Abstract

本发明公开一种多元竹质胶合板材,该竹质胶合板材不仅工作强度高而且不易翘曲变形;本发明结构特征:由相叠胶合成板材的竹条或条状竹质复制材组成,所述胶合板材的侧面上设有与之相垂直的贯穿胶合板材的通孔,通孔内设有被张紧的具有高强韧性和弹性的线条,所述线条的端部设有紧固组件。本发明的优点在于板材强度高,耐磨性好,不易翘曲变形,有利于表面平整串接,且使用寿命长,是木材极好的代用材料,它的推广应用将会大大节约木材,保护森林资源。

多元竹质胶合板材及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多元竹质胶合板材及其制造方法。
背景技术
已有的一种竹质胶合板材由竹片胶合热压而成,存在热压成型后胶合板材胶接强度不高,易被破坏,并且竹材利用率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多元竹质胶合板材,该竹质胶合板材不仅工作强度高而且不易翘曲变形。
本发明专利的构造特征在于:一种多元竹质胶合板材由相叠胶合成板材的竹条或条状竹质复制材组成,所述胶合板材侧面上设有与之相垂直的贯穿胶合板材的通孔,通孔内设有被张紧的具有高强韧性和弹性的线条,所述线条的端部设有紧固组件。
本发明的优点在于该板材强度高,耐磨性好,不易翘曲变形,有利于表面平整串接,且使用寿命长,是木材极好的代用材料,它的推广应用将会大大节约木材,保护森林资源。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例一:一种多元竹质胶合板材,它由相叠胶合成板材的竹条或条状竹质复制材1组成,所述胶合板材侧面上设有与之相垂直的贯穿胶合板材的通孔2,通孔2内设有被张紧的具有高强韧性和弹性的线条3,所述线条3的端部设有紧固组件,所述具有高强韧性和弹性的线条是金属线条或非金属线条。
上述紧固组件由金属线条伸出端部8和套设于伸出端部8外围两侧的锚件5构成,所述锚件5为两半体扣合而成或整个的内壁具有锯齿槽9的金属、塑料或其他类似物的锥形锚件,所述锥形锚件位于胶合板体侧部的锥形孔腔10内。
上述的胶合板体的两侧边上设有覆盖紧固组件端头的侧边条4,侧边条4与相邻的竹条上开设有连接销孔6,连接短销7插于连接销孔6内。
上述的多元竹质胶合板材的制造方法是:(1)对竹条胶合板所需的竹条的形状尺寸进行加工;(2)将每组所需的竹条排好,对该竹条中需要贯穿金属线条的部位进行钻孔;(3)将金属线条穿入孔内,用拉力机对金属线条施力使其受力发生弹性形变,或是用加热器对金属线条加热膨胀;(4)在金属线条处于弹性形变或膨胀状态下,在金属线条的两端安装锚件;(5)接着解除拉力机或加热器对金属线条的工作,金属线条收缩,金属线条端部与锚件的锯齿槽配合工作产生摩擦力,从而阻止金属线条的收缩,达到紧固竹条的目的;(6)将两端多余的金属线头剪去;(7)在胶合板体两侧边安装侧边条。
本发明实施例二:一种多元竹质胶合板材,它由相叠胶合成板材的竹条或条状竹质复制材1组成,所述胶合板材侧面上设有与之相垂直的贯穿胶合板材的通孔2,通孔2内设有被张紧的具有高强韧性和弹性的线条3,所述线条3的端部设有紧固组件,所述具有高强韧性和弹性的线条是金属线条或非金属线条,所述金属线条的一末端固定连接有铆头11。
上述紧固组件由金属线条伸出端部8和套设于伸出端部8外围两侧的锚件5构成,所述锚件5为两半体扣合而成或整个的内壁具有锯齿槽9的金属、塑料或其他类似物的锥形锚件,所述锥形锚件位于胶合板体侧部的锥形孔腔10内。
上述的胶合板体的两侧边上设有覆盖紧固组件端头的侧边条4,侧边条4与相邻的竹条上开设有连接销孔6,连接短销7插于连接销孔6内。
上述的多元竹质胶合板材制造方法是:(1)对竹条胶合板所需的竹条的形状尺寸进行加工;(2)将每组所需的竹条排好,对该竹条中需要贯穿金属线条的部位进行钻孔;(3)将固定连接有铆头的金属线条穿入孔内,用拉力机对金属线条另一头施力使其受力发生弹性形变,或是用加热器对金属线条加热膨胀;(4)在金属线条处于弹性形变或膨胀状态下,在金属线条该端部安装锚件;(5)接着解除拉力机或加热器对金属线条的工作,金属线条收缩,金属线条与锚件锯齿槽配合工作产生摩擦力,从而阻止金属线条收缩,达到紧固竹条的目的;(6)将端部多余的金属线头剪去;(7)在胶合板体两侧边安装侧边条。

Claims (7)

1.一种多元竹质胶合板材,其特征在于:由相叠胶合成板材的竹条或条状竹质复制材组成,所述胶合板材的侧面上设有与之相垂直的贯穿胶合板材的通孔,通孔内设有被张紧的具有高强韧性和弹性的线条,所述线条的端部设有紧固组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多元竹质胶合板材,其特征在于:所述具有高强韧性和弹性的线条是金属线条或非金属线条。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多元竹质胶合板材,其特征在于:所述紧固组件由金属线条伸出端部和套设于伸出端部外围两侧的内壁具有锯齿槽的锚件构成。
4.据权利要求3所述的多元竹质胶合板材,其特征在于:所述的锚件为两半体扣合而成或整个的内壁具有锯齿槽的金属、塑料或其他类似物的锥形锚件,所述的锥形锚件位于胶合板材侧部的锥形孔腔内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多元竹质胶合板,其特征在于:所述金属线条的一末端固定连接有铆头。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多元竹质胶合板材,其特征在于:所述的胶合板材的两侧边上设有覆盖紧固组件端头的侧边条,侧边条与相邻的竹条上开设有连接销孔,连接短销插于连接销孔内。
7.一种如权利要求6所述的多元竹质胶合板材的制造方法:其特征在于:(1)对竹条胶合板所需的竹条的形状尺寸进行加工;(2)将每组所需的竹条排好,对该竹条中需要贯穿金属线条的部位进行钻孔;(3)将金属线条穿入孔内,用拉力机对金属线条施力使其受力发生弹性形变,或是用加热器对金属线条加热膨胀;(4)在金属线条处于弹性形变或膨胀状态下,在金属线条的两端安装锚件或是在一端具有铆头的金属线条的另一端部安装锚件;(5)接着解除拉力机或加热器对金属线条的工作,金属线条收缩,金属线条与锚件的锯齿槽配合工作产生摩擦力,从而阻止金属线条收缩,达到紧固竹条的目的;(6)将端部多余的金属线头剪去;(7)在胶合板体两侧边安装侧边条。
