Abstract
本发明提供一种治疗妇科疾病的中药制剂，由乳香、血竭、没药、硼砂、麝香、枯矾、白花蛇舌草、莪术、三七、珍珠、黄连组成，经科学炮制工艺制成栓剂。本发明的特点是：纯中草药制成，广谱性强，毒副作用小，标本兼治，疗效显著，临床症状消失迅速，治愈后无反弹现象。

本发明公开一种治疗妇科疾病的中药制剂，涉及治疗妇女生殖系统疾病的药物，属于中医制药学技术领域。
背景技术：
妇女生殖系统疾病是成年妇女的常见病和多发病，其病因始于脾虚肝郁，湿热下注，或肾气不足，下元亏损所致，亦有因感受湿毒而引起。目前，治疗疾病的药物很多，但具有显著疗效的治疗药物不多，普遍存在着治疗不彻底，药庞杂缺乏针对性，疗效不甚理想，病情反弹的现象，给患者带来很大的痛苦，并严重地威胁妇女的身心健康。
发明内容：
本发明公开一种治疗妇科疾病的中药制剂，具有疗效显著，临床症状消失迅速，治愈后无反弹的特点。
本发明技术解决方案是基于我国中医学对的妇女带下症疾病的总体认识和现代妇科学对本症发病机理及治疗原则，参考现代医学理论，以消炎抗菌、杀虫止痒为主，清热燥湿、利湿解毒而立法，选用纯天然中草药，按中医理论组方，经严格筛选，分别炮制，结合现代先进工艺制法组合而成。以下用量均为重量份，基本配方如下：
乳香10～15、血竭10～15、没药10～15、硼砂10～15、麝香5～8、枯矾280～320、白花蛇舌草15～20、莪术10～15、三七8～10、珍珠7～10、黄连12～18。
本发明的优选组方为：
乳香13、血竭13、没药13、硼砂12、麝香6、枯矾300、白花蛇舌草16、莪术13、三七9、珍珠8、黄连15。
具体制备工艺如下：按比例称取上述11味药物，除麝香外，精选、烘干、粉碎成80～100目细粉待用；按常规的中药蜜炼工艺，将蜂蜜和香油等比例混合后熬炼成丝，将上述细粉加入搅拌均匀冷却至室温后加入麝香制成蜜丸栓剂，3g/枚。
本发明可采用药剂学上的药物制剂工艺制成任何剂型：如洗液、喷雾剂、外用膏剂。
方解与药理分析：中医妇科中的带下症包括各种类型的阴道炎症，凡属带症皆为湿邪所至，考虑到阴道疾病多为湿邪蕴积、久不得泄、蕴湿生热、热毒不清、湿毒下注，本发明所用中药，大部分具有解毒杀虫、消炎止痒作用，还加入了相关的活血化淤、祛邪燥湿的药物。组方中乳香、麝香、莪术、黄连为清热燥湿、泻火解毒、温肾助阳杀虫止痒的主药；白花蛇舌草、珍珠、硼砂为相须，收湿解毒、消炎止痛，互相助长疗效，起到相同的作用；血竭、枯矾、没药、三七可以活血化淤。全方协同共奏健脾燥湿、温肾助阳、解毒杀虫、活血化淤，真乃契入病机，使脾肾得健，湿邪得化，瘀毒得清，创疡得复，带下症消矣。
适应症包括老年性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、真菌、淋菌、细菌及支原体和衣原体性宫颈炎、阴道溃疡、绝经期阴道干枯等妇女生殖系统疾病。
用法用量：睡前洗净外阴部，将蜜丸栓剂放入阴道顶端，每次一枚，每晚一次，3.0克/枚。
为表明本发明药物的治疗效果，入选200例诊断为患有各类阴道疾病的患者，其病原体由北华大学开放实验室通过美国的PE2400基因扩增仪确定，用本发明药品进行治疗，经系统临床观察进行统计分析总结如下：
一、疗效判定标准
治愈：1、病人自觉症状完全消失；2、阴道粘膜不充血、溃疡修复、不存在丘疹或赘生物；病源微生物转阴。同时具备上述条件方能定为痊愈。
好转：1、病人自觉症状完全消退；2、不存在阴道任何阳性体征；3、基础检测病原体为弱阳性。
无效：1、超过三个疗程均视为无效；2、临床表现在治疗前后相同为无效；3、虽无临床病症(体征)，但病原体检测仍为阳性。
二、治疗效果
上述201例患者经过1～3个本发明药物疗程治疗，治愈175例，占87.06％，好转20例占9.95％，无效6例(含中止治疗)占2.99％。本发明的特点是：纯中草药制成，毒副作用小，标本兼治，疗效显著，临床症状消失迅速，治愈后无反弹现象。

实施例1
称取乳香13kg、血竭13kg、没药13kg、硼砂12kg、麝香6kg、枯矾300kg、白花蛇舌草16kg、莪术13kg、三七9kg、珍珠8kg、黄连15kg，精选、烘干、粉碎成80～100目细粉待用；按常规的中药蜜炼工艺，将蜂蜜和香油等比例混合后熬炼成丝，将上述细粉(除麝香外)，加入搅拌均匀冷却至室温后，加入麝香制成栓剂蜜丸，3g/枚。
实施例2
称取乳香15kg、血竭15kg、没药13kg、硼砂12kg、麝香6kg、枯矾300kg、白花蛇舌草16kg、莪术13kg、三七9kg、珍珠8kg、黄连15kg，精选、烘干、粉碎成80～100目细粉待用；取出后加4倍量水煎煮30分钟，取上清液，再加入4倍水煎煮30分钟，取上清液，合并煎液，过滤后取上清液，在为压力0.5～0.75帕，温度105～116℃，保温45分钟条件下高温灭菌，罐瓶包装制成冲洗液。
实施例3
称取乳香10kg、血竭10kg、没药13kg、硼砂10kg、麝香8kg、枯矾280kg、白花蛇舌草19kg、莪术13kg、三七10kg、珍珠10kg、黄连12kg，精选、烘干、粉碎成80～100目细粉待用；按常规的中药蜜炼工艺，将蜂蜜和香油等比例混合后熬炼成丝，将上述细粉(除麝香外)，加入搅拌均匀冷却至室温后，加入麝香制成蜜丸，3g/枚。

1.一种治疗阴道疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于是由以下重量配比的原料药制成：
乳香10～15、血竭10～15、没药10～15、硼砂10～15、麝香5～8、枯矾280～320、白花蛇舌草15～20、莪术10～15、三七8～10、珍珠7～10、黄连12～18。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药制剂，其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料药制成：
乳香13、血竭13、没药13、硼砂12、麝香6、枯矾300、白花蛇舌草16、莪术13、三七9、珍珠8、黄连15。
3.一种治疗阴道疾病的外用栓剂，其特征在于是由权利要求1或2所述的药物制成的。
