Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗爆容器，其包括外筒、固定底板、顶盖，顶盖设有把手并开有泄爆孔，外筒与顶盖之间通过花键配合，顶盖下端设有消波板，顶盖周缘设有扣住外筒上端外周缘的扣边，外筒的顶端设有密封圈，外筒下部设有若干与固定底板固定的支撑立板，外筒内设有一个上端开口而下端封闭的内筒，内筒内的上部和下部分别设有上消波板、下消波板，内筒顶端设有密封圈，其特点是顶盖侧壁内侧的空腔内置有金属丝，内筒的上端口设有内顶盖，内筒上端口内侧与内顶盖侧壁之间通过螺纹卡口配合，内顶盖上设有提手并开有至少二个泄爆口；上述内顶盖周缘设有扣住内筒上端外周缘的扣边。本发明不仅能使启爆器材与炸药同车运输时确保安全，而且即使容器内发生爆炸也能减少对周围环境的影响，避免对周围人员、设施等造成伤亡和破坏。具有启闭灵活方便、装载容量大、使用寿命长、抗爆隔爆性能良好等优点，适用于在爆破器材专用运输车上装运启爆器材。

抗爆容器
技术领域
本发明属于一种启爆器材(雷管)的贮运器具，具体涉及一种抗爆容器。
背景技术
目前，在城市、交通、水利等工程建设及矿山施工中，使用爆破技术的施工项目越来越多，以往在运送民用爆破器材时，规定必须将爆破器材中是炸药与启爆器材(雷管、导火索等)分车装载运输，这样不仅运输成本大大提高，而且也会给爆破器材的配送带来许多不便。因此，为了解决上述问题，人们发明了专门装载启爆器材(雷管)的抗爆容器，通常是在运输炸药的汽车上安装抗爆容器，运输时将启爆器材置于抗爆容器内并将抗爆容器与炸药隔开而实现炸药和启爆器材同车运输，避免万一启爆器材发生爆炸时引爆同车运输的炸药，从而提高炸药与启爆器材同车运输时的安全性。
现有的抗爆容器一般由容器主体和上盖组成，上盖与容器主体之间多采用螺纹或法兰连接，通常在容器下部设有泄爆装置。使用这类抗爆容器运输启爆器材时，容器内的启爆器材一旦发生爆炸，爆炸所产生的爆轰气体当即将容器下部的泄爆装置冲开并集中从容器下部排出，由于抗爆容器使用时需安装在汽车上，从泄爆口排出的高温高压气体向着汽车下部排放，汽车下部的油箱、备胎、大梁等就难免受到影响，因此存在许多不安全因素。由于这类抗爆容器采取直接向容器外泄爆的方式，泄爆时排出的高温高压气体对周围环境也有较大影响，如果容器内装载了较多的雷管，爆炸所产生的冲击波超压、噪声及高温气体等就会超出规定的标准，不仅容易引起同车运输的炸药产生殉爆，也会对爆炸点周围的人员、设施等造成危害，因此现有的抗爆容器只能装载较少的雷管，雷管的装载量通常只有100发左右，因此其装载量较小。另外，采用螺纹连接的容器由于螺纹强度较差，频繁启闭会使螺纹磨损，因而严重影响抗爆容器的使用寿命；采用法兰连接的抗爆容器虽然使用时安全性能较好，但其启闭都非常不便，使用过程中较难了解其内是否发生过爆炸，且爆炸后所产生的气体排泄较为困难，其实用性较差。再者，由于现有的抗爆容器的容器主体多为单层筒体结构，其耐冲击能力较低，抗爆隔爆性能较差，不仅使容器的装载量受到很大限制，而且使用寿命也较短。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明的目的是提供一种启闭方便、使用寿命长、装载容量大、抗爆隔爆性能良好的抗爆容器，不仅能使启爆器材与炸药同车运输时确保安全，而且万一容器内发生爆炸时能大大减少对周围的影响，从而避免污染环境以及对周围人员、设施等造成伤亡和破坏。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的：一种抗爆容器，包括外筒、固定底板、顶盖，顶盖设有把手并开有泄爆孔，外筒与顶盖之间通过花键配合，顶盖下端设有消波板，顶盖周缘设有扣住外筒上端外周缘的扣边，外筒的顶端设有密封圈，外筒下部设有若干与固定底板固定的支撑立板，外筒内设有一个上端开口而下端封闭的内筒，内筒内的上部和下部分别设有上消波板、下消波板，内筒顶端设有密封圈，其特点是顶盖侧壁内侧的空腔内置有金属丝，内筒的上端口设有内顶盖，内筒上端口内侧与内顶盖侧壁之间通过螺纹卡口配合，内顶盖上设有提手并开有至少二个泄爆口。
本发明的内顶盖周缘设有扣住内筒上端外周缘的扣边。
在本发明中，由于顶盖与外筒体之间是通过花键配合的，不仅不易磨损，而且顶盖启闭也非常方便；而内顶盖与内筒体之间通过螺纹卡口配合，启闭非常方便，较之螺纹配合其耐磨性能大大增强，可延长抗爆容器的使用寿命。其双层的内、外筒结构则可大大增强筒壁的抗冲击能力，不仅能提高该抗爆容器的抗爆性能，延长使用寿命，而且还能提高隔爆性能，即使容器内发生爆炸，也能使同车运输的炸药不受影响，避免炸药发生殉爆；由于在内筒内的上、下部设置了上、下消波板，可以在容器内发生爆炸时首先承受爆炸气体所产生的压力，抵消掉大部分冲击波，以减轻爆炸气体对内顶盖和内筒底部的压力，同时，内顶盖周缘设有扣住内筒上端外周缘的扣边，爆炸时可对内筒上端口起到较好的保护作用，使内筒上端口能抵受住冲击而不致产生变形或破裂；当爆炸产生的高温高压气经过泄爆口进入外筒体内时，顶盖下端的消波板以及顶盖内的金属丝又能再一次对爆炸气体起到缓冲作用，使爆炸所产生的气体通过顶盖上的泄爆孔向容器外释放的速度大为减缓，同时金属丝还能吸收部分噪声，可大大降低爆炸时的冲击波超压及噪声，以减少对爆炸点周围环境的影响，确保不会对爆炸时周围的人员及设施造成伤害和破坏。由于本发明的抗爆容器在爆炸和泄爆过程中可大大降低冲击波超压、噪声等，加之其所具有的良好抗爆隔爆性能，在符合国家规定的标准的前提下，其启爆器材的装载量大大增加，经有关殉爆试验测定，该抗爆容器内装载300发雷管时无殉爆现象，冲击波超压及噪声等排放指标也符合有关国家标准中的规定，因此，与现有技术相比，本发明具有启闭方便、使用寿命长、装载容量大、抗爆隔爆性能良好等优点。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
如图1所示，该抗爆容器具有外筒6、固定底板9、顶盖20，外筒6的上端口内设有花键套环4，外筒6下部有一与其焊接成一体的底封头7，顶盖20的盖板上开有泄爆孔1并且设有把手2，顶盖20的侧壁与外筒6的上端口内侧之间通过花键配合，顶盖20下端焊有消波板5，顶盖20周缘设有扣住外筒6上端外周缘的扣边19，外筒6的顶端设有密封圈3，外筒6下部焊有若干与固定底板9焊接固定的支撑立板8，外筒6内设有一个上端开口而下端封闭的内筒10，内筒10内的上部和下部分别设有上消波板12、下消波板11，内筒10顶端设有密封圈15，顶盖20侧壁内侧的空腔内置有金属丝18，内筒10的上端口设有内顶盖13，内筒10上端口内侧与内顶盖13侧壁之间通过螺纹卡口配合，内顶盖13上有一提手并开有二个泄爆口16，内顶盖13周缘设有扣住内筒10上端外周缘的扣边14。使用该抗爆容器运送雷管等启爆器材时，通过固定底板9将其安装在爆破器材专用运输车上，将启爆器材(雷管)放入内筒10内，依次将内顶盖13、顶盖20盖紧，即可使容器完全密闭，是启爆器材与炸药同车运输时确保安全；万一在运送过程中容器内发生爆炸，经过内筒10内的上消波板12和下消波板11的作用，抵消大部分爆炸所产生的冲击波，再经顶盖20下端的消波板5和顶盖20内的金属丝18的缓冲，使爆炸气体从泄爆孔1向外释放的速度大为减缓，可大大降低爆炸时的冲击波超压及噪声，从而减少对环境的污染及对爆炸点周围的影响。即使容器内发生爆炸，其所具有的良好抗爆隔爆性能也不会使同车运输的炸药发生殉爆，从而使启爆器材与炸药同车运输变得更加安全。

1.一种抗爆容器，包括外筒(6)、固定底板(9)、顶盖(20)，顶盖(20)设有把手(2)并开有泄爆孔(1)，外筒(6)与顶盖(20)之间通过花键配合，顶盖(20)下端设有消波板(5)，顶盖(20)周缘设有扣住外筒(6)上端外周缘的扣边(19)，外筒(6)的顶端设有密封圈(3)，外筒(6)下部设有若干与固定底板(9)固定的支撑立板(8)，外筒(6)内设有一个上端开口而下端封闭的内筒(10)，内筒(10)内的上部和下部分别设有上消波板(12)、下消波板(11)，内筒(10)顶端设有密封圈(15)，其特征在于顶盖(20)侧壁内侧的空腔内置有金属丝(18)，内筒(10)的上端口设有内顶盖(13)，内筒(10)上端口内侧与内顶盖(13)侧壁之间通过螺纹卡口配合，内顶盖(13)上设有提手(17)并开有至少二个泄爆口(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗爆容器，其特征在于内顶盖(13)周缘设有扣住内筒上端外周缘的扣边(14)。
