技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于处理广播数据的方法和设备,所述广播信息包括用户数据和附加信息,优选地所述用户数据包括音频数据和或视频数据,以及所述附加信息或所述用户数据包括指向数据源的链接信息,具有:接收装置,用于接收广播数据以及接收来自数据源的补充数据;以及存储装置,用于存储用户数据。
背景技术
目前,广播服务的大量增加提供了除如电视或无线电等基本信息以外的、在广播信道上发送的附加信息(元数据)。过去,已经将这样的附加信息嵌入在广播信号中(例如,图文电视),并可以在特定的解码设备上使用。同时,将附加信息的形式改变为:在相同信道上甚或在相同的服务中,不再是所有的数据都可用。广播服务的大量增加也替代地提供了针对因特网地址的信息链接,从而由分立和集成的因特网浏览器设备使用,以下载和显示由链接所引用的信息。
如果将广播服务传统地记录在例如DVR上,则记录只包含广播服务中可用的数据,但是其缺乏那些被引用而不在广播服务中出现的附加信息,如因特网内容等。原则上,当通过在重放时追随链接和下载数据,检索已记录的信息时,可以使用因特网地址链接。这种解决方案的缺点是,当在较长的时间段以后,重放记录时,因特网地址有效性的丢失。如果因特网地址的内容已经改变或不再有效,则原始信息丢失,并且链接信息变得毫无意义。
考虑到这些,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够改善用于检索广播数据的链接信息所指向的附加信息的能力的设备和方法。
发明内容
所以,本发明提供了一种用于处理广播数据的方法,所述广播数据包括用户数据和附加信息,以及所述附加信息或所述用户数据包括指向数据源的链接信息,所述方法从广播源接收所述广播数据,并且从所述数据源接收补充数据;以及存储所述用户数据;其中与所述用户数据一起存储所述补充数据。
因此,能够下载并存储位于由广播信息所指向的因特网地址上的数据。在相同的介质(例如,DVR、硬盘等)上进行存储。通过重放已记录的材料,能够访问包括所指向的所有因特网页在内的全部数据。检索变得与任何可用服务无关,即,可以将其脱机使用。
所述补充数据包括指向另外的补充数据的链接信息,并且与所述用户数据和补充数据一起存储所述另外的补充数据。
此外,通过额外存储由初始的地址所指向的另外的因特网地址内容,因特网地址内容的存储可以适应于用户的偏好(分级存储)。这可以循环进行,直到达到用户优选的存储深度为止。
可以检索存储在盘上的因特网地址内容,而与广播内容无关。
通过编辑处理,能够在附加和基本数据中,添加另外的链接。已添加的链接可以在任何任意的已存储因特网地址内容之间或只在任意的广播信息之间创建连接。
在因特网地址内容的加载和存储期间,特定的分析可以检测已经存储的信息并跳过该信息,而不是再次存储该信息。这样做可以避免冗余。该分析也可以提供对过时的因特网地址内容的更新。
此外,所述用户数据可以包括音频数据和/或视频数据。

具体实施方式
随着数字广播的引入,对如电子节目指南和位于被称为元数据上的更多其他附加信息等大量的增值服务进行广播。“元数据”是针对大量不同类型数据而使用的一个术语。存在用于管理信息资源的元数据,用于描述系统的技术功能的元数据,以及信息资源的使用的类型和水平的元数据,或用于类似目的的元数据。元数据的来源和特征也是多种多样的。此外,元数据无须是数字的。
这些元数据不再完全嵌入所传输的广播信道中,而且也包含对如因特网网站地址和网页(见附图)等不同服务的链接信息。通过特殊的浏览器设备,将广播链接信息(元数据链接)用于所引用的因特网元数据的检索和显示。除了广播信息之外,因特网还提供了大范围的伴随的增值服务。总之,检查报告、新闻等可以从因特网上获得并被用户阅览。这些因特网数据可以是用户长久感兴趣的内容,并总是可用的。
如图所示,广播信号包括元数据和资源。这里,针对如视频和/或音频数据等任何类型的用户数据,如电视或无线电信号等,而选择术语“资源”。
元数据包含针对如电子节目指南EPG等附加服务的控制信息。此外,本实施例的元数据分别包括图文电视或视频电报。元数据可以包括完全嵌入其中的另外的信息。
此外,当将这些元数据完全嵌入广播信号中时,元数据可以包含链接信息,作为控制数据。这样的控制数据用于与如因特网、任何内联网、内部或外部存储设备或其他供应方的传输信道等外部数据资源建立联系。
如图所示,元数据包含因特网地址1到N。因此,存在从广播服务到因特网服务之间的链接。因特网地址指向包含了对其他网页自身的链接的网页。
元数据也可以包含通常用在报头中的控制信息或格式化信息。这样的控制信息可以用于控制如个人计算机等的显示设备。
当在DVR或硬盘上记录广播信号时,标准记录设备保存包括所有广播元数据的广播信号,但是那些仅作为引用的元数据丢失。所以,当以后重放已记录材料时,元数据链接的请求将通过因特网进行丢失附加元数据的加载,而这由于更新和/或远程资源的改变,可能会出现故障。
如上所述,由元数据的因特网地址所寻址的因特网数据应当永久可用。因此,根据本发明,建议下载和存储由广播元数据链接所引用的元数据。由于存储了全部数据而不仅仅存储这些数据的链接,在用户需要的任何时候,其均是可用的,而与因特网或相应数据源的任何变化无关。全部数据的存储包括在已记录的元数据中的链接的适配,以指向本地盘或分布式存储设备上的数据。
根据优选实施例,因特网元数据的记录可以单独地适用于用户所定义的偏好。为此,用户可以定义分级存储的存储深度;即,可以存储由初始的链接所递归地指向的另外的因特网内容,直到达到分级深度为止。
当网站发生改变时,另一种适配因特网元数据的记录的可能性可以是确定将要更新或保留的因特网内容。此外,在记录过程中,可以确定因特网内容的重复,从而避免冗余存储。此外,可以引入任何滤波器,用于记录元数据。
记录这些元数据后,提供了已存储引用元数据中的导航的可视化。这可以独立于广播内容之外实现。当维持在已存储的分级深度中时,在这些元数据中的浏览(surf)可以独立于因特网,即,脱机。当超出分级深度时,将其转换回因特网服务中,即,联机。
用户能够通过增加另外的链接和/或存储来自因特网的另外的元数据,来编辑附加存储的元数据。这可以通过创建用户定义收藏夹、注释或快捷方式来完成。编辑也包括另外的自生成信息(资源),如图像、视频和音频等的添加。因此,链接可以将资源数据与元数据连接,将元数据与元数据连接和/或将资源数据与资源数据连接。
此外,提供了一种用于在存储在数字录像机(DVR)或硬盘上的元数据中进行搜索的工具。一旦被存储在存储介质上,则在每个设备上都可以进行对元数据的搜索,因为,可移动存储介质携带了所有的元数据。
综上所述,由于额外地存储了平行于广播信息的元数据链接内容,本发明可以访问所有元数据,而与因特网的可用性无关。此外,还提供了针对用户所定义的收藏夹、注释和快捷方式的进一步的编辑能力。

Claims (10)

1. 一种用于处理广播数据的方法,所述广播数据包括用户数据和附加信息,以及所述附加信息或所述用户数据包括指向数据源的链接信息,所述方法
从广播源接收所述广播数据,并且从所述数据源接收补充数据;以及
存储所述用户数据;
其特征在于
与所述用户数据一起存储所述补充数据。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于所述数据源是因特网网站、内联网、内部或外部存储设备、广播信道或所述广播源。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于包括在所述用户数据中的元数据链接适合于指向本地存储的补充数据。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于所述补充数据包括指向另外的补充数据的链接信息,并且与所述用户数据和补充数据一起存储所述另外的补充数据。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于还包括根据预定的控制信息,分级存储所述用户数据、补充数据和另外的补充数据。
6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于从存储装置中,独立地检索所述用户数据、补充数据和/或另外的补充数据。
7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于编辑所述用户数据、补充数据和/或另外的补充数据。
8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于所述编辑包括添加另外的链接信息。
9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于在接收期间,分析所述广播数据,从而避免冗余存储。
