Abstract

本发明的电子设备有一个功率放大器由下列各部分组成:一个输出级(21),其放大特性为非线性的;一个校正部分(60,46),供校正所述特性的非线性。校正部分由一个低功率前置放大器(46)组成,放大器(46)的类型与所述功率放大级相同,因而其非线性度与输出级(21)相同。信号组合器(60)将加到输入端(25)的信号与所述前置放大器(46)的输出信号组合起来,大大减小了所述特性的非线性度。

带功率放大器的电子设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带功率放大器的电子设备,所述功率放大器由下列各部分组成:一个输出级,其放大特性为非线性的;一个校正部分,供校正所述特性的非线性。本发明还涉及适用于这种电子设备的放大器。
背景技术
本发明可应用于发射机发射的信号频谱要求达到一定纯度的移动无线电话机,这特别要求在高频下工作的输出放大器具有非常良好的线性放大能力。日本专利文件08125554就谈到了这种放大器。该专利为达到真正的线性度,配备了各种器件,从而使放大器的结构相当复杂。
发明内容
本发明提供了本说明书开端所述的那一种电子设备,其结构就简单了。因此,这种电子设备的特点在于,其校正部分包括:
一个低功率前置放大器,其类型与所述功率放大级相同;
一个信号组合器,供组合所述前置放大器的输入信号和输出信号,以达到减小所述特性非线性度的目的,并且所述功率放大器和所述低功率前置放大器集成在同一个芯片上。
本发明的构思是,多个放大器集成在同一片芯片上时,无论放大器的放大能力有多大,其放大特性总是类似的,放大能力实际上取决于诸输出晶体管所占用的表面。
从下面说明的一些实施例可以清楚了解本发明的上述和其它方面,同时这些方面还将通过参照这些作为非限制性实例的实施例加以说明。

具体实施方式
图1中示出了本发明的电子设备,这种电子设备是个发射机/接收机,例如蜂窝系网络中的移动无线电设备,它由发射/接收部分5构成,发射/接收部分5则由发射信号的发射部分7和接收信号的接收部分9组成,同时使用了天线10。可以看得出,待发射的信号来自话筒12,接收下来的信号传送给耳机14。处理元件17确保起了接收/发射部分内话筒12和耳机14的低频信号之间的接口作用。
接收/发射部分有一个高频放大器20,产生功率较强的信号。
放大器20的细节如图2中所示。它主要由高频放大级21构成。放大器20有一个输入端25和一个与天线10连接的输出端28。输入端25接功率分配器30,功率分配器30在其输出端31和32产生同相位的两个信号。输出端31接放大器35,输出端32接电平相位调节器37的输入端,调节器37的输出端接移相器39的输入端。调节器37的作用是更好地调节构成本发明的放大器的各种元件在电气上的传播。此调节器在其两个输出端40和41产生两个信号,其中一个信号与输入信号同相,另一个信号与输入信号反相,两信号加到两前置放大器45和46的输入端,放大器35,45和46分别由减法电路50和加法电路51相减和相加。电路50的输出信号有畸变,因而需要提取。电路51的输出信号是预失真信号,应加到放大级21上。
放大器21的转移函数是非线性的,如图3中所示。这个非线性特别是在输入电平超过一定值Vsat时出现的。Vsat可用一定的失真率τ表示,例如线性特性L与非线性部分的差值:
τ = L - NL L
按照本发明,放大器46也具有这种非线性情况,其它放大器35和45则可认为是完美的。这些放大器与其它元件组合,形成组合器60。
这种放大器的工作是考虑到下列因素进行的。
图3是非线性放大特性曲线的示意图,它表示了输出功率《Pout》随输入功率《Pin》变化的情况。信号的幅度大时出现非线性度NL。
放大器35和45的电压增益可用下式表示:
Vout=A Vin
放大器46和21的电压增益分别只着眼于有限展开式的第一项,从而考虑到下列非线性度:
Vout=A·Vin-αVin 2
Vout=k(A·Vin-αVin 2)
其中A为放大器46的增益,kA为放大器21的增益,α为这些放大器的饱和度,这个饱和度是招致非线性度的因素。
若放大器20输入的信号为V25,则减法电路50产生的信号V50为:
V50=AV25-(A·V25-αV25 2)=+αV25 2
加法电路51输出端的电压V51为:
V51=A·V25+αV25 2
放大器21输出端28的电压V28可写成:
V28=k(A·V51-αV51 2)
将上式详细表示出来可得出:
V28/k=A(A·V25+αV25 2)-α(A·V25-αV25 2)2
V28/k=A2·V25+α·A(1-A)·V25 2-2·A·α2·V25 33·V25 4
因此,若A取接近1的值,同时考虑到V25 3项V25 4项只会对合理线性度产生可忽略不计的影响,则非线性度的影响减小了。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有功率放大器的电子设备,所述功率放大器由下列各部分组成:
一个输出级,其放大特性为非线性的;
一个校正部分,供校正所述特性的非线性;
一个低功率前置放大器,其类型与所述输出级相同;
一个信号组合器,供组合所述前置放大器的输入信号和输出信号,以达到减小所述特性非线性度的目的,
其特征在于,所述功率放大器和所述低功率前置放大器集成在同一个芯片上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,组合器由下列各部分组成:
一个失真提取器,供产生表示非线性度的失真信号;
一个预校正器,给输出级提供将待放大的信号与所述失真信号组合起来的信号。
3.一种用于电子设备的放大器,由下列各部分组成:
一个输出级,其放大特性为非线性的;
一个校正部分,供校正所述特性的非线性;
一个低功率前置放大器,其类型与所述输出级相同;
一个信号组合器,供组合所述前置放大器的输入信号和输出信号,以达到减小所述特性非线性度的目的,
其特征在于,所述放大器和所述低功率前置放大器集成在同一个芯片上。
4.如权利要求3所述的放大器,其特征在于,前置放大器的电压增益接近1。
