Abstract

一种高炉进风装置波纹管补偿器采用阻尼迷宫式密封结构,从热风管道的耐火衬里与导流筒至波纹管之间的密封设施,包括依次设置的与导流筒下部相贴合的阻尼网、上下两组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈、隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈和波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈。在热风管道热气流冲击下,阻尼网首当其冲阻拦热风,下组异型阻尼网阻拦一部分热风,异型阻挡圈阻挡余下的热风,上组异型阻尼网阻拦泄漏的热风,异型阻挡圈又一次阻挡,经上下异型阻尼网和阻挡圈两次阻拦和阻挡,加上最后阻尼圈及其两侧的隔热环带耐火纤维圈的阻拦和阻挡使波纹管空位处与送风通道隔离,隔热效果明显,测试结果表明,波纹管外表面温度低于80℃,波纹管收到理想的补偿效果,使用寿命延长。

一种高炉进风装置波纹管补偿器
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种炼铁高炉进风装置所应用的波纹管补偿器。
背景技术
高炉进风装置(或称送风支管)是将热风围管中近1300℃的热风经风口小套送入高炉中的设备,波纹管补偿器是用来吸收由于热胀冷缩、高炉变形等原因引起的进风装置尺寸变化。由于结构设计的需要,目前所使用的波纹管处有空位与热风通道相连。设计上为了弥补这种结构缺陷,采用了多种耐火纤维密封技术。但长期工作在高温环境中,受热传导及热对流作用的影响,常会引起波纹管处温度过高,原设计所采用的方型或圆型耐火纤维绳等多种密封技术会逐步降低或失去其应有的密封效果,长期的恶劣环境影响和破坏致使波纹管补偿器丧失其作用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决和弥补高炉进风装置现有波纹管补偿器存在的问题和缺陷,采用阻尼迷宫式密封技术,使波纹管空位处与送风通道较好隔离,可取得良好的隔热效果,有效地降低波纹管空位处的温度,为此而提供了一种新型的波纹管补偿器。
本发明的技术方案是:
该波纹管补偿器采用了阻尼迷宫式密封结构,从热风管道的耐火衬里与导流筒至波纹管之间的密封设施,包括依次设置的阻尼网、上下两组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈、隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈和波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈。阻尼网与热风通道的导流筒下部形状相贴合,可呈球面、平面或锥面状,置于导流筒与耐火衬里之间;下组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈位于阻尼网外缘上方,下圈为阻尼网,上圈是异型阻挡圈;在导流筒法兰下侧设置上组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈,内圈为阻尼网,外圈是异型阻挡圈;在上下两组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈之间设置隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈;在后者的阻尼圈外侧与波纹管之间设置与波纹管相贴合的波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈。
在热风管道热气流冲击下,阻尼网首当其冲阻拦热风,下组异型阻尼网阻拦一部分热风,异型阻挡圈能阻挡余下的热风,上组异型阻尼网阻拦泄漏的热风,异型阻挡圈又一次阻挡,经异型阻尼网两次阻栏和异型阻挡圈的两次阻挡,加上最后阻尼圈及其两侧的隔热环带耐火纤维圈的阻拦和阻挡使波纹管空位处与送风通道隔离,隔热效果明显,测试结果表明,波纹管外表面温度低于80℃,波纹管可收到理想的补偿效果,使用寿命延长。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图介绍本发明的实施例。
该波纹管补偿器,主要由阻尼网2、上下两组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈4、8、隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈5、波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈7和波纹管6等组成。
阻尼网2采用SUS321包覆锆耐火纤维材料,与热风通道的导流筒3下部球面相贴合,为球面阻尼网2,置于导流筒3与耐火衬里1之间;上下两组异型阻尼网及其阻挡圈均采用U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈4、8,下组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈4位于球面阻尼网2外缘上方,下圈为SUS321包覆锆耐火纤维材料的阻尼网,上圈是不锈钢制筒状倒置的U型阻挡圈;在导流筒3法兰下侧设置上组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈8,内圈为SUS321包覆锆耐火纤维材料的阻尼网,外圈是不锈钢制筒状平置口朝向内侧的U型阻挡圈;在上下两组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈之间竖向设置隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈5,隔热环带耐火纤维圈选用耐火纤维毡制成;在后者5的阻尼圈外侧与波纹管6之间填充耐火纤维毡制成的波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈7。

Claims (4)

1.一种高炉进风装置波纹管补偿器,其特征是:从热风管道的耐火衬里与导流筒至波纹管之间的迷宫式密封设施,包括阻尼网、上下两组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈、隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈和波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈,阻尼网置于导流筒与耐火衬里之间,在上下两组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈之间竖向设置隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈,在隔热环带耐火纤维圈及其阻尼圈的阻尼圈外侧与波纹管之间设置波纹隔热环带耐火纤维圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高炉进风装置波纹管补偿器,其特征是:所述阻尼网采用SUS321包覆锆耐火纤维材料,与热风通道的导流筒下部形状相贴合,呈球面、平面或锥面状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高炉进风装置波纹管补偿器,其特征是:所述下组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈位于阻尼网外缘上方,下圈为SUS321包覆锆耐火纤维材料的阻尼网,上圈是筒状倒置的U型阻挡圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高炉进风装置波纹管补偿器,其特征是:在所述导流筒法兰下侧设置上组U型阻尼网及其阻挡圈,内圈为SUS321包覆锆耐火纤维材料的阻尼网,外圈是筒状平置口朝向内侧的U型阻挡圈。
