Abstract
彩焰艺术烛灯是一种工艺装饰灯,既具有艺术烛台的造型,又可象液体燃料灯一样点燃,而不烧毁有艺术造型的灯体,燃料中添加烟火药成分,点燃后呈现各种颜色的火焰。
Description
本发明是一种可供人欣赏的工艺装饰灯。
普通的艺术蜡烛具有传统的蜡烛外形,但蜡烛本身是燃料,点燃后即被烧毁,即无法多次使用,也破坏了使用过程中的艺术欣赏效果。在本发明以前,美国专利US4084086公开了一种固体燃料灯,它由一个透明或半透明的灯罩和放在该灯罩内的装固体燃料的容器组成,其灯芯装在一个开缝的灯芯管内,并连同灯芯管一起插入固体燃料中。当灯点燃时,灯芯管所带热量熔化其周围燃料,燃料经开缝渗入灯芯,并通过灯芯的毛细作用向火焰提供燃料,这种灯的结构复杂,装填燃料麻烦,由于灯火在灯罩内燃烧,因而不具备传统蜡烛的造形。此外,这种灯的固体燃料中不含烟火药成分,因而没有彩焰的效果。美国专利US3888177和US3983816虽然公开了加入烟火药成分的固体燃料,但固体燃料装填麻烦,且不能象液体燃料一样稳定地燃烧。
本发明的目的是提供一种彩焰艺术烛灯,其外形与传统蜡烛相近,采用液体燃料以筒化灯的结构,使之制作简化,装填燃料方便,此外,在液体燃料中加添烟火药成分,以使其燃烧时产生彩焰,同时稳定地燃料。
本发明的构成如下,它由底座(5),外壳(4)和一个带灯芯(2)的燃烧头(3)构成,其燃料是含烟火药成分的醇类燃烧液(6)。
所说的外壳可以是圆柱形筒,燃烧头可以是普通蜡烛头状,燃烧头与外壳的连接可以是插入式或者螺纹式,外壳和底座可以一次浇铸成型,外壳与燃烧头构成工艺烛形状。燃烧头中可嵌一中心管(1),灯芯穿过中心管,向上探出燃烧头,向下插入外壳中,中心管可用导热性差的材料制作,燃烧头和外壳均可用高熔点蜡或塑料制成。燃烧头也是外壳的盖,将其除去即可向外壳内注入燃烧液。
为了避免烛灯翻倒时,液体燃料溢出,可以采用强吸水性材料制成吸附式灯芯体(8),将灯芯桶在灯心体内,并将灯芯体连同灯芯一起放入外壳内。
燃烧液中含有烟火药成分,既用不同的烟火药成分溶于醇类中制成燃烧液。
各种颜色火焰燃烧液中含的烟火药成分如下:
红焰燃烧液:锂盐、铷盐、锶盐中的任一种或其相互结合。
黄焰燃烧液:钠盐、钾盐的任一种或相互结合。
橙焰燃烧液:锂盐、锶盐与钠盐的相互结合。
绿焰燃烧液:钡盐、铜盐、硼盐、铊盐中的任一种或其相互结合。
蓝焰燃烧液:铯盐及铜盐的结合。
天蓝焰燃烧液:铜盐。
草绿焰燃烧液:钠盐及铜盐的结合。
紫焰燃烧液:铯盐与锂盐、锶盐的结合。
调整燃烧液中的成份和配比可以得到不同的彩焰效果。
本发明有两张附图。
图1是由燃烧头、外壳、底座组成彩焰艺术烛灯的灯体。
图2是内插灯芯的灯芯体。

本发明的实施例
红焰燃烧液的构成:
1克LiNo3+2克LiCl+100ml酒精
或4克SrCl·6H2O+1克SrNO3+100ml酒精
橙焰燃烧液的构成:
0.1克NaNO3+3克SrNO3+100ml酒精
或0.2克NaC2O4+2克LiCl+100ml酒精
黄焰燃烧液的构成:
0.5克NaC2O4+100ml酒精
或1克NaNO3+100ml酒精
绿焰燃烧液的构成:
0.5克BaCl2+1克CuCl2+100ml酒精
或3克CuCl2+100ml酒精
兰焰燃烧液的构成:
2克CsCl+0.5克CuCl2+100ml酒精
或1.5克CuCl2+1克CsCl+100ml酒精
天兰焰燃烧液的构成:
6克CsCl2+100ml酒精
草绿焰燃烧液的构成:
0.5克NaC2O4+3克CuCl2+100ml酒精
或0.5克NaNO3+1克CsC2l+100ml酒精
紫焰燃烧液的构成:
1克SrCl+2克Cscl+100ml酒精
或1克SrCl+2克CsNO3l+100ml酒精
本发明与现有技术相比,不但保存了传统的彩色艺术蜡烛的装饰效果,还可使艺术造型长期保留,更重要的是增添了彩焰效果,具有较高的装饰价值。
Claims (5)
1、一种彩焰艺术烛灯,有底座(5)和外壳(4),外壳(4)上装有一个带灯芯(2)的燃烧头(3),其特征在于它的燃料是含有烟火药成分的醇类燃烧液(6)。
2、按权利要求1的彩焰艺术烛灯,其特征在于燃烧头(3)是普通蜡烛头形状,外壳(4)是具有艺术造型的空心容器。
3、按权利要求1或2的彩焰艺术烛灯,其特征在于外壳(4)内塞有强吸水性材料制成的灯芯体(8),灯芯(2)插在灯芯体(8)内。
4、按权利要求1或2的彩焰艺术烛灯,其特征在于燃烧液(6)中的烟火药成分是锂、铷、锶、钾、钠、钡、铜、硼、铯、铊的氧化物、氢氧化物、卤化物、硝酸盐、醋酸盐,以及锂、锶、钾、钠、铜、钡的草酸盐,硬脂酸盐、脂肪酸盐、棕梠酸盐中的任一种或几种的结合。
5、按权利要求3的彩焰艺术烛灯,其特征在于燃烧液(6)中的烟火药成分是锂、铷、锶、钾、钠、钡、铜、硼、铯、铊的氧化物、氢氧化物、卤化物、硝酸盐、醋酸盐、以及锂、锶、钾、钠、铜、钡的草酸盐、硬脂酸盐、脂肪酸盐、棕梠酸盐中的任一种或几种的结合。
