Abstract

本发明提供了一种长余辉灯,包括灯的本体,其特征在于在灯本体外套接一透光的长余辉荧光胶套。本发明结构简单,大大简化了制作工艺,长余辉荧光胶套中的长余辉荧光粉吸收来自灯本体光源的紫外线或可见光,当灯本体熄灭后,长余辉荧光胶套中的长余辉荧光粉还能发光一段时间,继续起到照明或指示的效果。

一种长余辉灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有长余辉荧光特性的照明用灯,具体地说是一种在关断电源后仍然能继续发光一段时间的长余辉灯。
技术背景
随着技术的发展,紧凑型荧光灯的性能已能够满足照明的需要,而且应用于各种场合。长余辉发光材料已在指示性场合得到广泛地应用,包括消防、船舶、建筑、交通、铁路、军事等领域。
在消防领域中,当发生紧急情况、电源中断时,逃生指示能引导方向,使人们在危急时能辩别方向。但在大型建筑物的楼梯、地下、内部走廊等场合只有方向指示还不够,这些地方几乎没有自然光,照明效果太差使人们无法看清脚下的路,容易引起混乱。客观上需要用于照明的灯在电源中断后仍能起到一定的照明效果。具有长余辉特性的照明用灯就是为满足这种需要而设计的。
目前具有长余辉特性的照明用荧光灯通常的制造方法是:在制作荧光灯管时,在涂荧光粉前先将长余辉发光材料涂在玻璃管内。由于长余辉发光材料涂在玻璃管的内部,工艺复杂,涂层的厚度、均匀度要求较高;对长余辉发光材料的纯度要求也较高,因为杂质将会影响灯管的工作。用该方案制造具有长余辉特性的荧光灯成本较高。
发明内容
为克服现有的长余辉特性照明用灯的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种长余辉灯,其不需特制灯管,结构、工艺简单。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种长余辉灯,包括灯的本体,其特征在于:所述长余辉灯的本体外套接一透光的长余辉荧光胶套,其内径略大于、等于或略小于所套接灯本体的外径。
所述长余辉荧光胶套的形状与所套接灯本体的形状相同或近似。
所述的长余辉荧光胶套是通过将长余辉荧光粉按一定比例关系添加到橡胶中而制成所需形状、尺寸的。
本发明的长余辉特性是通过在灯本体外套接一长余辉荧光胶套实现的,其结构简单,大大简化了制作工艺,成本降低,在灯本体发光时,长余辉荧光胶套中的长余辉荧光粉吸收来自灯本体光源的紫外线或可见光;当灯本体熄灭后,长余辉荧光胶套中的长余辉荧光粉还能维持发光10分钟以上,发出的光清晰可见,起到照明或指示的效果。

具体实施方式
本发明包括灯本体以及套接于灯本体外的长余辉荧光胶套。长余辉荧光胶套为透光的,其形状同所套用的灯本体相同或近似,其内径略大于或等于或略小于所套灯本体的外径。其中胶套的一端可以是封闭的,也可以是二端敞开式的。
长余辉灯的长余辉荧光胶套是通过将长余辉荧光粉按一定比例关系添加到橡胶中,从而做成所需形状和尺寸的橡胶套。长余辉荧光胶套中的长余辉荧光粉吸收来自灯本体光源的紫外线或可见光,当灯本体熄灭后,长余辉荧光胶套中的长余辉荧光粉还能发光一段时间。所述的橡胶套材料优选硅胶。长余辉荧光粉选用硫酸亚铅型蓄光型夜光材料或选用以氧化铝为主要成分的蓄光型夜光材料。根据实际情况所需要的余辉照度,选定单位面积所需的长余辉荧光粉份量,然后根据硅胶套的厚度,选定长余辉荧光粉与硅胶的重量比。为达到较好的效果,长余辉荧光粉与长余辉荧光胶套的重量比选择在1%至25%之间,长余辉荧光胶套的厚度选在0.1mm至3mm之间。当灯本体熄灭后,余辉维持特性如图1所示,清晰的荧光可维持10分钟以上。
实施例一
如图2a-c所示,本实施例采用罩型的灯本体2,因此长余辉荧光胶套1的形状也近似罩型(见图2a),套接于灯本体2外表(如图2b、2c),即可得到一罩型长余辉灯。
实施例二
如图3a-c所示,本实施例采用的灯本体3为紧凑型双灯管结构(见图3b)。长余辉荧光胶套1一端为封闭,一端为敞开,套于灯本体3双灯管的外部,将整个灯本体3双灯管罩入在长余辉荧光胶套1内(见图3a、3c),即可得到一紧凑型双灯管结构长余辉灯。
实施例三
如图4a-c所示,本实施例的灯本体4为直管型,长余辉荧光胶套1为中空管状,二端均为敞口的(见图4a),套在直管型灯本体4外表,即成为直管型的长余辉灯。
本发明长余辉灯外形结构不限于上述特定实施例,配合各类灯本体不同的外型和结构,长余辉灯胶套还可以有更多的外形、尺寸和更多的组合安装方式,但凡依据上述思想设计形成的长余辉灯均属本专利的保护范围。

Claims (7)

1、一种长余辉灯,包括灯的本体,其特征在于:所述长余辉灯的本体外套接一透光的长余辉荧光胶套,其内径略大于、等于或略小于所套接灯本体的外径;所述的长余辉荧光胶套是通过将长余辉荧光粉按一定比例关系添加到橡胶中而制成所需形状、尺寸的;所述的长余辉荧光粉选用硫酸亚铅型蓄光型夜光材料或选用以氧化铝为主要成分的蓄光型夜光材料。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种长余辉灯,其特征在于:所述长余辉荧光胶套的形状与所套接灯本体的形状相同或近似。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种长余辉灯,其特征在于:所述的长余辉荧光粉与长余辉荧光胶套的重量比在1%至25%之间。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种长余辉灯,其特征在于:所述的橡胶为硅胶。
5、根据权利要求1所述的一种长余辉灯,其特征在于:所述的长余辉荧光胶套的厚度在0.1mm至3mm之间。
6、根据权利要求1所述的一种长余辉灯,其特征在于:所述的灯本体为罩型、紧凑型或直管型。
7、据权利要求1所述的一种长余辉灯,其特征在于:所述的长余辉荧光胶套为一端封闭式,或两端敞开式。
