本发明涉及一种合金,尤其是一种高温耐磨合金。
背景技术
在冶金、热能和石油化工等行业中,许多设备的运行温度很高,内部充满腐蚀介质,而且设备的零件还要经受高速流动的细微硬质颗粒的冲刷磨损。许多设备的零部件往往由于这种高温下的腐蚀磨损而失效。目前用于这些零部件的材料,包括各种不锈钢和高温合金都难以满足这些设备零部件的使用要求,致使设备中的一些关键零部件的使用寿命达不到要求的工作水平。有时甚至因为某些零部件的故障而导致整个系统的非计划停工,给企业的正常生产带来严重影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高温耐磨合金,该高温耐磨合金在高温条件下耐磨性能好,适用于热能、冶金等工业设备上。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高温耐磨合金,由如下重量比例的元素熔炼而成:Cu:5.3%,Mg:0.7%,Si:1.5%,Mn:3.3%,Zr:3.7%,Co:0.5%,Cr:3.5%,Ti:0.7%,S:0.6%,Fe:15%,Al:余量。
所述高温耐磨合金的熔炼方法为采用常规熔炼的方法进行熔炼。
本发明的高温耐磨合金由于采用了该新配方,因此具有较好的高温耐磨性,在高温条件下,具有较好的耐热腐蚀性、抗氧化性,高温耐磨性能比一般的结构钢高50-70%,将本发明替代不锈钢和其它高温合金用于热能或冶金等行业设备上的一些经受高温腐蚀磨损零部件,可以大幅度延长零件寿命。
具体实施方式
一种高温耐磨合金,由下列组分熔炼而成:Cu:5.3吨,Mg:0.7吨,Si:1.5吨,Mn:3.3吨,Zr:3.7吨,Co:0.5吨,Cr:3.5吨,Ti:0.7吨,S:0.6吨,Fe:15吨,Al:65.2吨,将以上各组分投入熔炼炉中,按照常规熔炼的方法进行熔炼,即可以得到本耐磨合金。

1. 一种高温耐磨合金,其特征在于由如下重量比例的元素熔炼而成:Cu:5.3%,Mg:0.7%,Si:1.5%,Mn:3.3%,Zr:3.7%,Co:0.5%,Cr:3.5%,Ti:0.7%,S:0.6%,Fe:15%,Al:余量。
