本发明属于电子皮带秤结构技术领域。
背景技术
现有的电子皮带秤都存在不能很好地解决漏料的问题。通过电子秤皮带上的物料常常漏到电子秤皮带内部，在皮带内部堆积物料，影响电子秤的正常工作和称量精度。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是为了解决上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种可有效防止物料落到皮带内部，不影响皮带秤称量准确性的带吹扫装置的电子皮带秤。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
带吹扫装置的电子皮带秤，是在电子秤皮带的主动辊和从动辊内侧位于皮带内部各设置有一吹扫装置。
所述的吹扫装置为带喷吹孔的气管；或为连接气路的喷嘴；或为连接气路的喷枪。
本发明的结构可在电子秤内部形成正压力，使散状物料不会进入电子秤皮带内部，直接喷向电子秤的外部，从而解决了容易在皮带内部堆积物料的情况，而且不会影响电子秤的任何性能，能进一步的提高电子皮带秤的精度和稳定性。
下面结合说明书附图进一步阐述本发明的内容。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本发明包括电子秤皮带1和驱动皮带的主动辊2及从动辊3，在主动辊和从动辊内侧位于皮带内部各设置一吹扫装置4、5。吹扫装置如图3所示为带喷吹孔6的气管，也可选用现有技术中成熟的喷嘴或喷枪等气体吹扫装置。当接通气路装置时，从气管的许多喷吹孔6上喷出指向主动辊2和从动辊3的气流，在电子秤内部形成正压，散状的物料就不会进入电子秤皮带内部，而是落在皮带外部，从而有效解决漏料的问题，起到及时清洁主从动辊的作用，从而确保电子皮带秤称量精度和稳定性。

1.带吹扫装置的电子皮带秤，包括有电子秤皮带(1)和驱动皮带的主动辊(2)及从动辊(3)，其特征在于，在主动辊和从动辊内侧位于皮带内部各设置有一吹扫装置(4)、(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带吹扫装置的电子皮带秤，其特征在于，所述的吹扫装置(4)、(5)为带喷吹孔(6)的气管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带吹扫装置的电子皮带秤，其特征在于，所述的吹扫装置(4)、(5)为连接气路的喷嘴。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带吹扫装置的电子皮带秤，其特征在于，所述的吹扫装置(4)、(5)为连接气路的喷枪。
