Abstract

本发明提供一种电动牙刷的传动装置，该传动装置设有与马达相连的转动输入端和与牙刷头连接的转动输出端，所述的转动输入端和转动输出端之间通过牙箱连接，牙箱内设有减速装置。所述的牙箱包括有牙箱座和牙箱盖，所述的牙箱座固定连接在马达上，所述的牙箱盖连接在牙箱座上，该牙箱盖和牙箱座共同支撑并容置牙箱内减速装置的元件。本发明的传动装置具有动能传输率高、传动平稳可靠和噪音低、寿命长、易于装配等优点。

电动牙刷的传动装置
所属领域
本发明涉及电动牙刷，特别是涉及电动牙刷的传动装置。
背景技术
牙刷是人们日常生活中不可缺少的用品。现有的牙刷多为手动式，即牙刷的杆体一端安装有刷毛，另一端为用于手握的柄部，使用时，用手握住柄部，来回摆动手腕或手臂使牙刷的刷毛在牙齿上来回刷动。这种手动式牙刷在使用上存在诸多不便之处，例如，通过手腕或手臂的摆动使刷毛在牙齿上刷动，由于手腕或手臂的摆动频率较低，因此，刷牙的速度较慢；需要以人力作为动力，特别是在刷后部不易刷的牙齿部位时，往往由于不便使力而使刷牙变得麻烦。
为了解决手动式牙刷的不便，曾有人提出电动牙刷。该电动牙刷通过电池向马达供电，马达转动带动牙刷头部的刷毛转动，由于电动牙刷的不用手腕或手臂摆动，节省人力，而且其转动均匀，从而使刷牙变的很方便。但目前所见的电动牙刷由于传动结构上的缺陷，其动能传输率较低，浪费能源；而且传动过程中不平稳，噪音较大。
因此，需要对电动牙刷的传动装置进行改进，以进一步更有效的发挥电动牙刷的便利之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动牙刷的传动装置，该传动装置具有高的传输率，而且传动平稳可靠。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种电动牙刷的传动装置，该传动装置设有与电机相连的转动输入端和与牙刷头连接的转动输出端，所述的转动输入端和转动输出端之间通过牙箱连接，牙箱内设有齿轮减速装置，所述齿轮减速装置的第一被动齿轮与设置在电机旋转轴上的第一主动齿轮啮合，与所述第一被动齿轮固接的第二主动齿轮与第二被动齿轮啮合，实现减速功能；其中：
所述的牙箱包括有牙箱座和牙箱盖，所述的牙箱盖连接在牙箱座上，该牙箱盖和牙箱座共同支撑并容置牙箱内齿轮减速装置的元件；所述的牙箱通过牙箱座的两脚与马达前端的圆台及两定位孔固定在马达上；
所述第一主动齿轮伸入牙箱座并固定在电机旋转轴上，由所述第一被动齿轮和第二主动齿轮固接构成的过渡齿轮组套设在所述牙箱座的轴上，所述第二被动齿轮套设在牙箱盖的轴上。
所述的第二被动齿轮通过一连接头与驱动牙刷头旋转的旋转杆连接。
所述的牙箱盖上定位设置压向牙箱盖的压片，该压片套入牙箱盖上设置的三个柱上紧固，定位第二被动齿轮，实现第二被动齿轮与第二主动齿轮的精密啮合，减少噪声。
本发明提供的电动牙刷的传动装置，该传动装置采用牙箱的结构，该牙箱的牙箱盖和牙箱座共同支撑并容置牙箱内齿轮减速装置的元件，因此，本发明的传动装置具有动能传输率高、传动平稳可靠和噪音低、寿命长、易于装配等优点。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图3所示，为含有本发明的传动装置的电动牙刷的结构。该电动牙刷主要包括供电部分和传动装置。其中，供电部分是用电池向马达供电。如图所示，由连体碟簧1将两节电池的正负电级相连，在电池的另一头用正级片3与电池的正级连接，用负极片4与电池的负极相连，将电池负极片通过电池-马达导线5与马达6负极相连接，将电池正级片通过电池-开关导线7与开关8的一脚连接；将开关8的另一脚通过开关-马达导线9与马达正级片相连接，因此，通过按下开关胶套10即可接通或断开电源，使马达转动或停止。
本发明的传动装置主要采用其内设有齿轮减速装置的牙箱结构，以降低转速并提高扭矩。参见图2至图5所示，第一主动齿轮11固定在马达的旋转轴上，马达带动第一主动齿轮11转动。牙箱座12通过马达前端的圆台及两定位孔固定在马达上规定位置，再由马达压条压紧。由第一被动齿轮13和第二主动齿轮14固连构成的过渡齿轮套入牙箱座的轴上，通过齿轮啮合，由第一主动齿轮11带动第一被动齿轮13作反向转动，因齿数不同传动系统完成第一次减速。由于第二主动齿轮14与第一被动齿轮13同轴固连，两者同时作反向旋转。牙箱盖15紧固在牙箱座12上规定位置，以防止第一被动齿轮13上下跳动。第二被动齿轮16套入牙箱盖15的轴上，第二主动齿轮14通过齿轮啮合带动第二被动齿轮16作反向转动，同时再一次实现减速，以达到护牙洁齿所需的动力速度。压片17套入牙箱盖15的三个柱上紧固，定位第二被动齿轮16，使第二主动齿轮14和第二被动齿轮16之间的啮合平稳精确，同时减少噪音。第二被动齿轮16通过连接头26实现与旋转杆19的连动转动，其中旋转杆19固定在连接头26的规定位置，连接头26插入第二被动齿轮16。
为了带动旋转头18做定角度往返转动，将旋转杆19的头部(即带有弯折的部分)插入旋转头18规定位置，由于旋转杆19头部与其主体部分不同心，因此旋转杆19头部将成圆周转动，由于定位轴套21将定位轴20固定到牙刷壳体上，并使定位轴20能够转动，从而使旋转头18以定位轴20为轴心随旋转杆19作来回旋转。
为避免旋转杆19头部在旋转时波动太太，将第一定位圈22套入旋转杆19规定位置，为防止牙刷进水，将第一防水圈23套入旋转杆19规定位置。为避免旋转杆19尾部在旋转时波动太大，将第二定位圈24套入旋转杆19规定位置，再用第二防水圈25套入旋转杆规定位置，从而起到双重防水作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种电动牙刷的传动装置，该传动装置设有与电机相连的转动输入端和与牙刷头连接的转动输出端，所述的转动输入端和转动输出端之间通过牙箱连接，牙箱内设有齿轮减速装置，所述齿轮减速装置的第一被动齿轮与设置在电机旋转轴上的第一主动齿轮啮合，与所述第一被动齿轮固接的第二主动齿轮与第二被动齿轮啮合，实现减速功能；其特征在于：
所述的牙箱包括有牙箱座和牙箱盖，所述的牙箱盖连接在牙箱座上，该牙箱盖和牙箱座共同支撑并容置牙箱内齿轮减速装置的元件；所述的牙箱通过牙箱座的两脚与马达前端的圆台及两定位孔固定在马达上；
所述第一主动齿轮伸入牙箱座并固定在电机旋转轴上，由所述第一被动齿轮和第二主动齿轮固接构成的过渡齿轮组套设在所述牙箱座的轴上，所述第二被动齿轮套设在牙箱盖的轴上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的传动装置，其特征在于：所述的第二被动齿轮通过一连接头与驱动牙刷头旋转的旋转杆连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电动牙刷的传动装置，其特征在干：所述的牙箱盖上定位设置压向牙箱盖的压片，该压片套入牙箱盖上设置的三个柱上紧固，定位第二被动齿轮，实现第二被动齿轮与第二主动齿轮的精密啮合，减少噪声。
