背景技术
这类自动上墨轧印模如在EP 0459969 A1中公开过。在这类轧印模上，操作上部基本上都是设计为顶罩状的，其前后都有一个凹穴，该凹穴允许操作者接触到印台，印台可以更换地推入到轧印模下部的一个水平槽口中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过一种新型的轧印模结构以简化其装配和搬动，以使最后的用户能够简单地完成由他自己实现轧印模板的安装，轧印模便可立即供使用。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种从顶部施墨的自动上墨轧印模，它配有：一个可套置在待轧印表面上的下部；一个回转机构，用于一个安置在下部上的、在回转的同时可在一个印台和一个套框之间来回移动的轧印板支座；一个可克服弹簧力相对于下部移动的操作上部，该操作上部以它的侧部通过轧印板支座的一个贯穿处于长孔中的下部的窄侧壁的回转轴而与下部相连，其特征在于：所述操作上部经过侧向的有弹性的咬合连接部与下部相连，而且在其下端上具有侧向的咬合容纳部，这些容纳部可以与嵌置到下部的导槽中的轧印板支座的回转轴端相啮合。
上部和下部的咬合连接部最好在上部的侧部上具有咬合凸缘，这些咬合凸缘卡入到下部的侧部上的侧凹中。
根据本发明的另一项特征，在上部的侧部上，在与咬合凸缘的连接处设计了用于轧印板支座的回转轴端的咬合容纳部。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的自动上墨轧印模具有一个轧印模下部1，该下部包含一个套框A和一个回转机构W，并通过一个有弹力的或有弹性的咬合连接部而与一个可相对于该下部1移动的操作上部2相连，该连接部详示在图2中。
轧印模下部1容纳着一个印台4，该印台被推入到轧印模下部的一个槽口中。
上部2在其上罩部2′中支承着一个可翻转的测试窗5，在其内部支承着一个用于轧印模操作的锥形压力弹簧6。
在上部2的可弹性变形的侧部2″上，在靠近上部的下端设计成形了咬合凸缘7，当上部2经过一个斜部8′克服弹簧6的力被压到下部1上时，这些咬合凸缘便可同下部1的侧凹8相啮合。邻近咬合凸缘7，上部2在其侧部2″上具有咬合凹穴9，以之用于轧印模板支座11的回转轴端10的卡合，该轧印模板支座被嵌置在下部1的导槽12中。将上部2经过斜部9′压到轧印板支座11上，便可实现咬合连接，如图3所示。

Claims (3)

1.从顶部施墨的自动上墨轧印模，它配有：一个可套置在待轧印表面上的下部；一个回转机构，用于一个安置在下部上的、在回转的同时可在一个印台和一个套框之间来回移动的轧印板支座；一个可克服弹簧力相对于下部移动的操作上部，该操作上部以它的侧部通过轧印板支座的一个贯穿处于长孔中的下部的窄侧壁的回转轴而与下部相连，其特征在于：所述操作上部(2)经过侧向的有弹性的咬合连接部(7，8)与下部(1)相连，而且在其下端上具有侧向的咬合容纳部(9)，这些容纳部可以与嵌置到下部的导槽(12)中的轧印板支座(11)的回转轴端(10)相啮合。
2.按权利要求1所述的自动上墨轧印模，其特征在于：上部(2)和下部(1)的咬合连接部在上部(2)的侧部(2″)上具有咬合凸缘(7)，这些凸缘咬合到下部(1)的侧部(1′)上的侧凹(8)中。
3.按权利要求2所述的自动上墨轧印模，其特征在于：在上部(2)的侧部(2″)上在与咬合凸缘(7)的连接处，设置了咬合容纳部(9)用于轧印板支座(11)的回转轴端(10)。
