Abstract
本发明是一种用于处理金属表面的高效除锈磷化剂。它主要由磷酸、磷酸二氢锌、草酸、硝酸锌、聚乙二醇辛基烷基醚、六次甲基四胺和水组成。该除锈剂可一步完成对金属表面的除锈、钝化和磷化的处理。本发明的除锈速度快、质量好,经处理后的金属表面可防锈半年以上,与漆层或电镀层的结合力强。是一种安全可靠、污染小、成本低的除锈剂。
Description
本发明涉及一种金属表面处理用的除锈剂,更具体地说是一种高效除锈磷化液。
金属材料和制品在涂装前(电镀、喷镀、浸镀等),其表面都必须进行予处理,以除去表面的油垢、杂质和锈层。目前,国内外处理金属表面大多是采用单一的除锈剂和单一的磷化剂。因此处理金属表面的工艺过程是分步进行的。即除锈、钝化和磷化过程是在几个槽中分别进行的,从而使操作步骤繁多、设备容器增加。在中国专利申请号为CN86107238A中,公开了一种除油除锈防锈剂,其组成为:铝粉(12~15克/升)、氢氧化钠(6~10克/升)、六次甲基四胺(12~15克/升)、聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚(6~10克/升)、环氧乙烷(12~15毫升/升)、水(250~350毫升/升)、磷酸(600~700毫升/升)。采用这种除锈剂可以把分步的工艺过程合为一步进行,即除锈、钝化、磷化等过程在同一槽中完成。这种除锈液可大大简化金属表面的处理工艺过程,减轻了劳动强度,缩短了加工周期。但该配方中环氧乙烷是有毒物质,易爆炸,生产过程不安全,对环境污染也严重。此外,铝粉价格也较贵。
本发明目的是提供一种除锈效果好、除锈速度快、价格低廉、安全、对环境污染小的除锈磷化剂。
本发明采用的配方如下(重量百分比):
磷酸(比重1.67):45~48;
磷酸二氢锌:3~4;
草酸:3~5;
硝酸锌:7~9;
聚乙二醇辛基烷基醚:5~8;
六次甲基四胺:2~2.5;
水:25.5~35。
配成后的pH值为1.8~2。
该配方中磷酸具有除锈和使金属表面磷化的作用。磷酸二氢锌和硝酸锌可以加速除锈并且有很好的钝化作用,使处理后的金属表面可以保持较长时间而不被氧化生锈。聚乙醇辛基烷基醚有很好的去污去油效果,它是无毒不易爆炸的物质。因此不会对操作人员的身体健康和生命安全带来危害。按本发明配方所制成的除锈磷化剂由于上述原料的协同效应,同时具有除油、除锈、防锈作用。所以,处理金属表面只要一步即可完成。处理过程可在常温下进行,亦可在加温(60~80℃)的条件下进行。
本发明的除锈磷化剂经分析,其杂质含量如下:

本发明的除锈磷化剂可用于汽车、客车等车辆制造业的金属表面处理,也可用于电器、金属柜橱、门窗、各种形状的钢管、薄壁冲压件、中空封闭件等复杂工件及类似的机械制造业的金属表面处理。该除锈剂可用于有色金属制品,也可用于黑色金属制品。
经本除锈剂处理过的金属表面平整、磷化膜细致均匀,能增强电镀层与油漆层与金属表面的结合力,提高了涂装质量。本发明溶液在对金属表面除锈磷化时,比一般除锈磷化剂的速度要提高一倍;防锈时间可延长至半年以上;没有易爆炸物质,而且生产成本低。所以本发明的除锈磷化剂可大规模生产,可广泛用于各种领域的金属表面处理。
Claims (1)
1、一种处理金属表面用的除锈磷化剂,其特征在于有下列组成:磷酸、磷酸二氢锌、草酸、硝酸锌、聚乙二醇辛基烷基醚、六次甲基四胺、水,组成的重量百分比为:磷酸(比重1.67):45~48,磷酸二氢锌:3~4,草酸:3~5,硝酸锌:7~9,聚乙二醇辛基烷基醚:5~8,六次甲基四胺:2~2.5,水:25.5~35。
