本发明涉及一种船用实心靠球,包括靠球体(2),其特征在于:所述靠球体(2)呈实心海棉柱状体,靠球体(2)中心轴向穿置有中心钢丝(3),靠球体(2)顶端和底端中心嵌置有上固定圈(5)和下固定圈(1),中心钢丝(3)两端分别与上固定圈(5)和下固定圈(1)固定连接,上固定圈(5)顶端向上连接的吊环(6),靠球体(2)内均布有钢针(4)。本发明靠球体通过树酯发泡形成实心柱状体,具有吸收冲击能量大,耐冲击疲劳性能优等特点;靠球体中心穿置中心钢丝,靠球体可以绕该中心钢丝作360°回转,使得船舶靠傍时具有更柔软的避碰效果,采用钢针作增强骨架材料,大大增加了抗爆裂强度和耐冲击疲劳的次数。

船用实心靠球
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种船舶靠岸时使用的防护装置,尤其是涉及一种吊置于船舷上的靠球。广泛适用于大型油轮、液化气船、海洋平台、大型船坞、海港码头等作护舷设施。
背景技术:
船用靠球,起防止船舶停靠时对码头造成冲撞的作用。目前,用于船舷起防护作用的靠球有充气橡胶靠球。该充气橡胶靠胶主要由靠球体、端部法兰和吊环组成。靠球体为空心结构,由内胆、帘布增强层和外胶层组成。其主要存在以下不足:
1、靠球体呈空心结构,靠充入压缩空气作为缓冲介质,在船舶靠岸时靠球体不能回转而只能靠其自身收缩形变来起抗冲击的作用,吸收冲击能量小,耐冲击疲劳性能弱,避碰效果不柔软,因此其抗爆裂的强度较弱和耐冲击疲劳的次数较低,易撕裂,使用寿命短。
2、靠球体需安装气门嘴以及用紧固用法兰、螺栓等,结构复杂,生产成本较高。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种能使得船舶靠傍时具有更柔软的避碰效果的船用实心靠球。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种船用实心靠球,包括靠球体,其特征在于:所述靠球体呈实心海棉柱状体,靠球体中心轴向穿置有中心钢丝,靠球体顶端和底端中心嵌置有上固定圈和下固定圈,中心钢丝两端分别与上固定圈和下固定圈相连,上固定圈顶端向上连接有吊环,靠球体内均布有钢针。
本发明靠球体通过聚胺酯发泡形成通体实心柱状体,具有吸收冲击能量大,耐冲击疲劳性能优等特点;靠球体中心穿置中心钢丝,靠球体可以绕该中心钢丝作360°回转,使得船舶靠傍时具有更柔软的避碰效果,采用钢针作增强骨架材料,大大增加了抗爆裂强度和耐冲击疲劳的次数。不易撕裂,使用寿命长。且结构简单、安装方便,易于更换。

参见图1,船用实心靠球,主要由靠球体2、中心钢丝3、下固定圈1、上固定圈5、吊环6和钢针4组成。所述靠球体2呈实心海棉柱状体,靠球体2中心轴向穿置有中心钢丝3,靠球体2顶端和底端中心嵌置有上固定圈5和下固定圈1,中心钢丝3两端分别与上固定圈5和下固定圈1固定连接,上固定圈5顶端向上连接有吊环6,靠球体2内均布有钢针4。
