本发明涉及建筑材料,是一种菱镁板材轻质发泡剂,其特点是:按重量组份其组成为:一级松香15~25份、优质骨胶10~20份、氢氧化钠1.5~2.5份、苯丙乳液3~5份、工业级盐酸0.2~0.5份和水55~65份。具有起泡率高、泡沫稳定,制品体轻、强度高,用量少、成本低,防火、防水性能好,无放射性、环保,应用广泛等优点。以粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁为原料,使用本发泡剂生产的框架结构非承重轻质隔墙板、轻质吊顶天花板等制品与使用现有的发泡剂生产同一产品相比,体轻30~40%,节约发泡剂30~40%,成本低30~40%。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料,是一种菱镁板材轻质发泡剂。
背景技术
现有以粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁为主要原料生产框架结构非承重轻质隔墙板、轻质吊顶天花板等制品时,必须使用发泡剂进行发泡。现有的发泡剂起泡率低、泡沫稳定性差,制成的制品重量重、强度低,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种起泡率高、泡沫稳定,制品体轻、强度高,用量少、成本低,防火、防水性能好,无放射性、环保,应用广泛的菱镁板材轻质发泡剂。
本发明的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的:一种菱镁板材轻质发泡剂,其特征是:按重量组份其组成为:
一级松香        15~25份
优质骨胶        10~20份
氢氧化钠        1.5~2.5份
苯丙乳液        3~5份
工业级盐酸      0.2~0.5份
水              55~65份。
由于本发明的菱镁板材轻质发泡剂是由15~25份的一级松香、10~20份优质骨胶、1.5~2.5份氢氧化钠、55~65份水及作为防水剂的3~5份苯丙乳液和作为阳离子活性剂的0.2~0.5份工业级盐酸优选配制组成的,它具有起泡率高、泡沫稳定,制品体轻、强度高,用量少、成本低,防火、防水性能好,无放射性、环保,应用广泛等优点。以粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁为主要原料,使用本发泡剂生产的框架结构非承重轻质隔墙板、轻质吊顶天花板等制品与使用现有的发泡剂生产同一产品相比,体轻30~40%,节约发泡剂30~40%,成本低30~40%。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
菱镁板材轻质发泡剂的实施例1-3各原料的重量配比见下表。重量单位:kg

以实施例2为例说明菱镁板材轻质发泡剂制作方法如下:按重量组份的一级松香20kg、优质骨胶15kg、氢氧化钠2kg、苯丙乳液4kg、工业级盐酸0.35kg和水60kg进行备料。将上述配比的各原料放置于熬制容器中,在60~75℃温度下,加热40~60分钟,然后自然冷却至常温制成。在整个制作过程中需要连续进行搅拌。
本发明所用的一级松香、优质骨胶、氢氧化钠、苯丙乳液、工业级盐酸和水均易得,一级松香、优质骨胶、氢氧化钠、苯丙乳液、工业级盐酸均为市售原料。本发明人按实施例1-3各原料的重量配比,按菱镁板材轻质发泡剂制作方法制作的发泡剂经在环保型轻质隔墙板试用,效果显著。制作的环保型轻质隔墙板从外观质量、尺寸、面密度、抗折力、抗冲击性、干缩值、单点吊挂力、燃烧性能和隔声量均符合国家建设部建筑材料JC680-1997标准技术指标要求。其面密度为49.7kg/m2;抗折力为3937N;抗冲击性为3次无贯通裂纹;单点吊挂力为800N  单点吊挂24h无贯通裂纹;燃烧性能为不燃;隔声量为40dB。以粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁为原料,用本发明的发泡剂制作的轻质吊顶天花板,按GB/T9978-1999《建筑构件耐火试验方法》检验耐火极限大于4小时。以粉煤灰、氧化镁、氯化镁为原料,用本发明的发泡剂制作的环保轻质保温墙板,由本发明人于2006年07月29日送国家建筑材料工业放射性及有害物质监督检验测试中心,经按国家GB6566-2001标准检验,放射性核素比活度226Ra为2.1;232Th未检出;40K未检出;内、外照射指数均<0.1,结论:合格。

1. 一种菱镁板材轻质发泡剂,它包含有一级松香、优质骨胶、氢氧化钠、水,其特征是:还包含有苯丙乳液和工业级盐酸,按重量组份其组成为:
一级松香         15~25份
优质骨胶         10~20份
氢氧化钠         1.5~2.5份
苯丙乳液         3~5份
工业级盐酸       0.2~0.5份
水               55~65份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的菱镁板材轻质发泡剂,其特征是:按重量组份其组成为:
一级松香         20份
优质骨胶         15份
氢氧化钠         2份
苯丙乳液         4份
工业级盐酸       0.35份
水               60份。
