Description

Device and method for improving reliability of communication system and communication system
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to an apparatus and method for improving reliability of a communication system, and a communication system.
Background
The info Data Service platform (MDSP) is a platform system for implementing integrated management and unified access of Data services on a Mobile communication network. The infoXTM-MDSP can provide an operable, manageable and open data service management platform for mobile operators, and the mobile operators can develop various rich and diverse mobile data services through the infoXTM-MDSP.
The info XTM-MDSP mainly comprises an access module and a processing node, is in a core position in the development of data services, has an open operation service platform (comprising a service management platform, a service enabling platform and a service publishing management center), and mainly completes the unified management, unified authentication and unified charging of the data services, and the service interaction of short message service, multimedia message service, WAP service, download service, streaming media service and the like is completed through the MDSP. Therefore, if the MDSP has a service interruption, it will cause the interruption of the data service of the whole network, and thus, the MDSP is required to have a high reliability.
In the prior art, a method for improving reliability of communication systems such as MDSP and the like includes: a redundant design technique is employed. The redundancy design technology is also called redundancy design technology, and is characterized in that one set or more than one set of functional channels, working elements or components which complete the same function are added at the core part of the communication system so as to ensure that the communication system can still work normally when the core part fails, thereby reducing the failure probability of the communication system and improving the reliability of the communication system.
In a communication system in a telecommunication service network, the reliability and the cost of the system are comprehensively considered, and the redundancy design technology which is most widely applied mainly adopts a dual-machine scheme, namely, a set of components with the same function is added.
In the dual-machine scheme, a 1+1 cluster is adopted for key equipment of a medium-and-small-capacity system, that is, 1 main unit and 1 redundant unit are configured. When one main unit fails, the service is switched to the redundant unit; when the failed main unit is repaired, the service can be used as a redundant unit, and the service can be switched to the main unit.
Based on the above method, a schematic diagram of a dual-device scheme for providing reliability of a communication system is shown in fig. 1, and a processing procedure of the dual-device scheme is as follows:
all service processing units (including main service processing unit and redundant service processing unit) report their state information to the switching control unit at regular time, and the switching control unit backups the common information of all service processing units. And when the switching control unit finds that the state of the main service processing unit is abnormal according to the received state information, the switching control unit initiates a command of switching to the redundant service processing unit. Thus, the access part connects the system service from the main service processing unit to the redundant service processing unit, thereby ensuring the system to continue to operate reliably.
The above-mentioned method for improving reliability of communication systems such as MDSP in the prior art has the following disadvantages: when an unrecoverable fault occurs in a single machine (including a main service processing unit or a redundant service processing unit) and the double-machine switching fails; or, an unrecoverable failure occurs in both the two devices, which may cause the whole communication system to be broken down and all data services of the whole communication system to be interrupted.

And step 63, the service access module of the MDSP checks whether each service processing node of the system is abnormal, and when a failure occurs in the main service processing unit of the system and the switching to the redundant service processing unit fails, an alarm is sent to the network management system.
And step 64, the service access module of the MDSP forwards the received authentication and fee deduction request to the emergency processing device.
Step 65, the log recording module of the emergency processing device records the detailed information of all the received authentication and deduction requests, such as the user identification, the picture identification and other information, and outputs the recorded information to the designated directory for storage.
And step 66, the service processing module of the emergency processing device processes all the received authentication and fee deduction requests, and returns a pass response to the service access module of the MDSP, and the service access module of the MDSP transmits the received response to the WAP gateway.
And step 67, after receiving the response, the WAP gateway provides the service to the user terminal normally, and the user terminal performs the normal service of browsing the WAP pictures.
And step 68, after the system administrator collects the alarm information, fault location and recovery are carried out on the system.
And 69, after the system is recovered to be normal, the recovery processing module of the emergency processing device provides the log information recorded by the log recording module stored in the designated directory to a system administrator, and performs corresponding post-processing according to a processing instruction input by the system administrator. For example, the user is charged and deducted, and the actual fee is deducted according to 0.20 yuan/user, so that the normal fee collection of the operator is ensured.
