、铁外护角10,此步骤与现有技术相同。
实施例:我公司采用本发明的《冷轧钢卷内部半膜全封闭防水防潮密封包装方法》进行钢卷包装试验已一年多,经雨水淋过的钢卷没发生过钢卷内部进水造成锈蚀的情况,同时我公司每周对钢卷进行三次在线包装后的浇水试验检查,未发生过钢卷进水事件。

1、一种冷轧钢卷内部半膜全封闭防水防潮密封包装方法,其特征是:(1)首先用防锈纸对钢卷进行包装;(2)用塑料膜套对钢卷进行包装,即:选用没有接缝的管带状的塑料膜套,其规格按照钢卷直径确定,将塑料膜套从钢卷内孔穿过,然后将两端分别外翻到钢卷外圆表面,然后用胶带纸沿钢卷外圆表面将塑料膜套与防锈纸擀压粘接固定。
2、根据权利要求1所述的包装方法,其特征是:塑料膜套外翻到钢卷外圆表面的翻边宽度为150±50mm。
