Abstract

本发明属于蜡烛材料领域,涉及一种用于制造蜡烛的组合物,各组份重量百分比为:①单甘酯5~95%,油脂5~95%;②单甘酯5~95%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡5~95%;③单甘酯5~90%,油脂5~90%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡5~90%;其中单甘酯含量大于或等于30%,油脂碘值0.1~60。本发明采用的蜡烛材料为低成本、绿色环保可再生的资源,燃烧时无烟无毒无味,可广泛应用于各种蜡烛,尤其适合制造生日蜡烛,它熔点高,韧性好,适应各地的气候变化,是一种主要利用纯油脂产物、同时兼顾石蜡为材料的用于制造蜡烛的新的组合物。

技术领域
本发明属于蜡烛材料领域,涉及一种用于制造蜡烛的组合物。
背景技术
现有蜡烛主要为石蜡及其以石蜡为主的混合物,相应添加一些辅助材料,如:公告号1236033、发明名称《蜡烛》,采用全精炼石蜡为主料再配以硬脂酸和发泡剂制成。当前,面临石油资源日渐紧张的情况下,对于蜡烛材料的要求越来越向着低成本、可再生和低污染的绿色环保方向发展。因此,现有技术中蜡烛材料的品种还需进一步丰富,以满足现实社会的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种主要利用纯油脂产物、同时兼顾石蜡为材料的用于制造蜡烛的组合物。
本发明是这样实现的:它包括①单甘酯和油脂,或②单甘酯和硬脂酸或脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡,或③单甘酯和油脂和硬脂酸或脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡,各组份重量百分比为:①单甘酯5~95%,油脂5~95%;②单甘酯5~95%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡5~95%;③单甘酯5~90%,油脂5~90%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡5~90%;其中单甘酯含量大于或等于30%,油脂碘值0.1~60。
本发明优选为:所述各组份重量百分比为:①单甘酯10~90%,油脂10~90%;②单甘酯10~90%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡10~90%;③单甘酯10~80%,油脂10~80%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡10~80%。
本发明进一步优选为:所述各组份重量百分比为:①单甘酯20~80%,油脂20~80%;②单甘酯20~80%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡20~80%;③单甘酯20~60%,油脂20~60%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡20~60%。
本发明最佳优选为:所述各组份重量百分比为:①单甘酯60%,油脂40%;②单甘酯60%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡40%;③单甘酯60%,油脂20%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡20%。
本发明采用的蜡烛材料为低成本、绿色环保可再生的资源,燃烧时无烟无毒无味,可广泛应用于各种蜡烛,如杆蜡,工艺蜡烛,尤其适合制造生日蜡烛,它熔点高,韧性好,适应各地的气候变化,这种组合物比现有蜡烛材料更容易着色,对颜料和香精没有不良影响,是一种主要利用纯油脂产物、同时兼顾石蜡为材料的用于制造蜡烛的新的组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明实施例组合物包括①单甘酯和油脂,或②单甘酯和硬脂酸或脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡,或③单甘酯和油脂和硬脂酸或脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡,各组份重量百分比为:①单甘酯5~95%,油脂5~95%;②单甘酯5~95%;硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡5~95%;③单甘酯5~90%,油脂5~90%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡5~90%;其中单甘酯含量大于或等于30%,油脂碘值0.1~60。把以上几种组份按比例混合熔化,温度不宜超过98度,根据需要可以添加颜料,香精和抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,即可按要求浇铸,然后自然冷却或强制冷却。
实施例1:①单甘酯60%,油脂40%;②单甘酯60%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡40%;③单甘酯60%,油脂20%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡20%。
实施例2:①单甘酯20%,油脂80%;②单甘酯20%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡80%;③单甘酯25%,油脂20%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡55%。
实施例3:①单甘酯55%,油脂45%;②单甘酯55%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡45%;③单甘酯25%,油脂15%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡60%。
实施例5:①单甘酯70%,油脂30%;②单甘酯30%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡70%;③单甘酯10%,油脂20%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡70%。
实施例6:①单甘酯90%,油脂10%;②单甘酯90%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡10%;③单甘酯70%,油脂15%,硬脂酸、脂肪酸甲酯、脂肪酸乙酯或石蜡15%。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于制造蜡烛的组合物,它包括脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯中的一种、单甘酯、和油脂,其特征是:各组份重量百分比为:脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯5~90%,单甘酯5~90%,油脂5~90%,各组份重量百分数之和为100%;其中单甘酯含量大于或等于30%,油脂碘值0.1~60。
2、根据权利要求1所述一种用于制造蜡烛的组合物,其特征是:所述各组份重量百分比为:单甘酯60%,油脂20%,脂肪酸甲酯或脂肪酸乙酯20%。
