技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有在其内部形成的内部流体通道的板形加热板,更具体地,涉及一种具有通过树脂而彼此被固定的连接元件,从而提高耐压性的加热板。
背景技术
通常,已经被用于住宅,如房屋、别墅和公寓的供暖系统使用涉及湿加热过程的结构,在这种结构中,导管被铺设在建筑物的房间的地板材料的下面,并且导管中被供应加热的流体,如热水,从而为建筑物的房间供暖。然而,这种湿型供暖系统具有较低的加热效率,导致大量热损失,并且需要冗长的混凝土养护,从而导致建筑工期的延长。此外,当水从管道中泄漏时,必须被破坏该供暖系统的灰浆层才能修理,从而使检修复杂,同时又提高了检修成本。
为了解决如上所述的常规湿型供暖系统的问题,而研制出了由混凝土、合成树脂或黄粘土制成的干加热板(dry heating panel)。该干加热板具有嵌入其中的用于运送热水的管道,或者具有用于插入运送热水的管道的凹槽或固定元件。该干加热板为组装的加热板,并且其有益效果在于供暖系统的构造可以通过简单地组装预先制备好的多片干加热板而完成,从而降低了建造时间,并且简化了其维修和检修操作。然而,该干加热板的缺点在于,由于该加热板采用了其中辐射热主要集中于运送热水的管道所位于的区域的线形供热结构(lineheating structure),在该供暖系统中产生了非常严重的温度差异,因此该干加热板在加热效率方面是不足的,并且该干加热板的缺点还在于,由于管道本身由金属或合成树脂制成,因此该管道是昂贵的,从而导致建造成本的增加。此外,由于以管道运送而可能发生热损失,并且在管道的表面可能形成结露,从而使板变湿。
为了解决以上所述的常规干加热板所具有的问题,如美国专利No.5,080,166和韩国公开专利文献No.2002-95733中所公开的,研制了具有允许热水从其中流过的内部流体通道的板形加热板。与采用线形加热结构的干型供暖系统相比,该在其内具有内部流体通道的板形加热板采用了平面加热结构(plane heating structure),在此结构中热水不是在局部区域内流动而是在板的整个区域内流动,因此具有非常高的加热效率,使燃料的费用降低,并且因此对于该板形加热板的结构并不需要导管,从而取消了复杂的铺设管道的工作并且减少了用于铺设管道的费用。此外,该板形加热板没有出现通常发生在干加热板结构中的管道的表面上热损失和结露,并且还使板的重量减轻。此外,板形加热板非常易于被建造和修理。
通常,具有在其内形成的内部流体通道的板形加热板是通过吹塑(blow molding),也称为中空模塑(hollow molding)的方法形成的。吹塑法是一种通过向分离的模具中吹入气体从而形成中空的产品的模塑方法,其中熔解的热塑成形材料被注入,并且受热而被软化。
通常,在通过吹塑法制备板形加热板时,当热塑性树脂被挤入挤压模(extrusion die)中后通过模板被挤压时,以圆柱形向树脂中吹入热气。此时,由于树脂的温度降低到低于该树脂的熔点,因而树脂部件之间的粘结是不完全的。因此,内部流体通道具有上、下部分互相平行的六边形形状,并且在其右和左侧形成凹槽(各凹槽为切除对称线之间的小转角的边缘)。
当高压的热流体在加热板的内部流体通道中流动时,压力集中在该内部流体通道的凹槽上,从而导致凹槽周围的最初的裂缝。该裂缝沿树脂通过模塑而被挤压处的板的边缘前进,从而导致出现上、下板彼此分离的现象。
发明内容
因而,考虑到上述问题从而进行了本发明,并且本发明的目的是提供一种加热板,该加热板被设计为使板内最初形成的裂缝沿上、下板的结合面前进,这样改变了裂缝前进的方向,并且提高了沿改变的方向的连接面的连接强度,从而提高了板的耐压性。
根据本发明的一个方面,上述和其它目的可以通过提供一种加热板而实现,该加热板包括上、下板,该上、下板彼此面对面地形成整体,从而形成热水在其中流过的内部流体通道;多个连接元件,各连接元件分别从上、下板向下、上板对称地延伸,并且互相连接上、下板;通过多个连接元件在板内部形成的内部流体通道;和两个用于供给和排出热水的流体流通部件,其中一个或多个与流体流通部件相邻的连接元件被穿孔形成孔洞,从而用熔化的塑性树脂填充该孔洞,并且该熔化的塑性树脂通过挤压与连接元件形成整体。
该塑性树脂可以是聚丙烯树脂或纤维强化塑料。

具体实施方式
根据附图详细地说明本发明的优选实施例。
图1为说明根据本发明的一个实施例的板形加热板的透视图,图2为图1的放大的局部剖视图。本发明的加热板2包括上、下板4和6,该上、下板彼此面对面地形成整体,从而形成了热流体在其中流动的内部流体通道12。为了能够容易地制造和成形,加热板2由热塑性材料制成,并且为了使与房间的地板(也适于墙壁或天棚)接触的表面最大,该加热板具有平板形状,从而热流体可以大面积地与房间地板接触。
如图1所示,加热板2为具有一对长边和一对短边的矩形结构。然而,为了在供暖系统的建造中更容易地连续安装加热板,该加热板可以具有其它的多边形结构,如六边形或八边形。
在加热板2沿对角线方向的两个相对拐角处加热板整体地形成两个用于供给和排出热水的流体流通部件8。流体流通部件8分别通过额外的连接元件固定在其它加热板的其它流体流通部件上。
加热板2之间的固定可以通过使用附加的固定元件连接在各加热板2的各个边被形成的板连接元件10而实现。
图3为图1沿线A-A的横截面图,其中上、下板4和6具有多个连接元件4a和6a,及内部流体通道12。在由上连接元件4a和下连接元件6a组成的连接元件4a和6a中,各上连接元件4a从上板4向下板6延伸,而各下连接元件6a从下板6向上板4延伸,从而上、下连接元件4a和6a对称地延伸,连接上、下板。
所述连接元件4a和6a不仅用于在支撑上、下板4和6的同时防止上、下板由于外力而变形,而且也用于限定内部流体通道以在对热水流施加阻力的同时使热水在其内部流动,从而使热水能够在板内均匀地分布而不集中或停留在加热板2的特定部位。
如图3所示,上、下连接元件4a和6a优选具有圆形截面。可选择地,该上部和下部连接元件4a和6a可以具有其它的多边形的截面,如矩形截面、六边形截面等。该具有预定直径的上、下连接元件4a和6a分别以预定的模式排列,并且分别与毗邻的上和下连接元件4a和6a间隔预定的距离。该上、下连接元件4a和6a具有圆柱形的负角结构,从上、下板4和6延伸,并具有从上、下板4和6向位于连接元件4a和6a的中心的底面逐渐减小的直径。
尽管为了描述方便,本发明的加热板2被描述上、下板4和6整体形成,但是加热板2可以沿水平方向以横切面的中心轴为中心被分为上、下板4和6,和上、下连接元件4a和6a。此外,由于连接元件4a和6a分别从上、下板4和6延伸,从上、下部分d和d’(在图中没有显示)至上、下连接元件4a和6a的底平面b将形成为上、下连接元件4a和6a之间的分界,以连接上、下板4和6,其中,上、下部分d和d’为上、下连接元件4a和6a开始从上、下板4和6延伸的地方,上、下连接元件4a和6a的底平面b为上、下连接元件4a和6a互相接触的地方。
根据本发明,为了使内部流体通道12的上、下部分具有圆形或椭圆形形状,上、下连接元件4a和6a从上、下板4和6开始延伸的上、下部分d和d’可以为圆形。此外,该上、下连接元件4a和6a可以被形成具有凹槽结构,其中上、下连接元件4a和6a分别在连接元件4a和6a的底平面b的圆形边界a处被压下。此外,加热板2可以在该加热板2的四边被形成突出的板连接元件10,并且各突出的板连接元件10可以被形成具有直线凹槽c,其中与内部流体通道12相邻的部分被压下。这样,由于内部流体通道的横截面被形成具有圆形或椭圆形形状,从而处于高压的中心加热系统中的加热板2的耐压性可以被显著地增强。
图4为说明根据本发明的具有用树脂填充的连接元件的加热板的局部俯视图。在使用高温圆柱形烙铁形成穿过与加热板2的流体流通部件相邻的部分的连接元件4a和6a的具有预定尺寸的孔后,熔化的塑性树脂14,如聚丙烯树脂,被填充到连接元件4a和6a的穿孔内,并且同时通过施加预定的压力而与连接元件4a和6a形成整体,因而消除了界面和内部空气,被消除的界面和内部空气的量对应于连接元件4a和6a的被穿孔的孔洞中被塑性树脂14所填充的空间。
结果是,上、下板之间沿水平方向的界面止于塑性树脂,并且沿垂直方向形成了塑性树脂14和上、下板4和6之间的新界面。因此,即使形成裂缝,并且沿上、下板之间的水平方向的界面扩展,但是裂缝扩展的方向也会改变,从而裂缝沿垂直方向沿新形成的塑性树脂14的界面发展,因此防止裂缝蔓延。此外,上、下板4和6通过完全熔化的塑性树脂粘合,从而与常规的散热板相比,塑性树脂14和上、下板4和6之间新形成的界面具有强化的结合强度。
图5为根据本发明的加热板的照片,其中与加热板2的易受集中于此的压力影响的入口和出口所对应的流体流通部件相邻的连接元件4a和6a的穿孔中具有塑性树脂14。
在根据本发明的加热板中,尽管在连接元件处产生裂缝,但是裂缝前进的方向通过连接元件被穿孔的孔洞中所填充的塑性树脂而改变,并且沿前进中的裂缝的改变方向的结合强度增加。测试结果显示与常规的加热板相比该加热板的耐压性提高了约5kgf/cm2
由上述说明可以明显的看出,承受集中的压力的加热板的入口和出口通过塑性树脂而被加固,从而即使产生裂痕,该裂痕也被迫改变其前进方向,并且被防止蔓延,从而提高了加热板的耐压性。
应该理解以上所述的实施例及其附图仅用于理解本发明,本发明由以下权利要求限定。此外,本领域熟练技术人员可以理解,可以对本发明提出各种修饰、补充和取代而不偏离如附加权利要求所述的本发明的范围和本质。

Claims (2)

1、一种加热板,包括上、下板,该上、下板彼此面对面地形成整体,以形成热水在其中流动的内部流体通道;多个连接元件,各连接元件分别从上、下板向下、上板对称地延伸,并且互相连接该上、下板;由多个连接元件在板内部形成的内部流体通道;和两个用于供给和排出热水的流体流通部件,
其中一个或多个与流体流通部件相邻的连接元件被穿孔以形成孔洞,从而用熔化的塑性树脂填充该孔洞,并且熔化的塑性树脂通过挤压与连接元件形成一体。
2、如权利要求1所述的加热板,其中塑性树脂为聚丙烯树脂或纤维强化塑料。
