Abstract

一种快速润泽皮肤、愈合手脚干裂的护肤品的制备方法。它是将十六—十八混合醇、乳化剂、单甘脂、白油、丙二醇、氮铜、尿囊素、羊毛脂、去离子水等原料按要求分别混合、加温、乳化后经搅拌制得。本技术制备的护肤品与已有技术相比较具有如下优点：①能使润肤原料快速渗透到皮肤中；②能快速愈合干裂创口；③造价成本低。

快速润泽皮肤、愈合手脚干裂的护肤品的制备方法
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种皮肤美容护肤品，确切地说它是一种快速润泽人的皮肤、愈合手脚干裂的护肤品的制备方法。
背景技术：
目前，治疗人们的皮肤粗糙及其手、脚干裂的护肤品常见在乳膏中加入润滑剂，如：月见草油或凡士林、霍霍巴泊、二甲硅油等。这些原料的加入只能临时使皮肤表面润滑，其润肤原料很难渗透倒皮肤中去。另外，上述原料又不能使皮肤裂口快速愈合，即从根本上解决不了皮肤粗糙及皮肤裂口问题。故而人们长期都在寻找一种复合式组合物，使润肤原料既能快速渗透到皮肤中去，同时又能快速愈合皮肤干裂伤口的护肤品。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对上述问题中存在的缺欠，为人们提供一种全新式配方护肤产品的制备方法，进而解决人们长期渴望解决的实际问题，即快速渗透及愈合皮肤干裂的难题。
本发明的技术配方是：(份是重量单位)
十六-十八混合醇：2——5份，9022乳化剂：1——3份，单甘脂：1——3份，白油：2——6份，丙二醇：2——6份，油溶氮酮：1——3份，尿囊素：0.2——0.5份，油溶羊毛脂：2——5份，羟苯甲脂：0.01——0.3份，羟苯丙脂：0.01——0.3份，去离子水：75——85份，香精：适量；其制备工艺流程如下：首先将十六-十八混合醇，9022乳化剂、单甘脂、白油、油溶氮酮、羊毛脂、羟苯丙脂、去离子水称重并混放于容器甲内，加热至90℃；另将丙二醇、尿囊素、羟苯甲脂去离子水称重并混放于容器乙内，加热至85℃；将甲、乙中的原料分别经过过滤机过滤之后放入高速乳化机内乳化4-6分钟，之后再搅拌速度60转/分情况下慢速搅拌，逐渐降温；当温度降至45℃时，加入适量香精；继续降温，并再40转/分情况下慢速搅拌；当温度降至35℃时停止搅拌；静放置24小时后包装入库即可。
本发明的配方中：十六-十八混合醇既是润肤剂又是赋形剂；9022、单甘脂是乳化剂；羊毛脂、白油是润肤剂；油溶氮酮是皮肤快速渗透剂。尿囊素是皮肤保湿剂又是干裂皮肤愈合剂，它的用量不能超过0.5％，否则将有晶体析出：羟苯甲脂及羟苯丙脂均是防腐剂：羟苯甲脂是水溶性，羟苯丙脂是油性的。使用时将膏体涂抹于皮肤表面即可。每天早晚各一次，几日后粗糙皮肤可变柔软、细嫩，干裂的皮肤可在2-3日内快速愈合。
本发现实现后，与已有技术相比较，可在较短的时间内从根本上解决人们的皮肤粗糙及手脚干裂问题，它具有成本低，见效快，对皮肤无毒无任何副作用等优点。

具体实施方式：
下面结合工艺流程图对本发明进一步说明。
在混合加热容器甲中，放入十六-十八混合醇3kg，9022乳化剂2kg，乳化剂单甘脂2kg，白油4kg，油溶氮酮2kg，油溶羊毛脂3kg，，羟苯丙脂0.15kg；在混合加热容器乙中，放入丙二醇4kg，尿囊素0.4kg，羟苯甲脂0.15kg，去离子水80kg；对甲、乙容器分别进行加热，当甲升温至90℃、乙升温至85℃时，分别经过过滤机过滤，之后放入乳化机内高速乳化，乳化转数3000转/分，乳化时间4分钟：之后在60转/分的情况下降温；当温度降至45℃时，加入适当香精(一般为0.05kg)，之后，将乳化后的液体原料，在转数40转/分的情况下继续降温，当温度降至35℃时，停止搅拌，将膏体打入沉降容器沉降24小时即可包装成成品入库。

1、一种快速润泽皮肤、愈合手脚干裂的护肤品的制备方法：其特征在于护肤品的重量份组成为：十六-十八混合醇：2——5份，9022乳化剂：1——3份，单甘脂：1——3份，白油：2——6份，丙二醇：2——6份，油溶氮酮：1---3份，尿囊素：0.2——0.5份，油溶羊毛脂：2——5份，羟苯甲脂：0.01——0.3份，羟苯丙脂：0.01——0.3份，去离子水：75——85份，香精：适量；其制备方法为：首先将十六-十八混合醇、9022乳化剂、单甘脂、白油、油溶氮酮、羊毛脂、羟苯丙脂称重并混放于容器甲内，加热至90℃；另将丙二醇、尿囊素、羟苯甲脂、去离子水称重并混放于容器乙内，加热到85℃；将甲、乙容器中的原料分别用过滤机过滤之后放入高速乳化机内高速乳化4——6分钟，之后在搅拌速度为60转/分的情况下慢速搅拌，逐渐降温，当温度降至45℃时，加入适量香精；继续降温，并在40转/分情况下搅拌；当温度降至35℃时停止搅拌；静放置24小时后即成产品。
