Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及电动装置,例如压电驱动的雾化装置的控制;特别地,本发明涉及用于控制所述装置的操作的新颖的开关调节机构。
背景技术
已经开发出很多电控装置用于产生预期的机械作用,这些电控装置的操作是通过操作安装在装置外罩上的按钮或者调节器来控制的。例如,美国专利5,547,616、5,115,975、4,804,821和3,661,323中描述的电池驱动的雾化器和香味散布器。在大多数情况下,这些装置具有一个外罩,在外罩中安装该雾化器或者香味散布器的机构并且装置的操作是由外罩上的具有可移动开关元件的电开关来控制的。
很多装置的外壳在没有其它加强件的情况下不具有足够的强度确保能够保持所述的可移动开关元件。而且所述外罩通常是曲面的,从而所述可移动开关元件必须沿着曲线路径。这样就会排除了具有直线可移动开关元件的多位开关的使用。
发明内容
本发明一方面提供一种新颖的开关调节机构,该机构包括:一个细长开关臂,在其一端通过一个枢轴枢转地安装在一个支撑底架上;一个开关,具有一个可沿着一个直线路径移动的开关元件,该开关相对于所述支撑底架被安装在一个固定位置上;以及开关臂与开关元件之间的一个空转互联(lost motion Interconnection)。所述的空转互联允许所述开关臂与所述开关元件之间在垂直于所述直线路径的方向上相对运动,但是禁止在与所述路径平行的方向上的相对运动。从而,开关臂的枢转运动引起开关元件的直线运动。
另一方面,本发明提供一种新颖的电控装置,它包括一个用于产生预期结果的机构和一个用于控制该机构运行的多位开关。所述开关具有一个可在沿着直线路径的给定范围内移动的开关元件;并且所述开关和所述开关元件被安装在具有曲面外表面的壳状外罩内部的支撑底架上。一个细长的开关臂的一端枢转地连接到外罩内部的支撑底架上,从而所述开关臂绕垂直于所述开关元件的直线路径的枢轴的枢轴线枢转,使得该开关臂可以在包括给定的开关元件运动范围在内的圆弧上摆动。空转机构互联设在开关臂和开关元件之间,并且位于外罩之内。所述的空转互联允许所述开关臂和开关元件之间在垂直于所述直线路径的方向上的相对运动,但是禁止平行于所述路径的方向上的相对运动。这样,当开关臂在外罩内部但不是由外罩稳定支撑的时候,它的运动沿着外罩的曲面。同时,这个曲面运动致使所述开关元件沿着其直线路径运动。所述开关臂伸出所述的空转互联并且经外罩的缝隙伸出,从而可以在那里被操作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,根据本发明的雾化装置10具有壳状外罩12,该外罩12略微呈鸡蛋形状但是底部是平的,并且在其顶部有一个浅的中凹的上部区域14。喷射开口16设置在中凹的上部区域14中。雾化装置10产生的雾化液滴从开口16喷出。外罩12曲面的前表面具有水平缝隙18;开关调节按钮20沿着缝隙18运动。按钮20可以设定在由外罩12上的竖线22标示的多个位置的任何位置上,用来调节装置10的雾化强度。
如图2和3所示,支撑底架24在外罩12内水平延伸。支撑底架24支撑着其下侧的盛有要被雾化的液体的液体容器或者瓶子26(如图3所示)。在吸液芯28的毛细作用下液体从瓶子26上升,该吸液芯延伸穿过所述底架上的开口29。雾化组件30被安装在底架的上侧、所述开口29和容器或者瓶子26的上方。所述雾化组件包括一个被支撑在底架上侧、开口29上方的止动器32。该止动器32具有一个孔板34和一个振动该孔板的压电致动器36。所述孔板34被弹簧38向下压靠到吸液芯28的顶部,从而来自瓶子26的液体被输送到所述孔板的下侧,在压电致动器36振动所述孔板的时候将穿过孔板上的小孔以液滴的形式喷射。
图3中还示出,从安装在印刷电路板42上的驱动电路引出的导线40输送交变电压到致动器36。该印刷电路板也支撑在支撑底架24的上侧。
多位开关44被安装到印刷电路板42的下侧。开关44的开关元件46可以沿着水平直线路径A(如图2所示)移动到多个位置。该开关连接到印刷电路板42的电路上,从而移动所述的开关元件46到特定位置,就会有一个相应的雾化速率。在特定的设计中,开关44控制一个工作循环,其中雾化持续50毫秒间隔逐次区间之间的时间,所述逐次区间之间的时间是可调节的,例如在5到40秒之间调节。
一个细长的开关臂48一端通过一个枢轴50枢转地安装在支撑底架24上。枢轴50的枢轴线50a是竖直的,从而所述臂48也会沿着水平的曲线路径B(如图2所示)摆动。所述臂48从枢轴50延伸并穿过外罩12上的水平缝隙18,并在那里与调节按钮20连接。因为臂48通过枢轴50安装在支撑底架24上,它没有被缝隙18的边缘引导,也没有依靠或者由外罩12支撑。从图2和图3可以看出,开关臂48在开关46下面延伸;从图2可以看出,所述臂48的活动范围就是扫过开关元件46直线运动的整个路径。
开关臂48通过空转机构51连接到开关元件46,如图2和图3所示,该空转机构包括一对接线柱元件52,该接线柱元件安装到所述臂48上、从那里纵向延伸并且分别沿着开关元件46的两侧延伸。开关臂48沿着曲线路径B的运动通过接线柱元件52传递到开关元件46,以沿着直线路径A移动所述的开关元件。可以看出空转机构51允许开关臂48和开关元件46之间在垂直于所述开关元件的直线路径A的方向上的相对运动,但是禁止开关臂和开关元件之间在平行于直线路径A的方向上的相对运动。这样,开关调节按钮20就可以沿着曲线路径B移动,同时开关臂48使开关元件46沿着直线路径A运动到其多个开关位置。
因为开关调节按钮20安装在开关臂48上,完全由该开关臂支撑,该开关臂再由支撑底架24通过枢轴50支撑。从而在外罩12和开关臂48或者开关调节按钮20之间就不需要机械连接。因此,外罩12不需要加强来支撑按钮20或者开关臂48,并且在外罩和开关臂之间没有干涉,如果不是这样当开关臂移动时外罩的变形就可能导致这种干涉。
可以理解其它形式的空转机构也可以用于将开关臂48的曲线运动转化成开关调节器(switch actuator)46的直线运动。例如,接线柱元件52可以安装到开关元件46上并且延伸到开关臂48,或者一个单一的接线柱可以安装到或者从开关元件46和开关臂48中的一个延伸出,并且从那里伸进另一构件形成的缝隙中。在这种情况下,所述的缝隙应该在大体上垂直于调节元件46的运动路径A的方向上延伸。
本发明允许可调整装置的开关臂以不使所述装置的外壳变形而且在开关臂移动的时候不会导致干涉或者干扰的方式安装。
Claims (10)
1.一种带调节机构的开关,包括:
一个细长的开关臂(48),其一端通过一个枢轴(50)枢转地安装在一个支撑底架(24)上;
一个具有开关元件(46)的开关(44),所述开关元件可以沿着一个直线路径(A)移动,所述开关(44)相对于所述支撑底架(24)被安装在一个固定位置上;以及
在所述开关臂(48)和所述开关元件(46)之间的一个空转互联,所述空转互联被构造成允许所述开关元件和所述开关臂之间在垂直于所述直线路径(A)的方向上相对运动,而禁止所述开关臂(48)和所述开关元件(46)之间在平行于所述直线路径(A)的方向上相对运动,
由此所述开关臂(48)的枢转运动引起所述开关元件(46)的直线运动;其特征在于,所述空转互联包括一对接线柱元件(52),所述接线柱元件被安装到所述开关臂(48)上并且在所述开关臂(48)和所述开关元件(46)的相应的纵向两侧之间延伸,从而当所述开关臂(48)枢转时在横向上施加力到所述开关元件(46)上,同时允许在纵向方向上的自由相对运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的带调节机构的开关,其中,所述开关臂(48)绕垂直于所述直线路径(A)的所述枢轴(50)的枢轴线(50a)枢转。
3.如权利要求2所述的带调节机构的开关,其中,所述开关元件(46)可在沿着所述直线路径(A)的给定范围中移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的带调节机构的开关,其中,所述开关臂(48)在所述给定范围上延伸的圆弧上枢转。
5.如权利要求1所述的带调节机构的开关,其中,所述开关臂(48)从所述空转互联伸出并且经一个外罩(12)的一个缝隙伸出。
6.如权利要求5所述的带调节机构的开关,其中,所述外罩(12)具有一个曲面的外表面。
7.如权利要求6所述的带调节机构的开关,其中,所述曲面外表面的曲率中心在所述枢轴(50)的枢轴线(50a)上。
8.一种电控装置(10),包括:
一个用于产生预期结果的机构;
一个连接控制所述机构操作的电路(42),所述电路(42)包括一个如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的带调节机构的开关,所述开关(44)是多位的;
一个支撑底架(24),所述电路(42)和所述开关(44)安装于其上;
一个外罩(12),该外罩封闭所述电路(42)、所述开关(44)和所述支撑底架(24);
所述支撑底架(24)还用作所述开关臂(48)的一端安装于其上的支架(50);
所述开关臂(48)伸出所述空转互联并且经所述外罩(12)上的一个缝隙伸出。
9.如权利要求8所述的电控装置,其中,所述外罩(12)具有一个曲面的外表面。
10.如权利要求9所述的电控装置,其中,所述曲面外表面的曲率中心在所述枢轴(50)的枢轴线(50a)上。
