Abstract

本发明所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头,包括单片机,单片机置于屏蔽的金属壳体内,单片机与金属壳体之间垫有绝缘衬垫,金属壳体呈馒头形结构,在金属壳体上部设有伞形天线,伞形天线与金属壳体之间垫有绝缘垫圈,金属壳体的底部设有测温金属片。本发明所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头的安装方法为:在监测探头的底部外围涂上导热胶,而后把监测探头底部粘附到被测的电气结点处,并使监测探头底部的测温金属片与电气结点平面直接接触。本发明能实时在线准确监测电气结点处的发热温度,并实现监测数据远程发送,从而保证电力线路的安全运行。

电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头及其安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的是测量电气联结头处温度的装置以及该种装置的安装方法,具体地说是一种电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头及其安装方法。
背景技术
发电厂、变电所及用电户的电气联结头,或称电气结点,如长期承载过负荷运行或接触不良,往往造成电气结点过热、烧红甚至烧毁,从而造成设备损坏或停电,由此带来的损失十分严重。因此需要对电气结点处的发热温度进行及时检测,以便采取相应的应对措施。而在目前,对电气结点的监测,通常是用红外测温仪,通过人工巡检方式测试,但人工巡检测试,存在劳动强度大,效率低,检测不及时的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研究出一种电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头及其安装方法。
本发明要解决的目前用红外测温仪,通过人工巡检测电气结点温度所存在的劳动强度大,效率低,检测不及时的问题。
本发明所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头包括:含有射频模块和温度传感模块的单片机,单片机置于屏蔽的金属壳体内,单片机与金属壳体之间垫有绝缘衬垫,金属壳体呈馒头形结构,在金属壳体上部设有伞形天线,伞形天线与金属壳体之间垫有绝缘垫圈,金属壳体的底部设有测温金属片。
本发明所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头的安装方法为:先在监测探头的底部外围涂上导热胶,而后把监测探头底部粘附到被测的电气结点处,并使监测探头底部的测温金属片与电气结点平面直接接触,经过规定的固化时间后,监测探头就完全粘结在电气结点上。
本发明的监测探头采用弧形设计,克服了电晕放电和尖端放电带来的对测量结果的影响;监测探头内单片机的应用,实现了监测数据的在线实时监测和远程发送。本发明的安装方法使监测探头与电气结点处于等电位,实现监测探头在等电位下监测电气结点的发热温度,保证了监测数据的准确性。应用本发明能有效防止和减少电气事故的发生,保证电力线路的安全运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头包括:含有射频模块、温度传感模块和接口模块的单片机7,单片机7置于屏蔽的金属壳体3内。单片机7与金属壳体3之间垫有绝缘衬垫6,该绝缘衬垫6为塑料衬垫。金属壳体3呈馒头形结构。在金属壳体3上部设有伞形天线1,伞形天线1与金属壳体3之间垫有绝缘垫圈2。金属壳体3的底部设有测温金属片4,该测温金属片4为铜片。金属壳体3为不锈钢壳体。
6、如图3所示,本发明所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头的安装方法是:在监测探头底部外围涂上一圈导热胶,导热胶厚度在3毫米左右,而后把监测探头底部粘附到被测的电气结点处,并使监测探头底部的测温金属片4与电气结点平面直接接触,经过规定的固化时间约24小时,其中包括起始约15分钟的表面干燥时间后,监测探头就完全粘结在电气结点上。

Claims (5)

1. 一种电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头,包括含有射频模块、温度传感模块的单片机,其特征在于单片机置于屏蔽的金属壳体内,单片机与金属壳体之间垫有绝缘衬垫,金属壳体呈馒头形结构,在金属壳体上部设有伞形天线,伞形天线与金属壳体之间垫有绝缘垫圈,金属壳体的底部设有测温金属片。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头,其特征在于单片机内还设接口模块。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头,其特征在于单片机与金属壳体之间所衬的绝缘衬垫为塑料衬垫,金属壳体底部的测温金属片为铜片,金属壳体为不锈钢壳体。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头的安装方法,其特征在于先在监测探头的底部外围涂上导热胶,而后把监测探头底部粘附到被测的电气结点处,并使监测探头底部的测温金属片与电气结点平面直接接触,经过规定的固化时间后,监测探头就完全被粘结在电气结点上。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的电气结点发热温度等电位监测探头的安装方法,其特征在于监测探头的底部外围涂的导热胶厚度为3毫米,监测探头粘附到被测的电气结点处后,规定的固化时间为24小时,其中包括起始15分钟的表面干燥时间。
