Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于轨道车辆零部件磁粉探伤系统的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器,由电感线圈回路、电流传感器和非导磁管组成,电感线圈回路由电感线圈和电流传感线串联构成,非导磁管设在电感线圈回路的电感线圈内,非导磁管一端为磁悬液入口,另一端为磁悬液出口,电流传感器套在电感线圈回路的电流传感线上;本发明具有在探伤系统的检测过程中,能够进行实时检测并且检测精度高等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种浓度传感器,尤其是涉及一种用于轨道车辆零部件磁粉探伤系统的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器。
背景技术
在轨道车辆零部件磁粉探伤系统中,磁粉浓度或者是凭经验定性探知,或者是通过检测密度来获得磁悬液磁粉浓度,由于在磁悬液中会有杂质、失效磁粉等混入,从而导致检测结果不准确,最终影响到轨道车辆零部件的磁粉探伤质量。另外,这种探测还不能实现实时检测。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能够实时检测且检测精度高的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种用于轨道车辆零部件磁粉探伤系统的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器,由电感线圈回路、电流传感器和非导磁管组成,电感线圈回路由电感线圈和电流传感线串联构成,非导磁管设在电感线圈回路的电感线圈内,非导磁管一端为磁悬液入口,另一端为磁悬液出口,电流传感器套在电感线圈回路的电流传感线上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明在检测过程中,磁悬液流经插在电感线圈中非导磁管时,磁悬液中磁粉使电感线圈的电流发生了变化,电流传感器由此采集相关信号,由于该相关信号产生是由流经插在电感线圈中非导磁管内的磁悬液磁粉所致,因此,该相关信号反映了磁悬液磁粉的实施情况,磁粉浓度越高即在流经非导磁管的磁粉越多,线圈中电流变化越大,再由于混在磁悬液杂质、失效磁粉等不能使电感线圈中的电流发生变化,故本发明具有检测精度高的优点。

具体实施方式
一种用于轨道车辆零部件磁粉探伤系统的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器,由电感线圈回路1、电流传感器2和非导磁管3组成,电感线圈回路1由电感线圈11和电流传感线12串联构成,非导磁管3设在电感线圈回路1的电感线圈11内,非导磁管3一端为磁悬液入口,另一端为磁悬液出口,电流传感器2套在电感线圈回路1的电流传感线12上,上述电流传感器2采用型号为WBI4114aD1的电流传感器。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于轨道车辆零部件磁粉探伤系统的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器,其特征在于由电感线圈回路(1)、电流传感器(2)和非导磁管(3)组成,电感线圈回路(1)由电感线圈(11)和电流传感线(12)串联构成,非导磁管(3)设在电感线圈回路(1)的电感线圈(11)内,非导磁管(3)一端为磁悬液入口,另一端为磁悬液出口,电流传感器(2)套在电感线圈回路(1)的电流传感线(12)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的磁悬液磁粉浓度传感器,其特征在于电流传感器(2)采用型号为WBI4114aD1的电流传感器。
