Abstract
一种包括排放消音器的密封式压缩机。该排放消音器包括:凹入缸体的消音器体;和覆盖消音器体的消音器盖。该消音器盖具有向消音器体延伸的整体中央固定突起,消音器体具有允许固定突起插入和固定的固定凹陷。密封式压缩机还包括将制冷剂从排放消音器内部排放到外部的排放管。排放管被安装在通过消音器盖的固定突起穿孔的配合孔中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种密封式压缩机,而更具体地讲,本发明涉及一种具有能够削弱压缩制冷剂被排放到外部时所产生噪声的排放消音器的密封式压缩机。
背景技术
一般地,密封式压缩机被设计以将制冷剂吸入其密封外壳以对其压缩,并将该压缩制冷剂排到外部。这种密封式压缩机包括:压缩制冷剂的压缩单元;和驱动压缩单元的驱动单元。
该压缩单元被设置在密封外壳内部,并包括:确定压缩室的缸体;和在接受驱动单元传送的动力时,在压缩室内部往复运动的活塞。缸盖被设置在缸体的一侧,并形成有吸入室和与外部连通的排放室。
阀单元被设置在缸体和缸盖之间,以允许吸入室和压缩室之间或排放室与压缩室之间的选择连通。
为削弱正从排放室被排出的制冷剂的脉动,一对排放消音器被分别设置在缸体的两端。各个排放消音器具有:在缸体中确定的消音器体;和覆盖消音器体的消音器盖。当紧固螺栓穿过消音器盖并紧固到消音器体时,消音器盖连接到消音器体。垫圈介于紧固螺栓的头部和消音器盖之间,以提高螺栓的紧固力。
然而,典型的密封式压缩机存在如下问题:为联接消音器主体和消音器盖,它需要具有一些诸如紧固螺栓和垫圈的部件,这会导致压缩机制造过程的复杂化和制造成本的提高。
此外,由于磨损,紧固螺栓和垫圈可能产生碎片,从而会导致压缩机质量的退化。
发明内容
本发明考虑到上述问题而提出,而本发明的一个方面在于提供一种密封式压缩机,该密封式压缩机能够消除对联接消音器体与消音器盖以组装排放消音器所需的诸如紧固螺栓和垫圈的附加部件的需要,从而简化了压缩机的总的制造工艺并减小了制造成本。
根据一个方面,本发明提供了一种密封式压缩机,包括:确定压缩室的气缸体;在压缩室内部往复运动以压缩制冷剂的活塞;被配置以接收压缩室中被压缩的制冷剂的排放消音器;和将制冷剂从排放消音器内部排放到外部的排放管,该排放消音器包括:在缸体中确定的消音器体;和覆盖消音器体的消音器盖,该消音器盖具有被固定到消音器体底面的整体固定突起,并且其中排放管被安装在通过消音器盖的固定突起穿孔的配合孔中。
该消音器体可具有形成在其底面处以允许消音器盖的固定突起被固定地插入其中的固定凹陷。
该消音器体还可以具有从消音器体的底面向消音器盖向上延伸以形成固定凹陷的环形凸起的边缘部。
衬垫可介于消音器盖和消音器体之间以确保其间有效的密封。
排放孔在其圆周位置处可具有第一连通孔;而固定突起可具有与第一连通孔对应、在其某一圆周位置处的第二连通孔,用于排放管与排放消音器内部之间的连通。
该消音器盖还可具有向消音器体的底面延伸的一对隔离物,该隔离物被间隔离开消音器的底面。
该隔离物可被定位在固定突起的相对侧处。

具体实施方式
现在,将对其实例在附图中显示的本发明的实施例进行详细描述,其中相同标号代表相同的元件。
图1为根据本发明的密封式压缩机的侧剖视图。参照图1,本发明的密封式压缩机包括:设置在密封外壳10内部以压缩制冷剂的压缩单元20;和产生驱动压缩单元20所需动力的驱动单元30。
该压缩单元20包括:在内部确定压缩室21a的缸体21;和在压缩室21a的内部往复运动以吸入、压缩和排放制冷剂的活塞22。缸盖23以相互面对的方式被设置在缸体21的一端。该缸盖23内部确定了吸入室23a和排放室23b。阀单元24介于缸体21和缸盖23之间,以实现吸入室23a或排放室23b与压缩室21a之间的选择连通。
驱动单元30操作以使活塞22往复运动,从而允许制冷剂在压缩单元20内部被压缩。该驱动单元30包括:被固定地设置在密封外壳10内部的定子31;和在内部与定子31隔开以与定子31进行电磁互相作用的转子32。旋转轴33耦合在转子32的中央以与转子32同时旋转。旋转轴33的一端被联接到连杆34的一端,以允许连杆34旋转。连杆34的旋转导致其另一端线性往复运动,从而向前或向后移动活塞22。
图2和图3为表示根据本发明第一实施例的设置在密封式压缩机中的排放消音器的平面图和剖视图。参照图2和图3,根据本发明第一实施例的排放消音器40被设置在缸体21的两端的至少一端处,并适合削弱正被排放出压缩机的制冷剂的噪声。该排放消音器40具有:在缸体21中确定的凹进消音器体50;和覆盖消音器体50的消音器盖60。
消音器体50具有允许将制冷剂引入排放消音器40中的入口51。该入口51与导槽25连通,该导槽25被穿孔穿过缸体21,以将制冷剂从压缩室21a导入排放消音器40。
消音器体50还具有被定位在入口51的相反端以允许制冷剂从消音器40排出的出口52。座槽53被确定在消音器体50的上端处用于使消音器盖60就位。
当消音器盖60覆盖消音器50时,它确定了削弱制冷剂的脉动的空间。在当前实施例中,消音器盖60具有从其下部表面向消音器体50的底面延伸的中央固定突起61。固定突起61相对消音器体50的底面固定以稳固地将消音器盖60与消音器体50联接。在这种情况中,消音器体50的底面形成有固定凹陷54,以允许固定突起61的末端区域被插入和固定在其中。为了确保固定突起61充分配合入固定凹陷54,环形凸起的边缘部55也形成在消音器体50的底面处以确定固定凹陷54。环形凸起的边缘部55向上突起合适的距离,以为固定凹陷54提供足够的深度。
为了改进连接的消音器盖60和消音器体50之间的密封效果,衬垫70介于消音器盖60和消音器体50之间。
同时,固定突起61可被强制地压力配合入固定凹陷54,或如图4所示可被拧入固定凹陷54。在后一情况中,固定突起61在其外圆周处设置有第一螺丝部61a,而固定凹陷54在其内部圆周设置有与第一螺纹部61a对应的第二螺纹部54a。
参照图5,排放管80被装配在消音器盖60内,以允许已在排放消音器40内减小其脉动的制冷剂经排放管80被排放出压缩机。在这种情况中,排放管80被配合入从消音器盖60的上端开始延伸穿过固定突起61的细长配合膛孔62。为了在排放管80与排放消音器40的内部之间进行连通,排放管80具有在其某一圆周位置处的第一连通孔81;而固定突起61具有与第一连通孔81对应、在其某一圆周位置处的第二连通孔63。
参照图6,消音器盖60可以进一步具有从消音器盖60的下表面向消音器体50的底面向下延伸的一对隔离物64。隔离物64被定位在固定突起61的相对侧处,并且其末端与消音器体50的底面离开。这种安排允许制冷剂在经过隔离物64的末端和消音器体50的底面之间确定的空间时被压缩和扩散,从而有效地削弱制冷剂脉动。
现有,将说明根据本发明的密封式压缩机的一般操作。
当驱动单元30被通电时,转子32与旋转轴30同时旋转。旋转轴33的旋转导致活塞22在压缩室21a内部往复运动,从而使制冷剂从缸盖23的吸入室23a被吸入压缩室21a,而在压缩室21a中被压缩。此后,根据活塞22的往复运动,压缩制冷剂经阀单元24被排入缸盖23的排放室23b。
接下来,经在缸体21中确定的导槽25,被排入排放室23b的制冷剂被导入消音器体50的入口51。这样,在本发明中的由消音器体50与消音器盖60紧固联接而形成的排放消音器40内,制冷剂的脉动会受到削弱,而最后被排放出压缩机。
从上述描述可明显地看到,根据本发明的密封式压缩机包括排放消音器,其中消音器盖经整体形成在消音器盖处的固定突起被紧固地联接到消音器体。采用这种结构,就无需设置联接消音器盖和消音器体所需的诸如螺钉和垫圈的附加部件。这具有简化总的制造过程和减小压缩机制造成本的效果。
虽然已示出和描述了本发明的一个实施例,本领域的技术人员将意识到:在不背离本发明原则与精神(其范围由权利要求及等同原则限定)的情况下,可以对本实施例进行改动。
Claims (7)
1.一种密封式压缩机,包括:确定压缩室的气缸体;在压缩室内部往复运动以压缩制冷剂的活塞;被配置以接收压缩室中被压缩的制冷剂的排放消音器;和将制冷剂从排放消音器内部排放到外部的排放管,
其中排放消音器包括:在缸体中确定的消音器体;和覆盖消音器体的消音器盖,
其中消音器盖具有相对消音器体底面固定的整体固定突起,并且
其中排放管被安装在通过消音器盖的固定突起穿孔的配合孔中。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其中:消音器体具有形成在其底面处以允许消音器盖的固定突起被固定地插入其中的固定凹陷。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的压缩机,其中:消音器体还具有从消音器体的底面向消音器盖向上延伸以形成固定凹陷的环形凸起的边缘部。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其中:衬垫介于消音器盖和消音器体之间以确保其间充分的密封。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其中:排放管在其圆周或外周位置处具有第一连通孔;而固定突起具有与第一连通孔对应、在其圆周或外周位置处的第二连通孔,用于排放管与排放消音器内部之间的连通。
6.根据权利要求1中所述的压缩机,其中:消音器盖还配置有向消音器体的底面延伸的一对隔离物,隔离物与消音器体的底面间隔开。
7.根据权利要求6中所述的压缩机,其中:隔离物被定位在固定突起的相对侧处。
