Abstract

具有改进型手柄的便携式数字通信设备
技术领域
本发明涉及包括蜂窝电话、PDA(个人数字助理)、HHP(手持电话)以及数字通信设备的便携式通信设备。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种具有改进型手柄,以致在拍摄模式下可以方便地手持其主体外壳的便携式数字通信设备。
背景技术
通常,“便携式通信设备”指用户可以随身携带,以便与要求的对方进行无线通信的电子设备。考虑到便携性,这种便携式通信设备的设计趋向于小型、细小、轻便,而且趋向于多媒体有效性,因此具有各种各样的功能和能力。特别是,希望未来的便携式通信设备引入更多的多功能性和多用途应用,而且更小型、轻便,还可以被修改,以适应各种多媒体环境或因特网环境。此外,目前,在全世界范围内,所有人,包括男人和女人以及年轻人和老年人普遍使用这种便携式通信设备,而且有些人将它看作是必须始终携带的近乎不可缺少的商品。
根据其外表,可以将传统的便携式通信设备划分为几种设备,例如,条形便携式通信设备、翻盖式便携式通信设备以及折叠式便携式通信设备。根据用户将该通信设备佩戴在何处或如何佩戴该通信设备,可以将便携式通信设备划分为项戴式通信设备或腕戴式通信设备。此外,根据打开和闭合该通信设备的方式,可以将便携式通信设备划分为旋转式通信设备或滑盖式通信设备。本技术领域内熟练技术人员容易明白以各种方式分类的这些便携式通信设备。
同时,传统便携式通信设备现在的趋势是除了进行语音通信的基本功能外,还具有以高速发送数据的能力。换句话说,根据消费者日益增长的需要,便携式终端现在的趋势是利用可以以高速发送数据的无线通信技术提供业务。
传统的便携式通信设备装备了扬声器装置、显示器、麦克风装置、键、通信天线装置以及电池。
根据当前的趋势,便携式通信设备装备了照相机镜头,以发送图像信号。特别是,当前的传统便携式通信设备通常装备照相机镜头,以对要求的对象拍摄图像,或者进行视频通信。
当在拍摄模式下使用装备了照相机镜头的传统便携式数字通信设备时,该照相机镜头的焦点对准对象,而在观看显示器的同时拍摄图像。这样使得握持不稳定。如果因为改进型手柄,而使主体外壳更长,则不能使该设备具有小型尺寸。如果因为小型尺寸,而使主体外壳缩短,则恶化了握持的稳定性。因此,需要一种可以使主体外壳具有小型尺寸,而在拍摄模式下同时改善握持的便携式数字通信设备。
发明内容
因此,为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提出本发明,而且本发明的一个目的是提供一种其主体具有小型尺寸和改进型手柄的便携式数字通信设备。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种在拍摄模式下具有改进型手柄的便携式数字通信设备。
本发明的又一个目的是提供一种具有手柄部分的便携式数字通信设备,在需要时,用户可以滑动该手柄部分。
为了实现该目的,提供了一种便携式数字通信设备,该便携式数字通信设备包括:主体外壳,沿纵向延伸;以及手柄部分,适于在离开改进型手柄的、主体外壳一端的方向滑动预定距离。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图说明本发明的优选实施例。在下面对本发明所做的说明中,为了简洁起见,省略对在此引入的已知功能和配置做详细说明。
如图1至3所示,根据本发明实施例的便携式数字通信设备具有:主体外壳100;以及手柄部分150,对于改进型手柄,适于沿其纵向在主体外壳100上滑动。特别是,在拍摄模式下,手动操作该手柄部分150,以改善握持。当在拍摄模式下使用该设备时,用户手握第一键阵列114位于其上的这部分主体外壳100拍摄对象,主体外壳100的该部分可能是位于显示器下面的部分。如果第一键阵列114位于其上的部分(例如,主体外壳100的下部)短,则在手持时,该设备可能变得不稳定,而且不便于使用。根据本发明实施例,为了改善握持并为了稳定使用便携式数字通信设备内的照相机,最好使手柄部分150离开主体外壳100滑动预定距离。
更具体地说,便携式数字通信设备包括:主体外壳100;以及手柄部分150,适于在离开主体外壳100的方向滑动预定距离,同时被限制在主体外壳100的一端上,因此,扩展用户可以手持的该设备的长度,以改善握持。条形主体外壳100优先沿纵向延伸,而且具有顶面100a、底面100d、正面100e、侧面100b以及另一个侧面100c。顶面100a具有嵌入其内的天线装置(未示出)、扬声器装置110、显示器112以及由位于其上的多个键构成的第一键阵列114。第一键阵列优先包括数字键、字符键、菜单键、确认键、取消键、MP3操作键以及通话键。
以利用铰接臂113可以绕第一铰接轴A1和第二铰接轴A2转动的方式,显示器112连接到主体外壳的上部。如果显示器112绕第一铰接轴A1转动,第一铰接轴A1是其第一转轴,则它从主体外壳100的顶面100a离开,如图4和5所示。在绕第一铰接轴A1转动后,显示器112绕第二铰接轴A2转动180°,然后,绕第一铰接轴A1转动180°。结果如图6所示。
主体外壳具有第二键阵列121和122,第二键阵列121和122由位于其侧面100b的许多键构成,如图4所示。第二键阵列包括音量键和照相机快门键。
主体外壳具有第三键阵列125,由许多键构成;照相机镜头123;以及照明装置124,位于其另一个侧面100c上,如图5所示。与照相机镜头123相邻设置第三键阵列125,而且照相机镜头123与照明装置124相邻。第三键阵列指保持键。
如图4至6所示,手柄部分150包括:中心部分152,位于主体外壳的正面100e上;端部151,位于与正面100e相邻设置的侧面100b上;以及另一个端部153,位于另一个侧面100c上,该另一个侧面100c还与第一面100e相邻。中心部分152和端部151和153形成单个单元。手柄部分的端151b和另一端153b优先具有半圆形形状。为了实现平滑滑动运动,手柄部分的端部151和153分别具有多个凸起151a和153a。
手柄部分至少具有一个形成在其中心部分152上的开口,如图1所示,该至少一个开口包括优先互相相邻设置的IF(接口)连接器开口155和卡槽开口156。
主体外壳具有分别形成在其侧面100b和100c上、具有预定深度的第一凹槽101a和101b(分别如图4和5所示)。凹槽101a和101b分别与手柄部分150的端部151和153对应,并使手柄部分150容纳在其内,从而以安全方式引导其滑动。
手柄部分150的滑动方式并不局限于所描述的本发明实施例,可以是手动、半自动或者自动。
如图6所示,在手柄部分150完全滑动离开主体外壳100时,主体外壳的正面100e与手柄部分的中心部分152分离。
如图4至6所示,在进行拍摄的照相机工作模式下,用户使照相机镜头的焦点对准要求的对象,并在观看显示器的同时,拍摄其图像。
尽管参考本发明的特定典型实施例对本发明进行了说明和描述,但是本技术领域内的普通技术人员明白,在所附权利要求所述的本发明实质范围内,可以在形式和细节方面对其进行各种修改。例如,根据本发明实施例用于改善握持的手柄部分同样可以应用于所有类型的便携式电子设备,包括条形通信设备、折叠式便携式设备以及滑盖式便携式设备。如上所述,本发明提供了一种手柄部分,特别是在进行拍摄的照相机工作模式下,该手柄部分适于选择性地滑动以改善握持,而且更便于使用。

Claims (9)

1. 一种便携式数字通信设备,包括:
主体外壳,沿纵向延伸,该主体外壳包括顶面、底面、正面以及两个相对设置的侧面;以及
基本U形的手柄部分,滑动连接至主体外壳的两个侧面,并且适于在离开用于改进型手柄的主体外壳的一端的方向中滑动,
其中,手柄部分包括构成单个单元的中心部分和两个端部,使得当手柄部分从主体外壳滑动时,主体外壳与手柄部分的中心部分分离,其中手柄部分具有多个开口,并且其中开口包括位置互相相邻的IF连接器开口和卡槽开口。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中主体外壳具有分别形成在其两个侧面上的第一凹槽和第二凹槽,用于使手柄部分安全滑动。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中手柄部分包括:中心部分,位于主体外壳的正面;以及两个端部,分别位于主体外壳的两个侧面上,这两个侧面与正面相邻设置。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中手柄部分的两端具有半圆形状。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中在手柄部分离开主体外壳滑动预定距离时,中心部分和正面互相分离。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中主体外壳包括:
扬声器装置,位于其顶面上;
显示器,其位置与扬声器装置相邻,而且适于绕第一铰接轴和与第一铰接轴垂直的第二铰接轴转动;
第一键阵列,由与显示器相邻的多个键构成;
第二键阵列,由位于其侧面上的多个键构成;
照相机镜头,位于其另一个侧面上;以及
照明装置,与照相机镜头相邻。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中手柄部分具有多个用于使滑动运动平滑的凸起。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中手柄部分具有多个开口。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的便携式数字通信设备,其中开口包括其位置互相相邻的IF连接器开口和卡槽开口。
